I am surprised that there are no more topics on this problem than there is. I have only looked at a few Carenado models, and I have been very disappointed in that they provide close to no documentation on the aircraft. How they expect people to fly them without a manual is puzzling. But people do, so I am asking those people - where do you find the manuals? I am particularly looking for manuals on the B1900D and the C208B Grand Caravan. I got the C208B because it is such a popular aircraft on FSEconomy. I would have thought manuals would be easy to find in that case, but no. I have found a C208B manual on the Cessna website, but it is for the current model with th…

Can some one tell if there is a way to allow this to run and "Not" do the "Snap Forward" move when using the space bar and mouse to move around the VC? I don't always use Track IR...But when this .dll is allowed it gets annoying. Any thoughts or help would be great.

Does anyone know a fix to the massive P-Factor on carenado piston aircrafts? I have set the FSX P-factor off and added the following line to aircraft.cfg p_factor_on_yaw = 0.0 torque_on_roll = 0.0 gyro_precession_on_yaw =0.0 gyro_precession_on_pitch =0.0 Still the aircrafts tend to pull to the left. Any known fix? Correction ****Carenado P-Factor FIX****

The B1900D, C90 and B200 all seem to have pressurization problems above 20,000 feet. Why can't Carenado get this one component right on their birds? With warning lights flashing all over the place because of the incorrect pressure gauge, it makes wanting to fly these birds almost impossible!!!

Will it be compatible with GPS or that flight system where "gauges are each sold separately "? Can you put W/X Radar in it.... Will it be "Steam or Glass?" I'm really not gonna care...I've been looking forward to them doing this and the Aztec for a long time!! Bout time! Now how long for the Aztec?

I have a fair number of Carenado aircraft but I've passed on a whole bunch of them that I might have gotten. All of their Beechcraft, both Senecas, the Mooney, the King Airs...all passes because of reviews or strange equipment choices...lack of DME or incomplete implementation. So, I throw it out there...if they did 2.0s, would you upgrade? What would you like to see? Gregg

Flying the Carenado C172 v3 in X-Plane 10 in the evening or at night is very difficult because the windows are not very clear. They impart a heavy grey tint to the view which makes detail very hard to see. Here are some screenshots to illustrate the problem: Carenado 172 at night showing problem with windows: http://i.imgur.com/OIabv1q.png http://i.imgur.com/Xr50dQK.png Outside view for clarity comparison: http://i.imgur.com/Ez5mfcA.png Default X-Plane 10 C172 showing much more clear windows: http://i.imgur.com/SCoAFQ4.png Does anybody else have this problem in X-Plane? Is it a bug in the Carenado 172? Any thoughts on how to correct it?

Hello, I know it has been asked already, but that was for quite a bit of time, so new aircrafts has been released. My question: Is it possible to use all Carenado aircrafts with the FSX multiplayer shared cockpit function without any limitations? So the new aircrafts (Pilatus PC12, Phenom 100, etc.) as well as the old aircrafts? Or are there some Carenado aircrafts I have to know, which don´t work regarding shared cockpit? Because a just buy and try is much too expensive for me, and for my partner as well, so I hope you can help us out there! Many thanks! Alexander

I am new to the Carenado King Air B200 and I am trying to incorporate it into my simulator. So far things have gone well right up until I went to map the light switches. I am using XPUIPC so that I can use my hardware that is intended to be used with FSUIPC. Seems the landing light offset is somehow not the same as the one used by FSUIPC. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

In the Carenado C340, how do I get information from the GPS to guide auto pilot, instead of VOR freq. And is it similar or different in other planes, can most* planes that have a NAV option in auto pilot to fly a GPS route? Thanks.

Anyone else see the Hawker 850 as a bridge to gap between short distance GA and the 737BBJ? I know ES makes the Citation X (which I dislike for my own reasons), but feel the Hawker, with Carenado's most excellent graphics, would be a better medium distance choice until someone is able to produce either a Falcon 900LX or a G650ER (which chances are nhil). Anyone else see it in the same vein?

I notice that when I am reducing power and slowing down during approach phase, the airspeed will drop like a rock from 120 to 70. It doesn't matter how slow I reduce the throttle. It's also very touchy on final and very difficult to get an accurate 500 fpm descent rate, the plane can be too high one second, then too low the next and even too slow or too fast. It doesn't seem to matter if I have full flaps or a full load. Any hints?

I have a plea for Carenado/Alabeo (yes, they are one and the same, at least at the top). Now I strongly suspect that the powers that be (Carenado/Alabeo - "C/A" from here on) don't read their own forums, so I may well end up emailing this to Carenado support, but here it is as an open "letter". This won't sit well with everyone, but I suspect strongly it will sit well with a majority of simmers who buy Carenado/Alabeo (C/A) products. So here goes. Please, please go back to doing what you do well. This is steam driven, often older style, simpler GA aircraft! There is no disputing that your graphics are the best there are. I have yet to buy a C/A plane where I haven't b…

Does the CArenado Piper Seneca II for FSX have a glideslope indicator? I set the ILS on both NAV1 and NAV2 and set the OBS on both VOR1 and VOR2 but when flying the approach I did not see any glideslope indicator.

They just posted a new album of this upcoming aircraft on Facebook. I was surprised to see they're not making another bizjet and instead going back to their roots by making a sequel to their older PA34 Seneca II. Hopefully it won't have a glass cockpit.

I've been flying Carenado's C206 a lot lately, and it requires a ton of right rudder to keep it straight in level flight. With the autopilot on, if nothing is done to correct it, the ball is completely offset on the turn and slip indicator. If sufficient rudder trim is put in to center the ball, the rudder itself is displaced by about 15-20 degrees. I tried zeroing out both; P_factor_on_yaw Torque_on_roll but neither one had any discernible effect. Anyone else know what I can try?

I'm mostly an GA flyer, I have a few older Carenado planes that I like, and I was thinking of buying a couple of others. I noticed that most of the newer ones they sell are part of their "HD Series." My system at the moment is so-so for simming, and it seems to respond to any sort of strain performance-wise despite tweaking. (In fact one of the reasons I fly GA planes is that the nicer PMDG-level aircraft are too hard of my machine.) I'm wondering if / worried that some of these "HD" Carenado planes are going to impact my frame rate. Do you think that will be an issue? Thanks!
