They gave me three Aer Lingus Commuter legacy turboprops and one Aer Lingus Regional(Stobart Air) so I can't complain😁. Even though Aer Lingus operated all four aircraft, Carenado never released any in an Aer lingus livery, so thanks to the community @Flieger-Marius and @jankees for painting them (ATR repaint from inibuilds).

Hi: I´m having issues when trying to process a payment (ATR42) through PayPal. It shows a PayPal message indicating that "things are not working right now" and suggests to "try later". This message is appearing since yesterday evening, so I have not processed any payment. How safe it would be to process directly through a credit card?. Someone?. PD: I succesfully used PayPal today for a different purchase and it worked well right away, so it seems this is a problem related eclusively to Carenado Cheers, Ed

So I'm looking at the big four ATR S340 S360 F50 Which is the easiest on the frames? Which has the best system, given what we have to work with. I'm leaning toward the S340, maybe picking up the S360 for cargo. I've heard rumors that the ATR is hard on the frames?

Hi, I purchased the ATR 42 yesterday and when I went to install it I got the error invalid serial, I've followed the instructions on the support forum but after turning off all anti virus and firewalls it still tells me invalid serials. I know the problem is the installer not being able to connect to the server because I tried to install another product from Carenado that I had successfully installed in the past and that gave me the same error. I have no idea what else to try. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you

These are the real planes I would have considered as a young man back in the early '70s. The 150 had 40 degrees of flaps and 100hp. The 152 had 30 degrees of flaps,110hp and was a bit heavier. So they were different enough. Another sim company makes the Piper but I have never had any luck with their products. The planes would have to be compatible with P3dv3.1.

I have the phenom 100 - don't fly it because the G1000 is to hard on my old computer I have the Hawker 850xp and this flies well, or at least better than most I have the S550 and I haven't flown this much I have the Premier and what a piece of junk! so many odd little things keep happening, throttle textures disappear and I get flap warnings when I shouldn't be etc. I'm about ready to uninstall it and call it quits on this word not allowed. It's a shame because I really do like it. so does he have any decent bizjet that's better than the premiere? I like his planes the actual planes but I'm getting tired of Carenado the company and the sloppy job…

I just installed the B1900HD, TBM and Grand Caravan HD into P3dV4.4 and all of them are giving me a very bad FPS of 5 to 6!!! When switching aircraft, for example A2A Bonanza I get back to 30FPS inside and outside views! P.S. Frames are locked at 30 BTW. Anyone know of a reason for this poor FPS? Only does it with the Carenado Aircraft. Tested my PMDG's, Aerosoft, MajesticDash8 and all of them are working great! Thanks for the help

Carenado is just flat ignoring my tech support tickets and requests. Why does anyone still buy any of their products?? I stopped a long time ago.

I enjoy the EMB505 PHENOM 300 HD series for FSX with the Navigraph extension pack, however, it is not the best transatlantic aircraft. The Embraer Legacy 500 would be a much better aircraft for long flights, and it has new avionics, much better than Carenado's recent FA50 EX for FSX/P3D. I can find the link needed for suggesting aircraft, however it requires me to link all my mail accounts, which I do not want to do. At least that is what happens to me, a page pops up stating "Welcome to Mail" and " Add your accounts to keep up to date across devices". I do not like that being forced upon me. Is there somewhere here on this forum that I can suggest the Embrae…

Hi everyone, I'm not sure this has been done or uploaded by anybody, so I'm sorry in case it's a duplicate. You probably all know (and hate) the circular arrows that pop up when you want to turn a knob in some Carenado cockpits. Because I've always found them very irritating and counter-immersive, I've checked out where they come from and found a pretty simple way to turn them off via a texture. They can be removed either for a specific texture or all textures across a single plane. I don't quite understand why it should take so long to get a reply from Carenado after submitting a request. It has been one week, I told them I wanted to purchase one of their aircraft but first had a question, then I sent a second request and still no response. It's as if they just don't care whether I purchase their aircraft or not. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi I've posted 2 posts to support but no response from Carenado? 1. I bought it yesterday Carenado DA62 G1000 3 times, At the beginning I tried the credit card twice but failed , then the third time via Paypal ( connected to another bank card), what succeeded . But now, checking my credit card account are both times booked money from credit card and also money has been taken from Paypal's account. So as a whole I would have bought 3 times. I tried to report to support to cancel credit card reservations but no answers! 2. Despite the fact that my purchase went through Paypal and I got to download DA100X and I got it serial I still can not install DA…

I just purchased a Carenado G1000 equipped Caravan so that I could use the SVS system. I cannot find the Sim\SimObjects\Airplanes\Carenado_C172SP_G1000 folder to do the double click thing nor can I find the C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface\FSX-RTM\retail\lib file (my sim is P3D v2.5 which isn't listed in the SVS manual. Of course, nothing works. Where do I go from here?

Hi, I am trying to figure out if there is any way I can control the g1000 knobs on the Cessna 172 g1000 for p3d v.4. I tried looking at your FSUIPC LVars tutorial and had no luck. I was wondering if you had any ideas or knew how to set up LVars for a scroll knob. My goal is to be able to control the knobs via my keyboard because it is hard for me to use a mouse. Because of my disability it hard for me to control a mouse. I am also not good when it comes to programming. I was wondering if someone can help me create keyboard controls for the Cessna 172 or teach me how to? I also want to learn so that I can do this with other aircraft as well in the future. …

Hello. I've got the Carenado Premier installed. I admit it's one of my favorite aircraft to P3D fly. I enjoy flying on PilotEdge. I use the stock Carenado Proline 21 avionics (no avionics ad-ons). As in other aircraft I'd like to be able to listen to COM1 and COM2 at the same time, but, haven't been able to figure out how to do this in the Premier (or any other aircraft with the standard Proline 21 panel). I can toggle between COM1 and COM2 using the manual switch on the left pilot side panel, however, I'm unable to figure out how to listen to both frequencies concurrently. I own a few Carenado aircraft that use a <Shift>3 menu popup to be able to turn off 3D Knobs, set Static features, etc., etc. I would like to be able to permanently turn off 3D Knobs - is there a specific file that contains this coding that could be edited? Every time I launch the aircraft I have press <Shift>3 - it is annoying and I sure would like to be able to control that.

I have a issue with the sounds in the Saab340. The wipers are way to loud, you shouldnt be able to hear them when the engines are running. The engine sounds need more low end, it lacks bass alot. And finaly the gpws can be heard from inside the passenger cabin along with outside view. Please fix this and the aircraft would be alot better. The sound is 50% of the imersion.

Hi, I've just purchased Carenado's B200 King Air for X-plane but I have problem with autopilot (flight director). In both NAV and heading modes flight director leads aircraft to completely different direction that is set by heading bug or is taken from GPS. When I change assigned heading, flight director reacts but its heading is completely different from the correct one. Other aircrafts I've tried behave correctly. Does anyone experiences the same or knows how to fix this? I wanted to add some pictures but I don't know how.

Posted Thursday at 10:01 PM Hello All I fly the Caranado Kind Air 350 it has dual HSI both tuned to the same Nav Frequency. So turning the OBS for selecting a VOR Radial both HSIs move the same. Is there a switch or any program lines , which can be added to the aircraft config files so as to split them into separate Nav Aids, So for instance you can track on number one HSI and select a cross bearing on number two HSI As in real world aircraft. I need to preface this post by saying that I do agree for $50+, you should be getting PMDG level systems modeling, but it always amuses me why people are surprised when Carenado doesn't deliver this sort of fidelity. In their history, they have NEVER delivered PMDG quality systems modeling (and never claimed they will) and always focus primarily on the following: 1. Can it be flown reasonably well? 2. Does it look good in the air? In all cases, the answers are yes. Does every button do something and are systems modeling (such as it is) perfect? Definitely not. This question or topic may have already been posted - but I am not sure. Are Beech aircraft no longer allowed to be modeled and sold to the sim market? I read something to that effect on the A2A forum regarding the A36, it is no longer available. This is very sad - I was ready to purchase the Beech Baron 58, but alas, it's no longer there. Does anyone have a suggestion for an equivalent type of aircraft for my P3D v4.4 sim?

Hello, as I'm a member of a VA I would also perform some training flights and so I decided to do a skin for the Beech B58. I painted everything via paint.NET but I saw that the default .bmp files are in 32-bit and after editing they went to 24-bit and now everything is black in P3D v4. Any suggestions? Thanks! 🙂
