Guys, I'm new to simming, 30mins ago I downloaded the piper archer from carenado. I didn't think to check if it was compatible with P3D in clearly says FSX. Is there any way I can get this plane in to P3D? Cheers Danny

Hello 525CJ2 Fliers I have the Carenado 525CJ2 installed in P3d v3.4 I have no problem starting the Aircraft and progrmaming FMS for a flight with SID and STARS. Flight plan controlled by FMS1. Speeds checked OK I have a problem keeping this plane flying from Departure to distination Shortly after takeoff aircraft climbs OK for few minutes after AP ON and NAV and VNAV ON VS goes from programmed 1500 to 5000 to 7000 and even higher and speed is reduced to stall and aircraft shakes like crazy Pressing VS ON, ALT goes ON and Ascending stops, VNAV goes Off Pressing ALT to Off VS goes off - Pressing VS ON ALT goes ON ALT resets itself to lower Alti…

Is it possible to replace the uglistic default GPS for the newer 530 seen in later models like Aztec or Cardinal even? I know replacing entire radio stacks is complicated and I'm not looking to go there. I just want to replace the default GPS with a custom 530, it should be (I only assume!) only a matter of changing the file name somewhere in the panel.cfg. Please advise who ever knows the procedure.

It's not in the products yet and no longer in the incoming section. There's no forum for it yet, either. Did Carenado postpone this plane or are we just in a transitional state right before release?

All these earlier planes like early Pipers etc have a horrible low res texturing which is understood why, back than this was acceptable. I also understand that most people no longer care for these planes and its resolution because these planes are there for almost a decade now and people had enough time with it, most now are enjoying the A2A. I am a late comer however and I believe these planes are still in use despite A2A because some models are interesting (particularly the Arrow, old Seneca, 182Q...), I see videos on youtube with these planes dating to year 2015. Is there any chance some one could improve the textures to higher resolution? I could pay for it 30 buc…

Any chance of more biz jets in the future? I.E. Citation X, Gulfstream G450/550/650, Challenger, Etc..? Would love to see one of those replicated!!

Dear all, my name is Sebastian and I am new to the P3D / FS World. I bought the C152 and installed it without any issues in P3D. Works all very well. I also bought the GNS430 from Flight 1, but I can't get it running in the C152. Is there any way I can integrate it in the VC, to resemble my real C152 trainer? I installed the tool and used the configurator by F1, but nothing happens when I open up P3D and the C152. Can anyone give me some advice on this? Is it possible to use the F1 GNS with Carenado's C152? Best Sebastia

With this release these http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=f1gns those of us who fly planes in P3D that can't fit a 750 in the panel can now enjoy a fully functioning 530 or 430,the issue is how do you install them into the VC? Can you use the RXP installer then just change the gauge in the panel.CFG to the flight1 product?

Here's the GTN 750 mod for the Mooney 201. I'm not sure why the unit in the VC isn't as bright as the Pop-up unit. Maybe if Bert or anyone else can chime in that would be great. Hi all, I installed a few Carenado planes and am having trouble finding some of the documentation for them. When I browse to Flight Simulator X\steamapps\common\FSX\Carenado I see documentation for Bonanza A36 Bonanza V35B Commander 114 However, I do not see documentation for: C172N C185F I've searched a few different locations for these manuals, but have been unsuccessful in finding them. I've also tried reinstalling the C185F to see if the documentation would appear in the Flight Simulator X\steamapps\common\FSX\Carenado, but again, no luck. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative. Thanks!

Are there any issues with the Hawker 850 installing and running in P3D V3.4?

I recently bought the Carenado C208 (both versions) and A36 Bonanza for use in XP 11b2. They seem to function well except for a couple of things. None of the aircraft have brakes. I know that my controls are programmed properly because they work fine in all of the native XP 11 aircraft. Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution? The one other thing that isn't working properly is that the gear doors do not shut on the A36 when gear are retracted. Thanks for any help.

I am appalled by the amount of Carenado and Alabeo A/C that have no avionics master switches. If you start cold and dark then you have to use keyboard short cuts. In my case, I added a generic default avionics master to a pop up window. This is a silly way to fix a $40+ payware aircraft like a Phenom 100. I sent them a message about it and they just gave me a generic answer like they've never heard of an avionic master switch and it wasn't an important enough to issue updates. Do you suppose they have any real pilots consulting? What a shame.

Hey guys, I finally made my first Carenado purchase and I am very excited to be using this aircraft. I am pretty new to FSX and flying. I am using the Angle of Attack Tutorials to learn. Anyway, so when are you suppose to turn on the carburetor heat? does it have to be on during take off and landing? it seems to me when you turn it on your RPM drops. I cant get more than 250 kts (ground speed) at 22000 ft...Both the F1 and the Flysimware Conquest do 300 kts. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello Carenado CJ2 Support Carenado makes good Sims by reputation but tech support is not that supporting I am so frustrated with the CJ2. I installed in P3D v3.4 and FSX SE and I am unable to fly it simply because data base is not loading in FMC. It is hanging there forever in both sims. I tried a user recommendation by disabling security permissions- no go I uninstalled-reinstalled the sims multiple times with antivirus software disabled - no go I updated to Navigraph Cycle 1602- no go. There must be something the tech team can figure out and issue a guide line for resolving problems. Anyone out there has encountered this problem and has a solution …

I'm a long-time Carenado customer and I'm trying to contact them via their online support ticket system (https://carenado.zendesk.com/hc/en-us). Unfortunately their system is unresponsive--it won't accept my existing support account login nor allow me to create a new one (though in each case it tells me that it's sent me an e-mail, and I do not use a spam filter). Dear, I would like to know how to see the estimated fixed on each route with FMS and Pro Line 21 equipped in Carenado C525A (CJ2). I looked at several tutorials on the internet without successful results Another problem is that obervo weather radar works only when the aircraft is on the ground and off to a certain altitude. Then stabilized route does not detect the CB's. My aircraft does not work TCAS flying online on IVAO. When flying with VNAV and engage FLC the aircraft gives a lurch down and then recovers the pitch. In this FMS when flying DCT for a fixed remains entire route flown already drawing a line to the fixed starting from the origin airport …

I decided to dust off the old Seneca II and give it some new life by adding the lovely and wonderful GTN 750 from Flight 1. This GPS has literally transformed my VFR flying experience especially flying around the PNW with Orbx sceneries. Here are the mods in case anyone is interested. I just purchased Carenado PC-12 for FSX. I previously owned their PC012 for FS9 I really need a pilot operating handbook for this aircraft. I've been playing around with it since I got it about 3 hours ago, and have only discovered a couple of essential things pursuant to flying this beast. I understand that this FSX version has a lot of newy-newy, stuff on its' operating system, but I can't find such instruments such as radio frequencies selection, NDB selection.
