Hello. I can’t install this plane. I launch the installer, click with the mouse to enter the key. I enter the product key. First, a window pops up that this may take some time, I click ok and nothing happens. Further installation steps cannot be completed, the next key is not active. What could be the problem please tell me. Prior to this, the plane was set up without problems. I have a FSX simulator plus overclocking.

Maybe this is an issue with my throttle setup, but I can never seem to find the right amount of power when taxiing with the FA50. It takes very little movement of the throttle to go from idle to 50-60% N1 (The aircraft wont even move if I do not advance the throttle to this range anyway). Is there a setting I can change or something or is this just how the aircraft is supposed to behave on the ground?

I have been trying to set up the Falcon to use the GTN 750 VNAV function and was wondering if anyone is using it successfully. I have been unable to get the vertical descent indication on the primary flight display to track the descent. I was watching a Garmin video on the VNAV function and it appears that the PFD needs to use a Vertical Deviation Indicator (VDI) coupled to a Garmin autopilot to work properly. Has anyone got this function to work and how did you do it? Airbus

Hello, Recently I purchased the Falcon 50 and I love it. There is one thing that I don't know how to handle: In the Payload Manager (Shift-3) I am not able to click the fuel weights (+/- 100 and +/- 1000) and it is also not possible to click the three prerequisites for payload (50% LO, LO LEVEL, HI LEVEL). I can click + and - for the pilots, passengers and luggage, however. What's wrong here? I use P3D 4.5 Thx, Karl

Just got the Falcon and I'm really happy with it. Only issue I have is I can't get the kneeboard to work. See image. All I get is an empty frame, no matter which of the options at the top I click. Anybody got an idea how I can fix that?

It's been good getting the Falcon external dynamic lights in P3D4, but I wonder if they could be fine tuned a bit in a future update? 1. They seem very bright. In my P3D4.5 the taxi light sometimes "whites-out" big hangers hundreds of yards away, and is also visible by day. (This includes their roofs - see point 2). 2 The taxi light seems to be set parallel to the ground. This means that for most of the time half the light cone is only used for lighting roofs of buildings ahead (above). The bottom half of the cone is the only bit lighting the ground, so maybe that's why it has to be so bright... Maybe things would be better if the taxi light cone was a…

I bought this last in July 2019 from PCaviator. They still have release 1.8c as the version available for download when I downloaded it today. Have you sent it to other stores or is 1.9 only available if it was bought on your website? Thanks.

Anyone else getting this: After 1.9H , the Caption Panel and other lit warnings are permanently lit in FSX SE. It's as if the the Test Button works in reverse. Hold it down and the lights go out. I've tried a variety of MS Default aircraft to start but no change so far. FWIW things seem to work as expected with P3Dv4.4

I just started flying the falcon. When on autopilot and cruise speed, the plane suddendly pitches up as soon as I pull back on the throttles before starting my descent. I don't understand why a throttle movement would cause an extreme aircraft pitch behavior. I've checked for spikes and everything is calibrated correctly. Does anyone else experience this? P3D , separate trim wheel, separate throttle quadrant, win 7. thanks tony

On the F50 HSI, there's a Deviation indicator on the right side of the instrument...a flag that seems to be stuck on "ANG" I would expect that to show "XTK" or something like that when GPS is the nav source, and perhaps some other indication like "APR" to reflect high resolution mode when in approach mode. What's the intended function of the flag in the add-on? Is it taking its input from a GPS sim var, and if so, which one? Thanks

Hello, For some reason I can't change my transponder code from 1200. I've tried right/left clicking the black wheel in the center, spinning the middle mouse wheel but no dice. Everything else on the panel seems to respond to the mouse clicks (changing modes, running tests, etc.). What am I missing?

Flysimware released the Falcon50 ver1.9H to all stores on 15Feb2020. Changes include: New Features and Updates: 1. Parking mode state, including about 75 major switches and fuel, can be saved so when you load a saved flight the aircraft will be exactly how you left it. 1. New realistic startup attitude indicator animation. 2. N1, N2 and ITT gauges will now show a slight offset value for realism (e.g., it is unlikely that all three N1 gauges would be exactly the same, etc) 3. The housing cones of the recessed landing lights now have light effects. 4. If the main power fails, the …

I have checked the engine thrust against real world Flacon 50 manuals (not the EX version with more power but the orginial) and this one is significantly off. For example for a .8 Mach cruise at FL350 with 27,000 - 28,000 lbs the table stats around 96% N1 and fuel flow of about 700 lbs /hr per engine. With this Falcon you can maintain the speed with around 83-84% N1 while the engines are burning 1000 lbs /hr each.

Hi! I posted this topic in the general forum and I'm opening as a new subject in the Falcon 50 forum. Just in case 😉 Hi. I´ve just downloaded and installed new Falcon 50 version 1.9F which includes this new realistic startup attitude animation. Wonderful, it adds a really nice touch of realism during the start up process. Regrettably, this new interior model file or any in recent updates do not include the Cockpit Flashing Issue Fix for 32 bit sims like mine (FSX SE), so when we install the fix we lose this new wonderful animation 😪. I'd appreciate very much your usual and outstanding customer support and attention in order to have a permanent fix for the flashing…

I just recently installed the newest update and I am getting this error when I try to load up the aircraft. This is after I completely uninstalled the previous version. I checked in the FSW sound folder and the sound files the error message is talking about don't exist. The sounds are only numbered up through 113. Overriding these errors results in the aircraft loading up with missing textures followed by a kernalbase ctd. https://prnt.sc/r24f6o (AVSIM wont take the URL for this photo)

Hi there, I recently changed my GTN system from the Flight1 product to the RXp offering because of the better performance and the newer features. However, I have one issue that I can fix: The plane does not recognize and follow the RNAV approaches. I select them them, press the approach button shortly before on the actual approach but the plane does not indicate any vertical guidiance or follow it with the AP. Wit the flight 1 it worked fine. Has anybody have a clue what might be wrong or what I am doing wrong?

The latest version of the Falcon 50, ver 1.9D, is now available at the Flysimware store. Updates include: 1. Fixed an issue where engine "fuel used" values were inaccurate under certain circumstances. 2. Fixed a typo on the Clipboard (Shift+1), changed Recognition Lights to Shield Lights. 3. If the main power fails, the backup altimeter will continue to work for about 45 minutes by running off the emergency backup battery. Al

Hey all, Landed at KJAC today, normal approach, everything went as planned (although the weather was 3/4 mile vis and snowing. Touched down in the falcon and dumped the spoilers and TR and noticed the brakes were stuck applied. Tried setting and releasing parking brake, tapping brakes..nothing would work. Ended up having to reload the plane on the taxiway. any ideas? I dont suppose the falcon simulates blowing a tire or something does it? Departing now for Sedona AZ then on up to Anchorage. Hopefully it was just a glitch.

Does anyone have a good guide or rule of thumb as to power settings. For takeoff is it standard to advance the throttles until you hit a limitation (N1, N2, ITT) or is there a pre-planned takeoff power. At acceleration height, do you reduce the power for climb- or just keep on truckin?

The Falcon 50 Version V1.9C is now available at the Flysimware store only. We have worked on some new features for the autopilot since RXP has more options for the GTN 750. We also made the taxi light only work once the front gear is lowered. Also the users that were pressing NAV then APP and could not get a GPS glideslope is now fixed. I will be updating the website in the next few days. Report any major issue only. Thanks.

Hi, I just bought the Falcon 50 and it's wonderful. Unfortunately the digital readouts for EGT and N1 don't display, and a number of the other gauges in the cockpit also appear blank. Any ideas? I just looked at my Lear 35a and noticed it appears to have the same issue, the digital numbers in the altimeter are all messed up. This is the first time I've used Flysimware aircraft in P3D V4 so I'm wondering if that may be part of the problem. Also, the load managers for both aircraft are completely blank wherever text would be expected. Not running any migration tool or anything similar. Falcon 50 is a fresh install. Lear 35a works fine in P3…
