I have purchased the Carenado C210 MSFS2024 from Microsoft in Marketplace of MSFS2024. Since I owned the payware version way back in FS9, I just love this aeroplane.

I do have problem with this one. On both GPS's (GNS 500 and 430) there is a knob to change from COM to VLOC. You have to press this button (PushVC) to switch between COM freq and VLOC freq.
This knob does not press. It stays selected for COM freq. You are able to turn it and select the correct frq, but it does not allow you to switch to VLOC freq.

Anyone who can help? Thanks in advance

	Hello everyone!

Has anyone purchased the C210 for FS2020 who has already used the P3D version in the past?

I have a custom made livery for the P3D version which I would like to migrate to the MSFS version, but before I spend money on the aircraft I want to know if both are compatible. I mean, if I open a texture dds from the FS2020 version and paste the corresponding texture from the dds from the P3D version, will they coincide?

I want to use my personal fictional livery, but I don't want to do it again from scratch.

Wanting a high-wing for 6 occupants and having missed it on FS2020, I ended up going to the SWS Kodiak and doing the livery on it, but I would prefer a piston engine.

I used the Carenado 206 back on FS2004 and P3Dv2 and the 210 on P3Dv4.

	Thanks in advance!

Hi. I don't see any posts on this aircraft newer than 2016. Hope someone who flies it is watching 🙂

I've been practicing steep turns and stalls. Everything seems close enough to the real thing. I am doing my flight review in one so this is valuable for instrument scan and horizon practice.

For stalls, it behaves mostly as expected except for one thing. There is no buffeting or pre-entry behavior to respond to.

It gets very mushy but the nose remains up as the stall warning is going off. The only possibilities that follow are entry, incipient and developed phases. There is no other feedback.

Real 182s are hard to stall. Sometimes we just give up and recover from a super high AOA. But when it does stall, it is the same as other Cessna's, buffet, a bit of a nose down and we recover without rudder. That doesn't seem possible in this model.

I always hit the rudder as there is always a lot of roll. It does recover as expected from a spin. The result is always a loss of at least 400 feet of altitude. Any else try this?

Hello all, I'm trying to figure out how to use the Bendix King KAP150/KAS 297B in Carenado's Famous Flyers Beech Bonanza V35B in order to set a desired altitude, set a vertical speed of my choosing, and then have the plane fly to that altitude at the desired vertical speed. I have read the Bendix King manual and watched videos of IRL demonstrations but one specific thing in the Carenado plane is not working the way the manual and videos show: **Whenever I push the ARM button, the autopilot immediately sets a 500 FPM vertical speed rate up or down no matter what, and immediately starts climbing or descending.**

As I understand from the manual and videos, choosing an altitude and then pushing ARM should only tell the autopilot to be ready to capture that altitude when you get close to it - it should not automatically begin a climb or descent. However, that's exactly what happens: an immediate climb or descent at 500 FPM. This happens whether the VS is set to 0, or whether the VS is set to a number of my choosing, and whether the plane is level or climbing or descending - as soon as I choose an altitude and push ARM, it overrides all of my previous VS inputs and goes straight to 500 FPM up or down.

I want to be able to choose an altitude, ARM it, choose a vertical speed, and then engage that vertical speed that I want to reach the altitude and have the autopilot level out at that altitude. I believe this is the way it's supposed to work, but as soon as I push ARM - here comes 500 FPM. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

	Examples of what will happen:
- I am flying straight and level at 3000 ft and decide to climb to 4000 feet at 300 FPM.
- I select 4000 feet on the KAS 297 B
- I select 300 FPM on the KAS 297 B
- I push ARM - the plane immediately starts climbing at 500 FPM and the KAS 297 B shows 500 FPM

	OR

	- I am flying straight and level at 3000 ft and decide to descend to 2000 feet at 300 FPM
- I select 2000 feet on the KAS 297 B
- I push ARM - the plane immediately starts descending at 500 FPM and shows 500 FPM

So I'm not able to choose a FPM beforehand, and even if I do, the autopilot just overrides it and goes 500 FPM no matter what, and immediately starts a climb/descent on ARM push. Thanks for the help!

	Hi

Why most Carenado aircraft landing lights work inefficient and unrealistic? I mean they start illuminating the runway from nothing, all of a sudden just after touch down which is useless.

Carenado Bonanza has a good landing light but most of pipers and other products not. Arent they supposed to illuminate the rwy way before landing so to guide pilots to land?

is there any way to adjust them? Can we change the angle or type of lights in a cfg file? Can we use lighting file of another aircraft installing it to the one we want to our own satisfaction while keeping it private and never share the file?

I have taken screen shots but unfortunately can not attach the her!

 Ok,

Picked up SVS while on a Carenado buying "spree". I'm installing it into p3d v5. Here's what I've done so far....

 Installed SVS

Ran the Carenado P3D v5 patch

Uninstalled and then Reinstalled the Piper Meridian

Ran P3D, choose the Meridian, "Allowed Access" for the SVS through the Firewall.

	.....nothing...

I have no SVS on my Meridian, when I click the PFD button and enable SVS there, I get nothing and, of course, I still have the Terr Err message.

So, a couple of questions....#1 do I need to run Carenado's P3D v5 Patch for the SVS at all? Also, Is it better to install SVS with the planes uninstalled first or does it matter? I read somewhere that once I installed SVS, I had to Re-Install everything I had that was going to use it, is it easier to just uninstall them, install SVS and then re-install or does it not matter?
