Does anyone know of any compatibility issues between Reality GTN 750 & P2A ? Had a few crash to desktop recently after installing Reality GTN 750 Will add log.txt on next CTD

The altimeter setting I am getting from Pilot2atc is making my altimeter setting light up in the plane. It is doing it at all airports. I have updated xplane and pilot2atc to 1912. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong in the game or not, but it told me "altimeter setting 29.92" and when I set my altimeter to that, it lights up orange. I'm new to flight sims so perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I'm not sure.

Having just recently finished a flight from Berlin to Tenerife (EDDB-GCTS) where I had some issues, most if not all of which were more likely than not caused by myself and my system, I did notice that I never got a handoff from Brest Central until Tenerife Appr. Now, either that's the Brest radar being truly amazing or my system/software having a hiccup along the way (I have the pilot monitoring set up to handle freq changes and routine responses such as handoffs in P2A, the company doesn't pay them to do nothing, after all), all of which is understandable and no big deal. Since the latest update I cannot get the assistant to stay on top of my x plane 11 screen. As soon as I try to request taxi, take off, etc my screen defaults back to the main p2atc map screen. I have on top selected on the assistant screen but my display instantly jumps to the main p2atc screen and did not do this before. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello, I just purchased this program after using the 10 day trial, and I never received a prompt to give my email or even sign into the pilot2atc.com website. I checked the email associated with my paypal address and have not received any email there. My paypal has been charged. What gives? Again, I as never given a prompt to enter my email, and I can't find any "sign in" or "log in" section on the website where I purchased this from.

Hi Dave If this is a dumb question then please accept my apology. I often do flights using ASN historical weather. Will P2A handle the use of historical weather and give me the historical weather ATIS, take off winds at the departure airport and also the historical ATIS and landing winds at the arrival airport? HI Dave, I updated to the new 2.6.1 version also because of the enhanced taxi - hold short parsing/creation. Unfortunately, with this new version, my import does not work any longer for XP11. It gives me the following error message (see screenshot). This screenshots are for EDDH, but this does not work for any Airport for me actually. Hi Dave I fly the PMDG737 and use PFPX to do my flight planning. After completing the planning I export and then import the plan into P2A. Everything works great except for the Cruise Alt, G/S and TOD are not even close to the figures that are on the PFPX flight plan. The TOD is usually way to early. How do I correct this or deal with it. Regards Colin Ackerman

Dave, I used Simbrief to plan a flight from DFW to ABQ. The cruise altitude was FL360. I use 1800fpm @ 400kts descent profile. Is it normal to get a TOD of 86 miles for this cruise altitude?

The controllers dont hear me. Dont know where the fault is. 2 days ago on 2.6.0 it worked.

Hello Dave, For start let me thank you for the new features in this version, mainly my suggestion of random approaches, very nice 😉 I didn't tested yet, but i read the manual and i noticed that we also have a random vectoring, what that exactly means? Also the random approaches are completely random? no preferable precision approaches and less random non precision!? Visual based on weather are not contemplated right? Thank you

HI. I just updated to the latest version 2.6.1.0 and I get this error when loading. Unable to initialize database. The underlying provider failed on open. Cannot open database. Any ideas? I did just install the update over the top of the existing program . Thanks.

Hello, As a french user it is difficult to use effectively the voice reconition. So i lainly sue the speech assistant. Is it possible to enlarge (in height) this windows, to have acces to all the sentences without scrolling up and down ? Best regards

Dave would it be possible to add two config entries in P2ATC for Active Sky's current_wx_snapshot.txt file. I used P3D and X-Plane and have to constantly edit the file location when switching sims. Thanks Andy.

Okay, so the integration with XATC has been having issues. Sometimes when I swap between two frequencies or channels it stops working and I can't get the chatter to come back. I've checked volumes, made sure I went back to the same freq, the settings are as they should be. It has worked a few times and then I switch or my co pilot will switch and then it will just stop. Any ideas?

I am just about to register my copy of p2atc but before I do so I have a quick question. Yesterday I flew from Bristol UK to Hamburg Germany. All fine until I was passed over to Bremen control where I had the annoying problem of also receiving continuous ATIS information. Obviously both frequencies where the same. Is there any solution to this? This was using Xplane 11. Also using x-chatter so this is a question which should probably be addressed to them. However readers of this post might be able to answer. I noticed that many of the European chatter originates in Ireland. Is it just a coincidence that I am Irish and live close to Cork EICK that I hear this chatter?!

Is there a way to create our own controller voices using Sapi5 ? If so, we could create a bank of voice files & have a greater choice to use in Pilot2ATC. Is this possible ?

Hope some-one can advise or help me, I have X ATC Chatter and installed all files into various folders and made sure they were all unblocked by batching them all in each folder. Changed the player for sounds to Windows Media List then started Pilot2ATC, when selected Ground only one track played and repeated itself again and again, the same happens when I change frequency, only one track plays and repeats all the time and will not go to the next track. If some-one could advise I would be very grateful. Regards Nigel.

Hi Does will P2ATC work on a Windows Tablet? What if I use iDisplay to link it up? Does anyone else use a tablet? I don't really fancy Vatsim, and this product alone does not warrant a second monitor. But a tablet would be ideal. thanks

I fly GA aircraft. The callsign I use is N31VB. Somehow when atc uses my call sign it is N31VB1VB. Dont know why or how it got that way but I have tried changing my call sign but atc continues to use the new callsign and then the last two letters at the end. Don't know how to fix it.Any ideas? I have been away from P2ATC for a while and wanted to try using it again. I did a clean install but when I run the program it never moves past Checking License Status. Can anyone provide some information on what I can do to fix this? Thank you for your time.
