reinstalled my seneca, 182 and mooney . the 182 g1000 screens would go blank randomly all the time ruining the flight, drove me crazy making me avoid the sim all together. Also, the 182 g1000 screens would go blank randomly all the time ruining the flight. Reinstall was done after the latest update in the marketplace. I used to own a 182 in the real world and these planes were so bad that it ruined my virtual flying. Hope is fixed now. also the mooney and 182 autopilots were glitchy and would veer off randomly, last flight also showed normal autopilot function so far. will update in a few days about how it is going.

Hi, Are there any 3rd party FMCs (free or payware) that are compatible with the 350i. I am looking for one that will allow for adding custom waypoints (Lat / Lon waypoints) and can be linked to the B350i autopilot, with a database that can be updated via Navigraph. Thank you, Ken B.

Just purchased Skymaster and have two questions. 1. I have an Honeycomb alpha and bravo yoke and I am having problems mapping the landing lights and nav lights. Can anyone advise what commands we should be configuring in msfs for the lights for this aircraft? 2. If I have a flightplan loaded in Gps and have the CDI configured as GPS, if I select NAV mode in the autopilot should the aircraft not follow the flightplan? I am having issues where it is not following the activated flightplan. Can anyone assist??? cheers

Hi, Tried to fly the Seneca in MSFS with one engine failed and prop feathered. Sadly I could not manage to maintain altitude, let alone establish a climb on one engine and speed at blue line. Ball was near the middle and 5 deg of bank towards the good engine. Aircraft had 50% fuel loaded. (Default setting) The best I got was a 400 fpm descent until impact. This should not happen. Could someone please look into the flight/ performance model and rectify this? Thank you!

I just upgraded to 5.3 and now I only get the message "Loading Database" on both my Embraer B120 and my Beech 350i. I've looked all over the internet and I tried to edit my dll.xml according the recomendations (https://bit.ly/3GqSaZ8) but it hasn't worked. I'd just like to know if Carenado aircraft FMC does'nt work with P3D v5.3. I'll revert back to my previous version of P3D (which worked fine) but I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong.

I have all 3 for MSFS2020 on my Xbox, and for the most part quite happy with them for the price with one exception. None of these 3 have any landing lights or taxi lights that shed any light on the runway. It’s a shame because the interior night lighting is pretty good and so I like flying at night quite a bit, but the immersion is ruined on the ground and landing so super unrealistic as I fly to many small airports that are not all lit up. All three planes have bright landing lights that will blind you if you look at them from the front, but they don’t illuminate the ground at all in front of the aircraft. Does anyone have a definitive solution to this long-running saga with Carenado. Whatever I try the Navigraph database will not load into Carenado aircraft, despite following all the dll.xml entry instructions from a wealth of posts on this subject. That includes calling the x64 or the 32 bit carenvigraph.dlls, changing locations, entering above, below and middle of the dll.xml files (both of them), setting full paths rather than the .\ symbols, and everything but the kitchen sink. These aircraft simply refuse to load the database which is stuck on 0% permanently. This includes restarting windows after every edit, restarting P3d numerous times, loading default aircraf…

I was flying this afternoon in the Mooney Ovation for MSFS without any issues, but since then, every time the plane loads, either in my hangar or when trying to load a flight I crash to the desktop. I tried deleting it from my community folder and re-installing from the marketplace but still no luck. Absolutely nothing changed from this afternoon to now, either, so I'm at my wits end with this. I can view the plan just fine in the hangar in external view, but the minute the cockpit loads I get a CTD. Any ideas?

Hi, I bought the PA28 for MSFS but i have the feeling that the flight dynamics are not working properly. When I fly at a certain altitude with constant speed and I set the flaps, the aircraft is not responting at all, keeping speed and AOA exactly. Same for the prop lever. No matter how I move it, it doesn not affect the plane at all. Also, when I land, I get a reward for a engine out landing although the engie was running. Something is strange here. Any ideas?

Cannot live with the fact that all MSFS planes don't come with 2D pop-up instruments. One can pop-up screens of PFD/MFD but not the knobs and dials. What about Carenado's cockpits? Can the entire instrument be opened in a separate window as before in FSX or is the same as with the MSFS default planes? Thank you

Purchased Carenado PC12 HD for X-Plane. Attitude indicator is reversed -- shows left bank when rolling right, and right when left. Have never seen this. Any help appreciated. Greg

Hi All, I recently "upgraded" to MSFS from P3D and also downloaded a bunch of other stuff including the Carenado Arrow III. As of today 31 October 2021, the Arrow III download is the most up to date version (with the flap bug issue sorted), and my MSFS is also updated to the latest version etc. BUT - I still get the original flap issue when flying the Arrow III: 1. On take off with 1 stage flaps - as soon as I raise the nose, the aircraft somersaults down the runway! 2. Select flaps on approach - the aircraft starts multiple forward rolls and crashes! Stupid me failed to make a copy of my original FSX XL560 panel cfg file before clicking the Reality GTN750 app. Not so sure I actually want to add the gauge now that I read about major issues with the integration and the fact that the gauge and it's nav database are not supported by navigraph. Does anyone have a copy of the original FSX panel cfg file?

Please bear with me. I have been away for a time due to medical reasons and I am taking care of a sick wife. I have little time to fly. I have searched for ways to get Carenado SVS to work and came up with over a hundred answers, non of which worked. I have P3d v4. I solved the 172 problem by uninstalling it's SVS. I would like to uninstall SVS and use the G1000 with out but I can't find out how. I would like to use the little time I have flying, not messing. Thank you for your indulgence. Rod

Cheers everyone! Back in April, i made a livery for the Carenado PA28R, which worked perfectly. I worked on it for days long, was a nightmare sometimes, but it was finally done. But after Sim Update 5, it just doen't show up in-game... I really don't know what to do with it, the plane is updated, the game is updated, but my livery is nowhere. Any ideas? I tried the support of the Carenado, even the MFS2020 support, but ofc they didn't reply. Thank you for your help and time! (Picture before SU5)

It gathers some doubts about this aircraft. All in relation to the PA44 in the MFS2020. If anyone can help me with any of the questions 1) Window heat - I know that this aircraft does not defrost the windows. But is there any way to do that? I realize that with a temperature of -4º there is already freezing of the windows, forcing me to always fly at very low flight levels. When it freezes, even after flying in warmer temperatures there is no defrost, forcing me to switch an airport with Full IFR conditions with zero visibility. 2) GPU Carenado- Does the GPU do real work on the aircraft? After the SU5 the M20R fuel selector stays in the OFF position. I am not able to switch it to one of the tanks

Anybody else buy The Piper PA-28 Arrow III for MSFS Xbox? Does it fly? I just bought it. Once i get to 60 knots on my take off the plane tries to tip over and goes out of control on 2 wheels and I can’t get it in the air. I can’t get it above 60 knots but that doesn’t help when I have a wind dragging along the ground. Also if I start a flight in mid air the plane just rolls over and dives to the ground. This only happens with this plane and I’ve checked everything out like winds, weight and balance, make sure autopilot is off, failures are off etc. I’ve simmed since FSX came out and like to think I know how to fly a plane, like I said all the others fly fine. …

I am having an issue, randomly (usually reaching CRZ altitude) on my Carenado Cessna Citation II S550 v1.2 on XP11, screen gaguges start flickering. Like even the Carenado menu on the left dissaperas an re-appears! I tried with addons (ActiveSKy, xPilot), without, different weatehr, locations. and always the same thing. I click and the screens flicker, then click again and kind of come back, then click a button and start flickering, and again and again. Impossible to flight. Which of Carenado's business jets are best, that is to say least Buggy, best simulated etc. Have Premier in FSX Steam. Had a terrible time getting the FMS loaded. Thanks.

Two problems on the Seminole in MSFS. 1. You can't adjust frequencies using the mouse on the KX 165. 2. You can't do a mag check on either the left or right engine. When you try and shut off one mag, both switches go to off, and the engine quits.
