Hello All, I dont know whether what I am seeking is possible - but I will ask anyway. I am running dual monitors with FSX on Monitor 1 and LNM Map 'dragged' across to Monitor 2. Both displays are excellent. Although I can now easily 'follow' my FSX flights on LNM on Monitor 2, immediately i want to 'tinker' with something in LNM (eg zoom in on an approach) FSX sound is instantly muted. I know its not a big deal but my question is : is it possible to maintain FSX sound whilst making small changes to LNM during a flight ? Thanks, Mike

For me all of the US maps (IFR high, IFR low, Sectional, etc.) are out of focus when zoomed out. Have to zoom in pretty close to get them to come into focus.. Thoughts?

Hi all, After the ill fated/ill communicated MSFS SU12 VR Scaling change/bug with the Toolbar windows, I (and others) have had to increase the Scale of text/icons in LNM so we're able to read them properly in the Sim using mods. Unfortunately this has the adverse effect of making everything mega large on the Monitor, but that's a separate issue to the one I've got; How do you change the Wind Icon? (at the top circled in red, screenshot below). I rely on that little yellow thing a lot and it's the only thing I cannot find a setting for in the Options, I've changed everything else to max 200% or as high as it'll let me, but this one evades everything 🤔 Thanks if you …

Often when I search for an airport code ( e.g. SGU KSGU) the search panel doesn't find it. Is this due to not being connected to a simulator?

I am getting MSFS 2020 CTD's resulting in a "too many errors" message screen in LNM which is then unresponsive and must be restarted. I use LNM with VirtualFlight transmitter on my I5-13600K, RTX 4090, 32GB memory. I would appreciate any thoughts about sorting out this problem which seems to be a Simconnect-related issue.

Elevation data not selectable in Littlenavmap Version 2.8.9 64bit. Downloaded the Globe data and the path is shown. I applied and clicked OK. However, the icon for the elevation data cannot be activated. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this.

So with the recent release of the Active Sky XP beta version I was fairly surprised that the thing I was always asking about - weather information for manually edited weather - actually works with ASXP! Unfortunately, after the latest beta it stopped working. I asked the devs about it and that's what they said: "Please contact the author of LNM. There appears to be an interface issue, probably with the detection of ASXP12 compared to ASXP as the module name has changed (ASXPConnect to ASXPConnect12). Hello! Xbox pilot here using Little NavMap on my laptop to help understand where I am while playing. After installing v2.8.9 stable and loading in some POI .csv Userpoints the majority of my airports and airfields have German translations for their names. How can I fix this? I searched the manual and made sure I have American English set as my language. I have an image here showing the name Flugplatz Breckenridge (O64) for Breckenridge Airport. https://imgur.com/RQqSlZQ

I'm pretty sure this is an SU12 bug but in VR the LNM web served panel now shows all lines and markers in the tiniest scale. I think it's a web viewport issue which is telling LNM that the windows is far bigger than it really is, so LNM is generating an image for an enormous window which is getting shrunk to fit the actual space. Hopefully MSOBO will fix this soon but does anyone know a webby workaround? LNM Estimated Time of Arrival and ToD Off by an hour. How do I fix this?

FYI, LNM 2.8.8 32-bit and Traffic Toolbox disagree on the numbers of of AI aircraft. LNM lists 223 aircraft and Traffic Toolbox 185. I tried AI-companion and it agreed with Traffic Toolbox. I tried closing and restarting LNM as well as toggling the connection, but the results were the same. I thought there use to be a way in LNM to list all of the Ai traffic, but probably just imagining it. Ernie

I use LNM webserver and the map on my mobile to monitor long flights. Everything worked fine and the interface had proper sizes and zoom until this latest version. Now the interface changed and it is always very high resolution making everything super small on my mobile phone screen. Is there a way to force a specific resolution or better yet bring back the previous interface? Thanks for the great product!

Suddenly I'm not able to save my flight plans. Instead I get a message that the file can't be found as if I'm trying to open a save file. Any way to fix this here since I save most of my flight plans for later reuse.

Hi I am looking to download little nav map for both FSX and P3D and i am running windows 10. 64bit. The 64bit version advises this is for xplane and MSFS where as the 32bit version is for FSX/P3D. Is there not a 64bit version for FSX/P3D? and if not will the 32 bit version be ok kind regards Daz

Hello All, my first post. I am finding LNM superb but I have one issue which I need a little help with, Am running FSX and I have set up a Networked Laptop with my 'Flying PC' desktop. All appears to be working OK - changes in location of my aircraft immediatly show on the networked laptop, and AI traffic all the same as on Desktop. BUT although a Flight Plan is all good on the Desktop, saved and exported to .PLN OK, loaded in FSX Flight Planner, FP shows on aircraft GPS all OK, the FP does NOT show on the networked laptop. There is a small red box at the bottom of the networked laptop LNM map that says 'Database is empty' although I have copied …

I'm trying to create a VFR flight plan for use navigating by dead reckoning. In order to know what each waypoint is (so I can ideantify it visually), and to know how long each leg is, I'm manually calculating the times and editing the waypoint name in LNM like so. (this website is shockingly bad for posting images btw, can't upload, can't resize, what is this 1990?) Anyway. The LNM save file looks like this, and has the waypoint names included. But if I export to an MSFS .pln file it truncates the waypoint names to this, which is not at all useful. If I manually correct the waypoint names and load the flight plan in MSFS they are display…

The Boeing 247, over in MSFS, contains the data to fly with the old 4 course Adcock ranges just like in the old days. Well, not exactly just like, since there are no geographic or weather influences on reception, which drove the old time guys nuts, but it is good enough for government work! They even include some files that port their station locations over to LNM. But they come over as TACANS, instead of radio ranges, at least in terms of the icon. There is an old thread about how to change the icon over to the regular range icon, but it is difficult to understand (at least for me!).
