How do I correct a wrong ICAO code please? Owena in Papua New Guinea is AYWW. LNM shows it as AYKS. MSFS sees the flight plan but does not recognise the runway, so the flight starts in the air. Thank you.

I recently updated LNM to 2.8.10. Since then, I have encountered a problem with flight plans generated in XP-12. I can load a flight plan into X-Plane and it appears as normal. However, when I attempt to insert an approach, I cannot do so because it won't list the destination airport (KPGA). It only gives me the option for the departure airport. The same problem occurs when using the L1000. Also, attempting to load the flight plan in ASXP 12 results in an error message that the flight plan cannot be parsed. I dropped back to the previous version 2.8.9 with its Little XpConnect and now flight plans procedures function properly. The…

I've been using littlenavmap to build flight plans then import into MSFS for years now (mostly) without issue. However after a few months hiatus I just loaded up MSFS today and saw importing my littlenavmap routes causes total havoc. Did something in MSFS change that anyone knows about regarding the routing? I'll paste a simple route here in the post that should work (but doesn't), in case anyone is feeling interested in loading it up and seeing if it works on their end. This route in particular causes the route to shoot up a thousand miles north for no apparent reason. Route: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qlqnWYDpAS6WSTV7EC9t6zrFbrJffIGh/view?usp=share_link…

Is there a master list for all aircraft performance files? Specifically I'm looking for ATR 42 and ATR 72. Thanks!

Hi there First post here. Not sure if it has been like that for along time/forever, but I just recently noticed a difference in altitude displayed between the display next to the aircraft on the map and on the elevation profile. Discrepancy is marked in red. As far as I can determine, the one in the elevation profile is the INDICATED altitude and the one next to the aircraft is the ACTUAL altitude. One would have hoped that, if you have the QNH set correctly, these two would be pretty much identical. But in the example below and other instances, I have noticed quite substantial differences. I have experimented with adjusting the QNH away from the advised QNH to get t…

W10; P3Dv5+; LNM v2.8.10 I have five lines of text attached to my simulator aircraft on the map during flight! A/c Reg; Type; Call sign; XPDR#; IAS; GS; TAS;; Hdg; Alt ind; AGL; Lat; Long. Can't find the appropriate item to edit and reduce the amount of detail listed. Point me in the right direction, please. Thanks, Ken 😉

If possible, please add an option to display on/off military airport 🙂 I've noticed there is no such an option in filtering options (VIEW/AIRPORTS) I think here about airfields dedicated military - displayed in double circles (Edwards Afb KEDW, for example). Thanks in advance, Piotr

Is there anyway to set LNM to give BARO in inches instead of millibars? Don't see anything in the help files how to.

After version 1.025 of the Dash 8 was released, the LNM format in the flight plan multiexport table didn't work with the updated Dash 8's FMC co-routes. I noticed SimBrief added a "post 1.025" format for Dash8 FMC flight plans. Would one of the other formats in the table work? If not, can I add a format to the table? It looks like Majestic doesn't want to rework the update for P3D, even though they released a FB post saying they were aware of the problem. Simbrief took the lead on this one. TIA

Updates to both LNM and the Dash8 were published since I last used the plane. LNM's export routing list alerted me that the "routes" directory was missing from the Dash8 "nav" directory. So, I added "routes." When the FMC found and loaded the file that LNM put there, the listed waypoints had weird names. Is there another built in profile that will parse this correctly? TIA

Hi, when I set the Google Maps Satellite as my map I see it blurry and zoomed when making zoom. Also when I zoom out or in the map with the mouse wheel the map goes blurry. The only way to view it with a good detail is by clicking the zoom lever in the side. Could something be done in order to see it properly in the next updates or in our computer? And one other thing related to the details while scrolling. In previous versions there was a function that allowed you to see high, normal, low and none, which is what i used. Is there any possibility to bring this function back? It was very useful to click and drag and see the background, (the satellite map) only, and th…

Running FSX. I just updated from 2.8.9. And noticed all parking and gates are missing from the map. When I go back to 2..9, they're still there. Is there some option that I need to check? (I checked Tools->Options->Airport Details and "Parking" is checked.) Anyone else see this?

Hi Never had a problem before but all of a sudden LNM is not saving the chosen route form simbrief entered and exported to P3Dv5. Running latest update 2.8.9.32. At a complete loss here, tried 4/5 routes all the same just straight lines from dep to destination in P3D despite LNM showing the full route and all its details before exporting to P3D. What should i do? Running P3Dv5.3 on W11 Thanks Chris

Good Morning, I have a little wish for a new LNM option: You built in the option to mark addon-airports, which are not recognized automatically, since the cfg file is encrypted: I would really like, if they could treated exactly as addon airports in the search dialog, so that I could filter for ADDON-airports: And also I would like, that they work with the ADDON-Map filter like this: okay, I can see the outer yellow circle of the user-marking, but nicer would be, when the inner part appears as well, like for the "normal addons":

Hi all It would appear I took a bad shortcut somewhere in creating a performance file for the Beaver. Now, when I load a flight with the Beaver with this performance file, LNM comes up with a message that says: User aircraft type "ATCCOM.ATC_NAME BEAVER.0.text" in simulator is not equal to type "DHC2" used in performance file. Load the matching aircraft performance file or adapt the field "Aircraft type" in the currently loaded file. I used the ICAO designation DHC2 for the aircraft type and DHC-2 Beaver for the model. Does anybody know what I should be using? Also for future: where can I find the appropriate MSFS variable value to fix it? Thanks all!

Folks I admit I am a complete word not allowed and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. First I am on a Windows 11 PC and have the latest version of Little NavMap. I had been using LNM with X Plane 11 without issue, but I just installed X Plane 12 from the 10 dvd set. When I load the scenery library in LNM it finds XP12 ok but when I load the library it only locates 4 airports!!! I have all of North America scenery loaded into X Plane 12. I have a screenshot but do not know how to share it in this forum. Can someone point me in the right direction? dale

Sorry if this has been asked before. I didn't see an explanation in the manual under Airspaces. The Airspaces information tab for KLEX lists multiple sources for Airspace information; Three are from Navigraph and last two appear to be from the default BGL file. The Navigraph entries include lines labeled 'Multiple code: B', 'Multiple code: Z' and 'Multiple code: A'. Could you tell me what those designations mean? BTW, the information able Z and A are duplicates. Interestingly, at least to me is that KCVG has dual entries for Class B, but doesn't have an entry for the inside zone like Lexington does. Thanks, Ernie

First, this is such a useful piece of software. Thank you. Just a suggestion. I wonder if it might be a good idea to include an optional panel at the top or bottom of the map showing the aircraft’s speed, altitude and heading in large type. This would be useful when connected to a simulator and more noticeable. It could be semi transparent so you can also see the map below. Just a thought. All the best Upkeep

//42 Flow has a travel to function but it needs geo coordinates in a different format. Is that a current LNM option? This I think: -41.32374435885408, 174.813702749705 instead of 41° 19' 25.48" S 174° 48' 49.39" E
