Hi. New xplane vulkan TCAS has been expanded from 19 AI aircraft to 60! does this now mean pilot2atc will see 60 aircraft around and deal with it? this is with traffic global by the way, on an update that is imminent. see image:- https://ibb.co/QQ2gfjC

Dave, Since makerwys is not compatible for FS2020. How do you recommend we handle the Taxi Mint? The location on the taxi map does not match my location in the sim. FS2020 1950 P2ATC 2613 Navigraph 2011 What have I missed/ Thank You. Bill McCracken

Hi, Is there any plan to make P2ATC aware of the new XP11.50 TCAS datarefs? Would be great to be cleared to land after landing aircraft, or told #2 for landing etc.. Thanks, James

I can not get the PTT button to work on my joystick when inside the sim. If P2ATC has the focus it works fine. Am I missing a setting?

I'm glad to see that you have started to implement VFR routes into P2A, but I'd like to mention a problem that I am having with the feature related to user defined waypoints. One issue that I have is that P2A does not export user defined waypoints when it creates an PLN file for MSFS. Neither does it import user defined waypoints correctly. This means if I create a VFR flight in either P2A or MSFS that has User defined waypoints, I am unable to get the flight plan to the other program. For example if I create a plan in P2A with a departure and a destination and airport, and five user defined waypoints, and export this to MSFS, the exported plan includes only the…

Just did a flight and from start to finish, there was a 30-35 second delay from the time I transmitted until I got an ATC response. Occured throughout the entire flight. It just seem to snowball the farther I went and I was on the runway when I finally got clearance to land. Strange, as I've never experienced it before. Anyone else had this happen??

Ok, I use P2ATC to do my flight plan. I've tried using the info box to set the parking space in the flightplan but I still end up on the runway. Not starting in a parking spot is totally messing up my communications in P2ATC. It seems that if it doesn't go in sequence as, clearance delivery, ground, tower etc., then the whole communications process with ATC is out the window. When I export a flight plan to MSFS it looks good. If I go to put in a specific parking spot the flight plan totally changes on the screen. So how do I get the airplane in a parking spot with the flight plan intact? It doesn't matter if it is a VFR or IFR flight plan. Thanks for the help. …

Hello, I am currently having a deep look at Pilot2ATC during the trial and so far like it a lot. Respect for providing such a marvelous piece of software. Everything working fine so far with a few minor hiccups, mostly caused by user mistake and speech recognition fails (in short, not your fault). However, I ran into some approach issue just today when flying from EDCC to EGNX going the ILS 09 approach with the EMW1 transition. Data is latest navigraph cycle 2011. Looking closely at the approach route in the Approches dialog, it makes two turns (ok), then goes 089 to EMW, then does a quick 180 turn back to CI09, another 180 turn to 089 again to FI09. Took a flight in MSFS today from KMRY-KTVL. With the exception of two things P2ATC worked flawlessly. 1) Altho it was connected to sim and functioning - the CONNECT button never turned full green, 2) The user a/c never showed on the map. If I clicked to center it on the a/c it would move but not a.c display. But, as I said, fp was followed, all comms were normal. So not really a problem just curious as to why it might have happened. Hello, i wanted to try Pilot2ATC, but after installing and changes in my Windows it tells me i manipulated my Clock? How can i fix that Problem..(living in Germany, Europe) i tried to change my Time to USA but that didnt worked

I've just run into an issue where I set up my flight plan, without a SID or STAR, but am assigned a SID. Not sure if I've somehow activated this - but is there a place to indicate NO SID/STAR on the flight plan? Searched & looked through the manual but no luck. thanks!

After successful connection and flight plan load, I can hear the ATIS transmission, but upon changing to AT clearance frequency, unable to hear AT or Copilot audio. The text box shows the transmission history, but hard to use in real time and unsatisfactory. This situation the same with both PMDG 737 and Aerosoft CRJ addons. Appreciate any advice or assistance.

I get p2a to connect to MSFS 2020 just fine. But It don't connect fully to XPlane at all

When selecting ? i get options and when selecting clearance I get options I then select ' ready to copy IFR clearance ' which shows in gold lettering, I then select Sayit and the co-pilot says ' Speedbird 306 ready to copy IFR clearance ' which shows in green lettering. But then there is no response from ATC and the Sayit button is grey and does not turn green when selecting. I am also having the same problems with then PTT button. Please help! regards Brian

Hey everyone.. I have already emailed Dave about this and he is looking into it. I just wanted to see if others are having this issue. Since doing the update today with MSFS2020, I now cant use my radio coms like I was able to before. They just "snap back" to another frequency all on their own. Its beyond annoying, because now in some cases I cant fly at all. I made a quick video showing the problem. This now happens in all the planes, both in the USA (or anywhere I have flown). The goal of this thread is to see if it is just me, or is everyone who has now updated to this as of today. Thanks!

I'm using a bunch of Microsoft and Cerox (?) voices for random assignment. However, it happens often (not always) that while another voice is getting correctly assigned to a new center (I can read it from the blue words in the window), I always only hear David (the Microsoft voice) talking (that is: he is being used for all frequencies). All the other voices do work, when I click on "test" in the voices menu, but they are not being used, despite their indicated assignment. Really strange. Why is that happening? Does it have to do with the fact that my copilot always gets the Microsoft David voice?

I have followed the instructions provided to connect but something is wrong. The following is the order I am doing this. Open MSFS 2020 Open FSUIPC7 Open P2ATC FSUIPC states that the simulator is available: Connected. But when I try to connect P2ATC to the sim nothing happens. For some time now, the arrivals proposed by ATC of P2ATC have been systematically radar vector until the approach (ILS, RNav, etc.). I don't mind not going through a STAR again, (although I think it would be more realistic if ATC sometimes forces us a STAR). In addition, I would like to know if it would be possible for ATC to give us the precise approach procedure ILS X, Y, Z or RNP X, Y (for example) with the transition point for the approach since the 1st contact about Arrival and Approach. For the moment, during the 1st contact about the arrival, I am given this information: "expect Radar vector for ILS runway 24" without further details. I hope my explanation…

I really don't like a title to lack info about what the topic is about, but can't think of better. Is it possible to (in a future update perhaps): 1- Have ATC stop telling me what to Squawk xxxx in every single message from them? 2- Learn to say "Municipal" instead of sounding like a Jamaican saying "Mun"? Or International instead of spelling out INT? No idea what it is to code this but think it would be simple if using IF or ElseIF statements. VOXATC fixed theirs back when I used it. Change name of uploaded file to .ZIP and unpack Created a plan in P2ATC - input start/dest and then autoplan. Validated and exported as msfs.pln file. Attempt to LOAD pln in MSFS and it just CTD after pln is selected. Removed all mods and liveries added in Community folder - same result. Restarted MSFS and created the plan in sim - worked as expected. KPHX-KFLG.wmv

Strange, after update to 2.6.13 P2ATC always checked the buttons response and frequency change automatically. If I unchecked it in the config (Speech) a few seconds later it is checkt again.Issue at both sims, MSFS and XP11. Need some help. Thanks Sonja

Hi Just starting to get to grips with the software. I have installed multiple (MS) Voice/Language packs, however when trying to select add Random Voice Settings (installed voice name dropdown) only a slect few are availble to add not all the ones I have installed (only seem to have female voices, plus David!) I have several addon airports (stock airports modified per latest data) where the taxiways/gates have changed from the stock airports. However, I am unable to import the taxiways/gates from these addon airports. Basically, my questions are; 1) The user manual says that I need to run Pete Dowson's MakeRwys tool first before I can import the taxiways/gates. However, when I click the "Import Single Airport Taxiways" and "Import Single Airport Gates" on the "Gate and Taxiway Maintenance" page, does it not run MakeRwys automatically? 2) What do I need to do with the checkboxes "Overwrite Taxiways At Modified Airports", "Overwrite Gates At Modified Airports", and "Mar…

ATC won't let me leave them if flying a VFR flight following. This is an example only (KAPF to KFLL): Initially I start off asking "Cessna 951 request VFR Flight Following from KAPF to KFLL). ATC replies with as happily expected (really love that it will do this). Later in the flight, I change my mind and decide to land at KFXE. I cancel my flight following and am told to squawk 1200. I then try to tune in KFXE Tower but when I do, ATC tells me to switch back. I cancelled my flight following and they acknowledged this but cannot change to anything at this point without being told to get back on freq xxx.x. Thanks, Dan

Is there a way to flip the map so that transpacific flights don't show a flight path circling back through the atlantic (IE, put North America on the right side and Asia/Australia on the left)?
