Hello, I formatted my computer and when trying to reinstall the Citation 560XL I got this message: "The number of installs for this Serial number has been exceeded." Erro 403 I have already opened a request at zendesk. How long does it take to get an answer?! Hello, new here in the forum, I am impressed with the carenado products and especially the ATR planes. I wonder if there will be a ATR 42 300 and ATR 72 212 classic version in the works in the future. I would love to know because if so i'd buy them in a heart beat too!

Hi, I recently purchased the Carenado CT182T Skylane on MSFS 2020, but wondered if they came with checklists / technical documentation etc? Cold and dark procedure, other guides and an overview of the features etc i thought came with most payware aircraft - is there anywhere to get this information - even if only from the Carenado CT182T from other platforms? So, I am having terrible stutters with al my four Carenado planes, on FSX boxed edition. Maybe this is a coincidence, but it has started since updating W10 with the KB4566782, KB4569745, and KB4559309. I have reinstalled FSX, tried FSX SE, tried all sorts of things with Nvidia Inspector and altering stuff in the config file, but nothing seems to have any effect at all. This only happens to the Carenado planes, all other freeware and payware are not affected, and perform like they should. I hope someone is able to help me fix this! I have installed several of the carenado planes to P3D V5 HF2 and the landing lights/taxi lights on any of the aircraft are not illuminating the ground. Is there an update or a user fix for this issue? Thanks Brian

Ive been looking for 1 hour on how to update the Carenado nav data, its currently on 1310 and I need 2008. Does anyone know?

I don't know what suddenly happened, but now ALL my carenado planes (I have many) have absolutely horrible fps. They went from giving me 60-150 fps to only giving me 6 fps. This is true even for planes that are very old. I have no clue what's doing it. Every other addon plane still has great performance, so this problem only affects Carenado planes. Anyone got a clue?

Hi all, Still on FS2004. I recently picked up the C90B. I am trying to figure out where and how to change the course, in order to perform an ILS landing. I guess it`s somewhere on the EFIS, but I can`t seem to find it. Thanks

...please start manually P3Dv5hf2 I bought this plane last week and have flown it a bunch of times with no problems. After just a few days off I am now getting this error message when I start a flight with the DA62. What is this error, I don't have the Carenado SVS installed because it always tells me it doesn't start right. AFTER I get the error the flight loads and I can fly ok, but the error drives me crazy. thanks

No, I am not asking for an intelligent, self-flying version, but rather a (light) exterior version that won't load the model (or at least as little of it as possible) or any DLLs, and so can't interfere with the user's aircraft. I don't want to go into any battles to put blame somewhere, but the simple fact is that we're flying multi-player with a group, and we cannot use Carenado or Alabeo aircraft because there is some kind of interference that sets the mixture or throttle axis to zero when a player flying with a Carenado aircraft joins the session. Due to lost connections and reconnects, this happens quite often, and is a major annoyance. As a result we currently …

Trying to fly this plane by the numbers, but when I set the RPMs and the MP, the fuel flow is always way lower than indicated in the performance table. Also noted that when I run the fuel pump before starting the plane that the needle never moves when I increase the throttle or the mixture.. Not sure if I'm missing a step somewhere in the procedure. Example. Flying at 2000 feet I set RPM at 2300 / MP at 30 with temp at 31 degrees. Should see17 GPH but only seeing around ten or 11. This is true at many altitudes and settings. Hi guys, i going to tell you what i did to solve this problem for P3D V4.5. and windows 10 this is not an official solution, so i just can not guarantee it would work, this is just what i did…. and suddenly it works. Premier A390. Programming and creating a flight plan and entered into CDU. Set coarse in vor1 on PFD. Set FMS on pfd. Take off and gear up flaps up. Select FD, AP, and NAV and plane just wants to head north. I did notice that when I put the cursor over the NAV button it said on, at the same time I put the cursor over HDG button that also said on. (At the same time, this is impossible). But anyways when I try to use AP and NAV, the plane keeps wanting to do a 360 and head north. Chewing finger nails trying to figure this out. I fly using P3Dv4.5 and had issues with the 'very different' Premier jet startup. Every month since buying this plane, I tried the startup and it just did not work like any other Carenado plane. I was very happy when this past week I found the answer in a youtube presentation. It was all about the startup. LOL Issue is; you MUST use the Shift 8 key to bring up the menu for "how you will do startup". EVERY TIME you must select COLD and DARK module. This sets all the switches to the proper positions. Seems strange, but I tried everything to start this plane by the Normal Procedure manual. And, this is the same procedure you must use after you do a shut do…

I don't know if it is me or the aircraft, but in the C208b & C172 the G1000 displays are not as clear in the P3D V5 vs. V4...however, the panels are just fine and readable in both versions. It is just the PFD & MFD that are fuzzy text.

I'm starting to install my Carenado planes in P3DV5. So far I have the CJ2, Phenom 100, TBM 850 installed (trying to do this incrementally). Ran Carenado's v5 patch. They all work fine IF, I load them after starting the sim with a default plane. I can load scenarios, swap planes mid scenario, everything works fine. But I get a CTD when I try to load a Carenado plane from the initial splash screen. Seems like a V5 bug, but I seem to remember seeing a post somewhere that you have to make a small format change to the aircraft.cfg file in V5, or maybe it's some configuration setting? Any ideas?

Love hate relationship, like many, with Carenado.... Did a long 4.5hr flight in the PC12 today. Have been flying the plane one and off since it came out and has always been a little buggy, but today it really got under my skin.... Decending from FL290 and I am unable to reduce torque. I had to descend at a very gradual rate to not overspeed it. Was able to slip the plane at a lower altitude to get below gear/flap extension speeds. Still on approach, stuck at full throttle.....had to go around 3 times before I just went to idle cutoff....this problem has happened to me before...and I believe on other Carenado aircraft too....anyone know a fix for this s…

Hello My question is for the Carenado Cessna 172 G1000. My question is about the Carenado Cessna 172 G1000. This aircraft works very well with Prepar3D v5, after a conventional Carenado install procedure and the latest patch for P3D v5. In this case, all the files necessary for the operation of the aircraft are installed inside the P3D directory. Following the recommendations of Lockheed Martin, I would like to install this aircraft outside the P3D directory using the Add-on.xml method? Any ideas for solving this problem? Just purchased P3D. Can Carenado and Alabeo planes be installed on the same computer for both FSX andP3DV5 or do I have to remove it from FSX and install into P3D? Do not want to use up my install counts experimenting. John Cottreau

Hello everyone The title says it all. Can't get this thing to work.... So i have purchased SR22 from Carendo PLUS a separate licence for SVS. I'm running P3D v4.5 (4.5.13.32097) on Windows 10. Usual addons (Orbx, ASP3D4). I keep getting a TERR ERR message on my PFD.
