PMDG 747 Queen of the Skies II

Hi, I'm getting a VERT PATH FULL FMC message which, as far as I can research, is a PMDG error message. I can't find it in Bulfer either. Here is the situation which has been set up with FsiPanel 2017 for P3D v4. There is no speed or altitude data from the SID (DARIM1R) or the approach (RNAV (RNP) RWY 02) on the legs pages. Hi I downloaded 747 V3 about 2 days ago and today first flight for testing ILS approach... when i check the frequency and course on a chart, there is no input knob on the pedestal...i mean no way to set frequency..only exist VHF Does it automatically set freq of ILS like 777? I usually flying with 737 ..so I think freq setting will be required ...because 747 model is a little old Please advice me.. Thanks..

Hello, On recent 3 or 4 flights with all PMDG birds (especially 747)I have started to experience very strange issue - the oil temperature on one of the engine does not rise, even though all engines are running. When I push throttle, N1/N2 and EGT for engine number 1 remain the same, while the engine itself is running. The same happened one day with NGX and T7. Your help regarding how to solve this issue would be much appreciated as I ran out of options. Hi all, first of i use the most current panel states, in this case long and just altered the floodlights level and saved it then. My problem is, that if i then start engine 3+4 i get a caution sound and warning which is not resettable. Anyone else having this problem or can confirm? Already repaired the 747 and used the default state as well.

So ive noticed since the last 747 update on avg every other flight i do in the QOTS the VNAV on decent fails. It doesn't do the decent like the Chart or Legs page says to do it just drops you straight to your lowest altitude at your first decent waypoint and keeps your speed still at cruise speed. What is going on?

Please, if anyone had this issue, that by cold and dark configuration, TCAS switch is in the ON position... Everything else works just fine. Any idea?

Hey guys, Brian N ...one of our excellent library Mods had requested TWA fictional on the PMDG Queen. I was happy to grant his request since he's been so responsive to my recent Queen uploads, and just my way of thanking him for volunteering his time here. Still very very early, but got the textures on to the plane to see how she looks in the sim. Still a lot of work to do.

Hi all, Has anyone else noticed at times that the 3rd CDU sometimes takes multiple presses of the keys when entering data in keyboard mode? I am just wondering if there is some sort of stickiness modelled - spilled pastry crumbs or something haha? Cheers,

Goodevening all, As I was not very delighted to see that there wasn't any repaint of the Saudia Cargo 744ERF, I decided to make one on my own, as there were no videos or tutorials available online, i relayed on a PMDG 777 repaint tutorial and the quick reference/manual book which was included in the paint kit. Long story short; Spent 8 hrs on a repaint, and when i thought i was finally done and ready to test it in FSX, this happend (see spoiler for images). Hello all- Quick question! I like to be slightly different sometimes, and often try to put various different airframes through their paces. This will involve things like stall tests, various failures, all sorts of weird and wonderful maneuvers. My favourite though, is testing our Rejected Take-offs in different situations, weather, states of decay on the aircraft, etc. I don't notice a huge deceleration on Autobrakes RTO in this aircraft. Hi.I'm flying with PMDG B747-400. On FMC I set cruising speed .800 Mach. When this speed has been reached, it has continued to rise slowly until the current indicated by .924 Mach. Any changes to the settings on the FMC are irrelevant. The following message appears on the display: "> AUTOTHROT DISC" in yellow. Yesterday I made an intercontinental flight with the PMDG 777-300ER. The same problem was presented. The FMC did not control the speed and the aircraft went into permanent owerspeed. Deactivating the autothrottle and lowering the handcuffs, the aircraft began to dive. What is the cause? Thank you.

I am just starting work on the QOTS tutorial. But my FMC does not seem to have the COORZ3 SID from runway 17R at KDEN? The tutorial KDEN Departures page for 17R shows just 1 SID, COORZ3. My page shows 6! DCBEL2, DENVR5, PIKES4, PLAIN4, ROCK14 and YELLO6. Rob Stevenson

Hello , This abnormal behavior had happen to me in several occasions , also on other flights of my friend fly the QQTS , this problem randomly occurs under landing in windy conditions ,upon touchdown the aircraft will decelerate but with thr reverse applying speed suddenly accelerate what will cause bouncing landing and problem to stop the aircraft. I was just on final approach at Heathrow after a long haul from JFK and unsurprisingly, traffic stopped on the runway so I had to go around. Upon pressing to TO/GA button multiple times nothing happened so I did the next best thing and I disconnected the autothrottle to manually push it to TO/GA, something bad happened because my flight controls were pretty messed up in the sense that, it took a lot of pressure on the yoke for it to do very little but after a second the inputs were amplified. By fluke using FlightAware's 'Track Inbound Flight,' I was able to find a complete round robin that appears to be the same airframe making the rounds of the pacific (5X is UPS): 5X99 PANC-KSDF, 5X32 KSDF-PHNL, 5X34 PHNL-YSSY, 5X33 YSSY-ZSPD and 5X81 ZSPD-PANC As it happens, I have addon scenery for all of the above locations and only FSDT KSDF needs to have an AFCAD modified to provide a parking spot for the B744 (comparing GE with FSDT KSDF and you'll find So end of ramp is pretty messed up in the FSDT product). Hello, Maybe I've missed a change log somewhere but is it correct to say that the exhaust fumes have disappeared? I thought it was a really nice detail but only recently have I noticed that it isn't there anymore. Was this done on purpose or did I do something wrong?

Hi, I am trying to update the PMDG B747 QOS for FSX-SE as well as the B777 according to notices in the Op's Center. Hi, Like I suspect some of us do, I also have the PSX 744 which I've had from the days of PS1. Together with QOTSII v3, they make a really great pair in understanding and enjoying the 747-400 in the flight sim world. A couple of days ago I had a fuel imbalance warning in the QOTSII and didn't have a clue what it meant so I ignored it and continued uneventfully to my destination. After arrival I decided to look further into the warning. First I looked here on the Forum and found the reference to the FCOM.
