Hello everybody, I recently purchased the C172 G1000 and yesterda also the SR22. After some test flights I've experienced some troubles with the autopilot and the HDG mode. When flying for a certain time after e.g. the departure, the autpilot is not following the set HDG anymore. In the screenshot I selected a heading of 230° but the autopilot stops turning at 255° and continues to fly this heading - a deviation of 5°! After 20 minutes of flying the deviation is even worse - Now I selected 215° as desired heading but the autopilot follows 209° - it seems that the deviation is growing by time?! Can you explain that? This question is probably dumb but I was wondering what is the fastest plane carenado released. I was too lazy to check the specs on the net so I'm going to ask here :-)

My credit card was billed twice by Carenado and it said the transaction failed both times. My account shows no downloads for my purchase and the aircraft are still in the shopping cart. I am now out $90 USD and Carenado has not yet responded through their customer support. Beware if you're trying to purchase anything during the sale. There is clearly a bug they need to resolve.

SVS dosent work on tbm and c208 ex what can i do??? no one answers at the forums!!!!!!

I've downloaded the program and installed it but can't get the SYN VIS button to appear. Have tried everything I can think of. Is anyone else having the same problem in FSX:SE? I have the Cessna 172 and it works perfectly in it. Can't get the program to work in all of my other planes with the G1000. Followed a couple of other threads concerning it on P3D but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in FSX:SE.

After installing ORBX Telluride scenery in my P3DV4.0 (by FTX Central 3) I noted that Bonanza (P3DV4 default) vc panel textures were corrupted with a mixing of 2d and 3d images, moreover I had frequent CTD loading some Carenado planes (Phenom300, Navajo, C90, H850XP); this problems were never before ORBX Telluride installation. After lowering the grass detail level and other details using Telluride control panel, this problems were solved completely and everything returned to normal, no more CTD. In my modest opinion this interference is not fortuitous, connected maybe to an overloading of video card or other possible texture rendering interferences in my syste…

I seriously keep checking this forum, the bargain hunters forum, and Carenado's website daily to see if the annual sale is coming back. I hope to see some newer planes on the list this year. :-)

Good evening, I am using P3D v4.1 and have recently loaded the Carenado Citation 525 Cj2, the Premier 1A, and the King C90 GTX into V4.1. However, I am having an issue trying to input a flight plan into the Proline system. I am not able to input an Origin or Destination or any other information using the CDU. When I press the LSK next to the Origin or Destination, nothing happens. I have gone by the instructions so I am thoroughly confused as to the issue. I wanted to check with the forums first before I uninstalled and re-installed the aircraft again. Any help would be appreciated...thanks! Marcus

RW I flew mostly single pilot ops in freighters some basic some complex 99.9% at night. Still a walk in the park compared to what is supposed to be entertainment.. One of my biggest peeves is fumbling around with the mouse trying to find these insanely small click spots just to tune a *** radio!! Or a speed or altitude.. Why, why why is the small round dial with one top corner do one thing and the bottom tiny corner do another and who thinks it was a good idea? Add track it, some turbulence, night time and it makes to WAY WAY WAY harder than it should be. I remember some had that function right ON the radio over the numbers. Imagine that... No fumbling,no heads…

If you use Kaspersky Security Software and store the original download files on your hard drive this might affect you........ This morning Kaspersky deleted six of them claiming that a Trojan was present ; almost certainly a false positive caused by the latest update.. I retrieved all the files from the Quarantine.

I'm having issues trying to get the new SVS to work, I have the C182T G1000 and the EMB 505 Phenom 300 HD, and have uninstalled the older version and updated them with the new 2.1 versions, but I just cannot seem to get it to work. If I load my 182T I get an error that the SVS system failed to start and I should start manually? Error 740, BUT the SVS server loads up in the system tray. Then when the flight loads P3Dv4 stops working and crashes to desktop. P3D and the 182T worked perfectly before this. I have set the SVS.exe to run as admin, uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm out of ideas... thanks for any help

I see Carenado is doing a Beech D18, a nice classic!

Is my memory foggy, or did Carenado just RAISE the price on all their aircraft in late November? I may be wrong about that, but some of these planes look more expensive than they did last week....

Hi, Carenado progresses quite well in sense of system depth, especially for the Garmin G1000. However the autopilot's FLC mode appears to be inaccurate across any model: When engaging FLC mode, the speed is initially pre-set to 100KT or subsequently the last selected speed, instead of current speed; When increasing FLC speed the aircraft goes into a steep descend and then overshoots the target speed, instead of limiting at a minimum vertical speed of around +500 feet per minute; When decreasing FLC speed the aircraft goes into steep climb, but at least captures the selected speed. I'm not a programmer but I believe fixing should not be too much …

One of my favorite FSX airplanes since I had it configured exactly like a RW plane I fly a lot. I'm not sure when or if Carenado will get around to making this P3Dv4 compatible. Is there a way to install this aircraft into P3Dv4.1 (I still have FSX installed on a separate SSD just to fly it and another plane)? Thanks!

Hi, Can anybody tell me where to find the link for the two free liveries that come with the X-plane 11 version of the C208 HD? I just purchased it yesterday, and I didn't see any reference to it in my email or on my products page. My products page says upgrade available, and I assume the paints are what that is referring to, but when I go to my upgrade page, I don't see it listed. I was hoping one of you guys had been through this already and had figured it out. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Tom

Hi I have the latest P3Dv4 Carenado updates. I can successfully get past the serial number/ email window. When I get to the sim selection page the P3D button does nothing and there is a flashing white square next to it with no option to browse. The page then freezes. Anti virus is off. I have P3Dv4 with hotfix 1. I've encountered no problems installing other addons. This is happening on all the new Carenado updates eg Phenom 100, Seneca V. Any help please Thanks simdown42

As far as I can tell on Carenado's web page these are the last two aircraft not updated to Prepar3dv4. Does any one have any information if these aircraft will be updated?

Hi there, Can you please confirm if the weather radar in Phenom 100 is not functional (Prepar3d v4)? It does not work for me. I saw that C172SP SKYHAWK G1000 does have a functional weather radar. I also own the Phenom 100's Navigraph extension, and I have Active Sky for P3Dv4. Best regards, Antonio Intini

It seems it will take my C207 but all my others I've tried it CTD as soon as I hit GO. The C404, AC500, B1900D don't work at all. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my default flight. I have the 207 setup as my default and that works. I can't even load the default with causing a CTD

I recently installed the v4 versions of both the TBM 850 and the Phenom 100 only to find I can not use the FMS in either one. Specifically, the alphanumeric keys do not appear to be mapped as I can not enter any data using them. Additionally, multiple clicks on the keypad sometimes causes P3d v4 to crash. The function keys (FPL, Direct to, etc.) appear to work, it's just the alphanumeric keys that do not work. I have searched the appropriate support forums here in an attempt to see if anyone else has this problem and I couldn't find any reference to this issue. I have submitted support tickets to Carenado but they have gone unanswered. I would like very much to …

This is for p3d v4 I have the GTN750 either fully integrated or as a pop up for the following a/c PC12, C404, CT210M, CT206H, C207, PA31T CHEYENNE II - It works great and fine on all of these. then I have the GTN750 in the carenado AC500S, B1900D, B58 AND I have to click each spot 4-6 times before it takes it then it finally locks up and freezes. Just the 750 the sim keeps right on going. Can anyone have any experience like this? Any ideas? I don't get why some planes and not others.

I am trying to use my Carenado C180 G1000 sim aircraft to practice instrument approaches using autopilot. Using heading mode works fine but whenever I try to switch to NAV mode the airplane is turned North. The same happens in Approach Mode. I am using P3Dv3. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We have many planes that we would like to see in flight sim but developers ( and rightly so ) normally say the product is not economically viable. Carenado haven't even released their Fokker 50 yet but are moving onto another plane the Saab 340. Doubt i've ever seen a Saab 340 ( RW ) nevertheless as long as they can improve on other stuff apart from their stunning visuals then this product should be good at the very least.

I thought this deserved recognition. I have to commend Alabeo and Carenado for their customer service. They have a record of almost every purchase I made. After my old system crashed a few weeks ago, I thought I'd never be able to restore my Carenado/Alabeo aircraft. But on the product download page, I was able to reinstall 11 aircraft including the Cessna Cardinal, Piper Sport, Piper Tomahawk, TBM850, Conquest, DA40, Cessna 337, Cessna 210, Phenom 100 and Premier 1. Most of my aircraft in FSX were Carenado/Alabeo. That they kept the download links active for some products I purchased several years ago is commendable.
