Are there Carenado Aircraft that are "study level" or are close to study level and why don't they make the list? Looking to purchase some technical Carenado Aircraft. I have A2A GA and I'm looking to add some Regional Aircraft or Jets.

Hello, I have just bought my saab 340 aircraft as a gift for my birthday.Everything is excellent,only one thing is an issue.The ignition.When ever I try to start the aircraft with the fuel pumps and everything needed on,only the left propeller works,while the right does not move.I have tried auto start,and even looked back on the planes the see if everything thing was in working order.I would like to know how to resolve this.Thanks -Omega

I have purchased the Piper Saratoga and the Piper Seminole. Since the updates to prepar p3d and updated planes, I cannot set the VS on the autopilot of the Seminole. Also cannot set the altitude and Vs on the Saratoga. I hope they will work on a fix for this. Also the landing gear alarm for the Saratoga was never fixed. There’s nothing worse then buying something that doesn’t work proper. 🙁

I am mainly into warbirds and propeller driven GA but considering studying biz jet ops. I have the Phenom 300 which I haven't done much with but I wondered if anyone can recommend the best current Carenado jet if it is another? Maybe I am being unfair but my impression of the Carenado jets is that they are 90% there, gorgeous visuals but the autopilot functionality and flight models sometimes a bit lacking. Was considering the Flight1 Cessna Mustang or one of the Carenado jets and wondered if any of the jet experts here could give me a pointer? Many thanks for taking the time to read my post!

Hi all, after the last update of P3D (4.023.21468) all my carenado aircraft, manifest the same problem, the parking brake is impossible to unlock ,and the plane can't move, nor with the combination ctrl +, nor with the appropriate command of the virtual cockpit, which seems to be the only one not working between all others. in the virtual view the brake is unlocked, but the sim gives me the indication that it is locked, and to unlock it with ctrl +, but neither the combination (nor others) work. The issue appears in all Carenado airplanes, while if loading any aircraft of other houses, the brakes work flawless either in virtual cocpit, or with keyboard …

Anyone having issues with the Reality XP 750 not working in the XP11 F33A Bonanza? Its supposed to show up in the VC without adding it since it comes already RealityXP 750 ready like the Pilatus 12. I can add it as a popup but cant get it to show up in the VC. Just a blank screen. Wondering if it is a 11.30 issue. My other Carenado AC like the centurion 210 and Pilatus 12 still work fine.

Flying straight and level, hands off the controls/keyboard and the gear will randomly decide to extend. Any ideas please??

Hello, Will anyone help? Does anyone have their weather radar working in any Carenado aircraft P3D v4.4 (I have the Hawker, C90Gtx, and the Seneca V), I think I need the CMeteoXmlx64.dll, but can't seem to get Carenado to send me one, they send me the link to the 32 bit version??? I'm pretty sure it should've downloaded with the v4 installer, but doesn't. I believe it does with the B1900D, but I don't have that aircraft. Any help or knowledge would really be appreciated. I had it working fine in v3, but just can't make it work in v4 no matter what I've tried. I know it's a lame radar anyway, but I would just like it to work. Thanks again, J

I have some carendo DS aircraft but I notice they all go around in a circle one time before they proceed on the taxiways..Is there a setting I can alter to do That? Just curious..nice airplane 🙂 Thanks, Bob M.

I have the Phenom 300 and the C208 and have used SVS with both. It works in the VC and on the pop up PFD. Not on the TBM however. It only works in the VC. Am I doing something wrong?

Greetings all, It has been quite some time since I've flown the B350i. This morning I tried to set my altitude via the autopilot. Despite having my mouse hovering over the "100's" portion of the altitude setting knob, when I move my scroll wheel the altitude changes in 1000's of feet. How do I set altitude in 100' increments? My operating system in Windows 10 and I'm using Prepar3Dv4.4. Thanks, Scott

I just bought the Hawker 2 days ago and will not run. I have googled this and it seems to be a big problem for others too. Do they have some kind of money back policies? Thanks, Bob

I'm sure there will be detractors from this thread, but am I the only one actually excited for the Falcon 50 from Carenado? It'll be a great compliment to their Hawker 850 and give a bit more executive range. Yes, it'll probably have the standard Carenado bugs, but man it looks gorgeous!

I have just purchased two Carenado a/c, PC12 and Phenom 300. Is it possible to save flight scenarios and reload them so that the flight plan is still active? I just tried the usual P3D way to save and then reload a flight, but while the aircraft was still flying where I left it flying straight and level, the flight plan in the GTN750 had vanished.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows by now that A2A made free to any developer and/or ambitious editor their *AMAZING* rain effects that have now been incorporated into the A2A 172, 182 and the recently released Bonanza. I'm not holding my breath when it comes to Carenado taking the time to upgrade/update any of their aircraft as it seems they have about a one month window of updates for newly released aircraft, after that you're better served by the community here on Avsim and elsewhere. I just purchased the Carenado Skymaster. I have XP11, although I can't install it yet. A Christmas present from my wife. But orders are..."Don't install it before Christmas!" Well, now I'm being told that some of the older Carenado models don't work in XP11...only in XP10. However, some do. Can someoe tell me, I hope, that the Skymaster is one that works fine. If not, I guess I'm out of luck, as I understand there are no returns.

hi, i am flying the Do228, AC690 and (Alabeo) DA-42. At least the Do228 has a basic FMC, the DA-42 has a G1000. I installed the latest Navigraph update for Carenado (filename "carenado_1712.exe"). I did that for the first time. However, the FMC and the Garmin does still show old data. Navigraph data has been installed into the following folder: "F:\Prepar3D v4\CarenadoNavigraph" How to get it working, that FMC/GPS shows the new airac data? thanks, regards

Im not sure if this belongs in here ans searching came up with nothing. I was gifted a Carenado B200 for XP11 from a friend for a project. I have a valid KEY and have registered in the XP sim. The problem is I do not have access to any updates (if Any) and the problem I am running into is the Pilot head is in the way of the view. I can fix this but loading a different aircraft (Carenado or default) and go back to the B200 and it will be fixed. I own the B1900, S550 and the PC12 and have had no issues like this. This is a blessing and an issue as I do need the side (C,O,A) buttons temporally removed. but I I still have the issue of the pilot model in the way…

Anything you can do in P3d To use a carenado plane and disable the navigraph file you will be way better off in performance. Carenado never fixed it over many years it still doesnt work right in P3d and may never will. Waiting on Carenado is like waiting on snow arizona. . .

I own all 3 X-Plane Beech 1900D aircraft. I am currently on XP 11.2. I can fly the old 10.x model in XP11x just fine, but the newer XP11-specific models won't let me engage the autopilot. I think it has something to do with the FMS?) When I try to engage the AP, it clicks on then immediately clicks back off. I am using the XP native Datarefs. How does one go about using the native autopilot in the 1900?
