I like LNM's feature that show add-ons. However, this doesn't work for all airports (the ones from the Marketplace because they are encrypted). Is there a quick/easy to way to create fake versions of these that LNM could parse?

I find that I am frequently rearranging the order of the flight plan columns so that those most relevant to me are readily visible. Would it be possible to save the flight plan column order so I don't have to rearrange every time I start LNM? Thanks.

Hi, I use foreflight for IRL flying and recently discovered that is connects with MSFS. I have looked through several threads online on how to export a flight plan from FF to MSFS and all say via Little NavMap but have yet to find pany explaining how. Can Alex or someone please give instruction on how to do this. Thank you

Just noticed using P3D 4 and 5 that the ILS feathers and info on a few fictitious airports and some modified stock airports created and modified using ADE are no longer displaying in LNM. Running 2.8.6.rc2. The correct bgl files are showing in LNM Data Source. The correct info is appearing in the actual P3D nav map so not sure which LNM build this stopped working in.

It seems the button to show or hide missed approach legs on the map only takes effect after an approach has been actually inserted into the flight plan. However, it would be convenient if you could also hide the missed approach leg when deciding on which approach to select because some missed approach legs overlay the primary approach course making it a little difficult to see some details of the primary approach. I updated to the latest version 2.8.5 and cannot see the TACAN frequencies. All the TACAN appear as VOR and show VOR frequencies. Is there a way of changing it in settings? Thank you.

I don't know if this has already been adressed somewhere, at least I couldn't find anything on this topic: On my system LittleNavMap mixes up the types of the AI aircraft shown on the map. For example, a Skyhawk in XPlane shows up as a B738 in LNM, an A330-300 as an BE58, PA-18 as A333 and so on. The assignments are always the same, so not randomly chosen. This happens with XP11 as well as with XP12, and I saw this for a while in LNM, and still in 2.8.5.rc1. The plane I'm flying is recognised correctly, it's just the AI planes that are wrong. Is there a lookup table somewhere which messes this up?

Hello. [TLDR fluff] I love the Vision Jet. I switched to MSFS after spending over 300hrs flying the SF50 in X-Plane 11, and finally, FFX released Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet for MSFS as well. The plane is great. Looks great, flies great, it's packed with features and kicks the Laminar version's butt. [/TLDR fluff] THE ISSUE So i started flying FFX's SF50 in MSFS as well. I don't know how to interpret the airway designation below. For example, what does the "B" mean? I can't seem to find any info on that in FAA documentation, etc. Thanks for any help, Al

Hello, LNM automatically creates the "Little Navmap Files" folder in the Documents folder. Is it possible to change the default path of this folder and its contents? So that it can be hosted on any other drive. Thank You Ignacio

Hi I noticed that in the version mentioned in the subject, when using the map with the 3D glasses, the plane does not automatically follow the map. Is this normal or have I set something wrong. Greetings Peter

First of all im a newbie to lnm. I am trying to remove data from my imported flight plan (.pln) from simbrief. I feel there is great data but my plane on track gets a little messy. I have tried everything to remove the data and simply cannot. Would there be a switch in case i need the waypoint data etc? I rather just see a line for the moving map of my flight plan. Thank you

Hi Alex, Is it possible to allow us to define additional content directories to MSFS in order to enable you to scan them as well even if they are not active ? The rational behind that is that the more sceneries enabled , the more time it takes for the Sim to load, so I enable / disable them as I need them with directory links.But that requires me to load the scenery library again in NavMap every time to "see what is active", which takes lots of time as well. You already have the option to "exclude" directories, can you add one to "include" ? :-) Thanks, Doron.

Although I see helipads in LNM with an 'H', I cannot select them for departure or destination, only as userpoints. These are all add-on airports with helipad. They work perfectly within MSFS flight selection. The imported .pln into MSFS is garbage and sends me, instead of my departure 'userpoint', half-way around the world to another airport. If I then, in MSFS having loaded the .pln, I select departure and destination helipads manually, Lo&Behold, my intermediate waypoints all show up and I have a perfect flight plan. I agree that LNM does warn me that the departure/destination, being userpoints, may cause MSFS flight plan to be unusable. MSFS accepts the…

I installed 2.8.4Beta with the intent to replace my earlier version 2.6.19, but the beta won't display topo on the map like the earlier version does. Can't find a setting that would turn this on or off. Both programs are using the same ini file so it could be something needed in it. I sent an email with screenshots of the problem since I don't see a way to add an image to this.

Hello Alex, Love the product but having trouble loading the database for MSFS into the Map! Attached below are some screenshots of what I have as install paths! Hello All, This is my first post so please point out any broken rules or advice. I've only been using LNM for a few months but lately (after MSFS2020 SU11) I have problems when opening it. From memory it did always used to open on a second ACER 19" monitor which is what I want. Now it has a habit of opening the very top line (Little Navmap 2.6.19) on the Acer and a portion of the rest, along with the Alitude profile (if open) on the lower IIyama main monitor. There is nothing I can do about this since the menu and menu icons don't show. I have to close it with Ctrl-Alt-Del and try again. I have now resorted to leaving it on the bigger screen to close because it does …

Try this again. I'm doing something wrong. Make a flight plan. There is no climb or descend Flight Plan Elevation profile. Enroute is OK and both the departure and destination airports are shown at the cruise altitude. Just a strait line. What ever altitude I put in the flight plan little altitude window is where the yellow line is. Thanks Jim Figured it out. Did not have the Top of Climb and Top of Decent button clicked.
