Hello. I can not install Carenado ATR72. When i try install I can see a message: The specified serial is not valid. I have entered the correct serial number and mailadress. What is wrong? Kjelle

Hello everybody, I submitted a ticket to Carenado already but I thought I'll give it a try and ask the community here at AVSIM :-) I recently bought the SR22 from pcaviator. After installation and loading up the first time I noticed during the first test flight, that the PFD always shows the CRS of 000 in magenta, so the GPS course is not taken from the MFD flight plan. When I change the CDI mode to VOR1 or 2 the CRS is usable and adjustable, but in GPS mode it's not working. Also the flight plan from the MFD is not shown in the PFD (FPL menu is empty). If I open the PFD via SHIFT+1 the popup windows shows the correct CRS and GPS needle though…

Hi, I was wondering if I could get some help with the texture files on the newer carenado models. I understand the painting part without a layered paintkit. What I don't seem to get are the different texture files in the folder and what their function is. For example in a DA-62 you'll find, CDASD_ext1 where I do the painting and save ias a dds in dxt5, then you have CDASD_ext1_spec and in some other models other files with different characteristics. I assume it has to do with the light effects and shading and so on, I just don't know how the paint itself should be modified to fit these formats. thanks

Anyone else had issues signing into their account? Said my email wasn't registered but when I tried to register again it said my email was registered!!! I've been trying to access it to download my products for P3Dv5. I have a support ticket open but haven't heard anything yet.

Since I installed the P3D V4.5 SDK all my Carenado g1000's now have the Ter Err in the PFD and SVS stopped working. Some how the gauge is now broken. I submitted a ticket to them after trying everything I could find in forums. All they wanted to do at Carenado is offer me a refund??? lol How in the world does this company make money with that attitude??

I finally got my SVS working but the mountains in the PDF seem a lot further away than they actually are. I haven't tried night flying through the mountains yet, but I think it would lead to disaster real quick.

I'm seeking opinions on what may be the most relaxed Carenado Jet with goof performance and framerate (if there is such a thing). My goal is reasonably quick flights between USA medium and large airports. My favorite quick flight is a San Diego to LAX shuttle, at night. I only have a moderate computer compared to your modern rigs, and can only use HD planes if I reduce texture size. I'm not a pilot, and not looking for study planes. I don't currently own a Reality XP or anything like that. At my slightly advanced age I'm a fan of the Carenado "Ready To Taxi" implementation. Dear Carenado, please give the Proline and G1000 cockpit planes a rest, and please consider giving us a plane that has not been modeled in FS (that I'm aware of): the Cessna P210/Turbine P210. Hi all, I posted an enquiry that failed to get a response earlier, so I wandered around the Carenado site and found what might be a possible solution, but on making an enquiry to Carenado, I got a reply which I thought was a bit harsh and came back here!! Hi everybody, I'm hoping to find some advice on what I might be doing wrong here! I run X-Plane 11 on an Apple iMac and purchased the Carenado CT210_Centurion_II_v3.2 some time ago and only now getting 'round to trying it! I installed it as per instructions, and it starts up perfectly, but when I go to taxi, there's a horrible noise, as if I was dragging a heavy chain underneath the a/c. With a little patience I ignore it and try to take off, but when I get airborne, the a/c continues to roll and no amount of trying to fly straight and level will work. I recently purchased the Carenado C172SP SKYHAWK G1000 for P3D 4, included in the download package is the Synthetic Vision System. On trying the SkyHawk out I found the SVS system would not work. I had already purchased three Carenado aircraft that uses SVS and had bought the SVS package separately, these were all working perfectly before the SkyHawk downloaded, but stopped working after the SkyHawk with its included SVS was installed. I overcame the problem by uninstalling the SVS that came with the SkyHawk and reinstalled the SVS package I had previously bought, everything is now working perfectly. I am having the pleasure of doing a full reinstall of P3Dv4 and when I got to the Excel, I keep getting an 888 Invalid Serial message. Anti Virus is disabled, and I copied and pasted the serial in from a notepad. Any other ideas?

So I bought the Carendo Cessna 170 on sale, tried to download it numerous times, keep getting this message, it just will not install, green bar get to about 20% and stops. Hit the retry button over and over, tried a new install nothing works. I have contacted Carendo support, 🤥 no solution's yet. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Carenado has made all of the Phenom planes and Pilatus planes.. What will we all think If they did make a PC24, Phenom 500 and 450 as well? I would have LOVED it, specially the PC24.

Hey Carenado fliers! I have a few Carenado planes already bought throughout the years...but want to pickup 3 more at the sale on until the 29th (tomorrow). I want to stick to the under $15 models as I'm going to pick up 3. I already have the TBM, B200, Falcon 50, CJ2 and Caravan....and A2A 182 and Comanche for my pistons. Looking to get the PC12, Cheyenne II, and the Premier .....maybe the Citation S 550 and 690B TURBO COMMANDER. I downloaded and installed the Albeo C172 RG Cutlas II. I see the files in FSX Steam, but the aircraft does not show in my Select Aircraft screen. Please help.

Just bought the Piper p46 g1000 and am really struggling to to even take off because of the planes p factor. Since i do not own rudder pedals i find it really hard to counteract it. Is there any way to disable the p-factor on this aircraft so i can fly it properly? Thanks.

Is it possible to change the display settings on the G1000, especially the waypoint display (at the top of the PFD), as I am partially color blind and the magenta? is very hard for me to see. A yellow would be much easier for me. Thanks, Steve

Purchased EMB505_Phonom300. Installed in C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX and it appeared to install correctly. Plane does not show in list of planes. I have the Alabeo M20 Ovation for P3d V4 and can't get the autopilot to work. I get to the altitude and the heading that I want then press the altitude hold button, the Heading hold button then the AP button. The airplane then goes into a right hand bank instead of staying on heading. I do not know what I am doing wrong. Rod
