December 13, 20223 yr I don't know if this has already been adressed somewhere, at least I couldn't find anything on this topic: On my system LittleNavMap mixes up the types of the AI aircraft shown on the map. For example, a Skyhawk in XPlane shows up as a B738 in LNM, an A330-300 as an BE58, PA-18 as A333 and so on. The assignments are always the same, so not randomly chosen. This happens with XP11 as well as with XP12, and I saw this for a while in LNM, and still inย 2.8.5.rc1. The plane I'm flying is recognised correctly, it's just the AI planes that are wrong. Is there a lookup table somewhere which messes this up?

I have to do this since the information which X-Plane provides by the so-called TCAS datarefs is lacking all kind of information. I cannot even find out if the aircraft is a jet or helicopter without looking into the .acf. I have to check if something went broke. I'll also add an option to disable this lookup in case it causes trouble. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
December 14, 20223 yr Author Would it help you if I mention that I store my planes in a distinctive folder structure? Like, Aircraft/Extra Aircraft/GA/your aircraft? But surely I don't mess with Laminar's structure... Is it possible to start LNM in a 'logging mode', so we can see what acf files it thinks it has to use? Or are there already any logs of this kind somewhere?

BTW: It does not matter where the aircraft (stock or add-on) are stored since I get the file location from X-Plane. Logs are plenty around:ย For LNM: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\abarthel-little_navmap.log on Windows. Xpconnect logs loading .acf files but not in Log.txt. More detailed stuff like the loaded .acf files are logged in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\abarthel-little_xpconnect.log Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
