Hi Keven I haven't tried this yet, but is it possible to edit or move the automatic viewpoints assigned to the different Gate positions at airports.

Hi, I currently use a CH Yoke for Boeing and Logitech Extreme 3d Pro for Airbus in P3Dv4. Every time I switch controllers, I have to re-bind the "next preset" and "previous preset" commands to my desired button. Is it currently possible to save 2 controller camera preferences, or is this in the works?

I had to manually point CP to my FSX.exe since it wasn't showing in the Preferences that shows all my available flightsims (FSX Accel, P3Dv3 and P3Dv4.1). Both P3D's work fine and in full screen. Everytime I load up FSX and hit the middle mouse wheel, the cursor locks up and nothing CP related shows. I've tried several times to redo the path, as well have tried it in both windowed mode and full screen. Nothing I have tried has worked. Everytime I try it, mouse cursor locks up and I get the message that CP is not responding. Then I have to go into the Task Manager to shut it off. Any suggestions or ideas?? I'm not using the experimental version, if that helps.…

Hello, Just purchased and installed CP the other day which i like very much. I have a question regarding panning in the VC with the joystick hat switch. Currently I'm using the hat switch to switch camera views which works perfectly but was just wondering if it is also possible to use the hat switch in conjunction with the trigger switch to pan in the VC and switch between camera views only using the hat switch. The reason I'm asking is with a competitors software I was able to achieve this. Any help would be much appreciated. My using P3D v4.1 Thanks,

Is Chaseplane compatible with Flyinside? I'm asking because I have both, but I'm having trouble getting chaseplane to work the way I want with FI. I cant seem to find a way to disable dynamic head movement, which in turn causes my cockpit to move around when I turn my head inside FI. I think Chaseplane is a great product, and I'd much rather use it than other view applications if it compatible. Thanks

Hi, For some reason CP won't update itself after release of an update. I am stick at version 0.3.166 sinds a while now, while i'm seeing other talking about version 0.3.7XXX. I have "experimental version" enabled, and CP starts with P3Dv4.1. What am i missing?

Hi In the new build 0.3.70, none of my control assignments Buttons and Axis work. Also, I have to launch ChasePlane after starting P3D v4.1 otherwise it doesn't detect P3D open (upper left corner in red). Regards. Javier

Hi all, Chaseplane has recently started having this error and is unable to run in my sim, which sucks! I'm using P3D v4, and have made specific exceptions for it in my firewall and tried using my phone as a mobile hotspot to see if my provider was blocking anything, but to no avail. Is there anything else I can do or is it a fault on their end? I'm on Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate with P3D v4.1 Thanks! Jake

Dear ChasePlane Support Team, first let me say that I absolutely love your product and I integrated it in my flight simming so much that I don't want to fly without it anymore. This is also the reason why my problem is bugging me that much: After a while of flying, usually after a few minutes, my sim starts stuttering or freezing if you will. It's absolutely fluid and suddenly the sim freezes for a second, fluid, freeze, and so on. It can get better at certain points in my flight (approach and landing f.e.) but usually in cruise it's the worst. It doesn't make the sim unflyable but it certainly is annoying. Hi Folks, P3Dv4 latest CP latest Latest beta seems to crash a bunch on me - I notice two CP windows open on my task bar but they seem to hang and become unavailable - I can’t get them to open after a while... In addition CP no longer opens with the sim (option selected) - I have to manually open it by hand before starting P3D... Regards, Scott

I've got an email out to the address specified in the error message but I'm trying to figure out what's going on because both ChasePlane and ActiveSky have recently become unusable to what appears to be the same issue. I had Windows 10 and I've been troubleshooting some payware airplane issues, which involved a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (64-bit). After that didn't work, I then did a clean install of Windows 8.1 (also didn't work) and finally have settled on Windows 7 Pro (64-bit). Not loving it but my payware add-on plane issues went away. I'm watching some of the Chaseplane tutorials on YouYube. When there configuring Chaseplane, for a panel preset, Chase plane interface is always on top of the panel view. When i try, I have to keep switching back and forth, from panel to Chaseplane interface. How do I keep the the Chaseplane view on top of the panel view and still configure my panel camera views?

Today I loaded the latest updates to Chase Plane v0.1.36 Alpha and got a message saying my version of Prepar3D 3.1.2.15831 was not supported. Everything had worked fine prior to this update. The error said Chase Plane supports Prepar3D v3.3.5.17625 or later for advanced features. It recommended updating to Prepar3D v3.4.14.18870. The current manual in the forums says Chase Plane supports v3.3.5.17625 and v3.4.9.18400. Can someone tell me the recommended version of P3D for Chase Plane to work with advanced features including smooth zoom and static cameras? I fully get that it's Alpha, and I'm willing to update P3D. Occasionally, probably about every half a dozen times, if I change to an external view (spot view) and then switch to the VC view I have created, instead of doing so, the camera moves to an external skeleton view, directly behind the aircraft, when I click on the switch a second time, the camera then moves very fast into the VC camera view I created. Very ODD. Any ideas?

Yesterday's outage showed two things. 1. The simming crowd are fickle and change attitude like the wind. 2. You are only as good as your last mistake in this business. Thankfully I am not a developer - not sure how you guys deal with the flack you get when things go wrong, but it must be pretty disconcerting. I recently(last week) bought Chase Plane to use together with Prepar3D v4. It was bought directly from Old Probs website and installed via VFX Central software. I have seen the tutorial video on youtube, but I can't get my chase plane to act accordingly. I have removed the pause mark in Prepar3D so now I can move around with chase plane open. As I have seen in the tutorial, the camera will be on green when you move around inside or outside the plane, but my camera does nothing at all. That means that i can't get my presets to function.
