Is there a way to make the pop-up gauges easier to read ? In particular and as examples, I find the a/p for the PA42 and B1900D (FSX vsns) to be very feint (I don't have the youngest of eyesight). I thought I'd stumbled on a way to increase/decrease the opacity the other day by selecting two keys to do one thing only to notice the above PA42 gauge became less clear to see. Or maybe I just imagined it as I've not been able to replicate. Any idea's or thoughts please ? TIA K.

The file is in the P3D v5.2 folder as specified by Carenado. As the Waco is being installed it stops and I get 404 ERROR (incorrect serial). I'm assuming S/N. I tried again to install and 404 ERROR (incorrect Email)??? Thanks, Patrick

I have both the Carenado Ovation (version 1.2.1) and the Carenado Seminole (version 1.3.1). The Seminole is a dream to fly, to trim, to operate on the ground as well as in the air. The Ovation is like a wild horse that cannot be tamed. Seriously - the Ovation is way too sensitive compared to the Seminole and for that matter any of the other MSFS default GA aircraft. I have adjusted the sensitivity settings for both rudder and elevators and for all other aircraft they are a dream to operate but not the Ovation. Do others have this issue and any thoughts on what is causing such intense sensitivity compared to the Seminole and other aircraft?

I bought the Seneca yesterday. Now I have a question about the weight or the front and rear centers of gravity. With other machines, a maximum center of gravity for the front and rear is displayed to me when loading. At Seneca, these points are so far forward or backward that they make no sense. They should be more like where i placed the red lines im my picture… So how do I distribute the weight sensibly if I don’t know where the center of gravity is because the things are not properly displayed? Last week, I purchased the PA31-350 Chieftain for X-Plane 11. Download & install appeared to work correctly; however, I am unable to activate the add-on. The dialogue box opens, I paste my S/N in the box, and then press "Next". Nothing happens. It just sits there and dialogue box remains open. The Next button turns green, but that's about it. I filed a support ticket with Carenado. They had seen the issue before and the person solved it by deleting his X-Plane installation and reinstalling it, among a bunch of other things like disabling Plugins. On the B1900D In Xplane-11 I can't see trought the windows. The Plugin is working, from the Cockpit I can see out but from outside view evry window is black, both Cockpit and Cabin

I bought the Carenado Phenom 100 which has a Navigraph expansion pack. What is an expansion pack? Doesn't the plane come with a Navigraph database already? Since it's on sale I'm wondering if I should buy the expansion pack. Thank you.

Just picked up the Waco YMF-5 (my first MFS payware a/c) and am really enjoying it. Just wondering though, how or where any updates for this plane are handled? Will I get an email? Will an update show in the marketplace? Or, other method(s)? Cheers,

Using FSX. I fly the light Twins and single props. Lately I've been honing in on the accuracy of the Cylinder head and EGT temps. I've noticed the temps actually increase at lean of peak in cruise. ?? This is contrary to real world behavior. Plenes tested.... Care/Ala-Nado - 340, 310, F33, V35, Baron 58 Is this an FSX shortcoming? I should just accept? I have used both factory and switched a few gauges i.e the Baron 58 EGT/CHT gauge in the 310. Your thoughts and observations welcome..

Is it possible to enter an entire flight plan, perhaps created in Flight sim Commander (or other) FP creation utility into the FMS in one step, or is it only possible to enter the plans one waypoint at a time? It wouldn't be so terrible entering the wps one at a time if the procedure and the MFD controls were easier to manipulate ~:) I find that typing thing with the MFD /FMS knobs do-able, but very time consuming, awkward, erc Best to all, Ken

Dear all, Bellow my experience with the Mooney M20R after several hours of fly: 1. The aircraft seems to have difficulty to follow properly a Nav course and fish from left to right. I am not sure if it is a normal behaviour. 2. Avionic simply disconnect from time to time. The last one is related to the Cold&Dark start, I am not able to start the aircraft after loading the Cold&Dark option even though I am following the right procedure I guess. Since the latest MSFS upgrade, with either of these two planes selected for a flight, MSFS will CTD while loading a flight. This happened 4 out of 5 times. It then became that I couldn't even start MSFS. The problem has only been rectified after uninstalling and removing these two aircraft from MSFS. I'd be grateful for some support on this as I now have two aircraft that I've purchased but cannot fly!

Good day to all :) It's not performing that well regards the GPS/map screen on the aircraft. Setting flight plan is fine and switches and how it operates is all fine, it's when I go in more depth and use the zoom and and out of map option is when it gets broken on my p3d v5. When zoom in and out or change the style of map look or whatever, it makes it disappear and all black and takes so long in time to load it in. Zoom in to see more of where the I am and it goes all clear black and then my FPS drops and goes crazy. Hi, I have found on many occasions that the HSI Compass is stuck on north . Can you help me fix this issue?

New V 1.0 Fokker 50 for XP11 having issues with vertical speed and holding altitude. The vertical speed adjust and altitude select arent adhered to with the autopilot. The aircraft will continue to climb and sometimes descend. Eventually I can get it to hold altitude by manually adjusting controls and then engage altitude hold. Cant get alt select to funtion like it should.

Hello, I had just recently purchased the Carenado Embraer B120 and installed it. It loaded and ran well the first time or two I loaded the plane into the sim. However, I am now encountering a strange problem that it seems isn't unique to only me - When I double-click to open P3D v5, it hangs on the splash screen as usual, and then a brief "loading scenery" message appears. The splash screen vanishes and no trace of the menu or anything on the desktop is to be found. As it turns out, I open up Task Manager, and I found out that P3D is still running, albeit as a background process. The only way to stop it is to kill the task through the Task Manager. Hi Folks. I've only been on MFS for a few weeks now, but really enjoying it. I've been mostly flying the C172 G1000 till now, but I recently just got the M20R. I'm finding an issue with the controls in the cockpit though, when using the mouse. The areas that you interact with the controls, like dials, switches, and buttons, seems quite small compared with the C172. Has anyone else noticed this? I find it difficult sometimes to make adjustments, for example to altitude hold, without zooming in quite close to the control.

I am attempting to create a profile for use with the Embraer 120 and the Honeycomb throttle and was wondering if there is a list of LVARS available? I would like to setup the LED's but have no idea what variables are used(if any)? Thanks

My brother and I both fly multiplayer in 2020. We both purchased the Carenado 182 from the MSFS 2020 marketplace. Yet when we try and fly the 182 together, either He, or I or both of us crash to the desk top. This only happens when we both try and fly the Carenado 182 together at the same time. Is there a solution to this by any chance, or what might be causing this? Thanks Walt
