Hello, I am using the latest versions of MSFS2020 + pilot2ATC. Pilot2 ATC is working fine except during the latest phase of the flight. After landing, I vacate runway and call the airport ground frequency. I request a taxi clearance to parking gate, but Pilot2 atc does not respond ??? I have executed makeRwys v5 Did I miss something?

Hi Is there a way to make requests of altitude changes during a flight (up/down) in Pilot2atc without using the voice commands? English is not my native language, and some times when I Request altitude changes during a flight (using voice commands) the AI mishears what I say and It messes up my Flightplan sending me way to high or stypiditly low, and its really hard to try to get clearence for the altitude I originaly had. This annoys me a bit. Is there a solution to this?

I've been using the TBM 930 a lot recently, and invariably after landing, Ground sends me to an airliner gate. I know the TBM performs pert near like an airliner, but it's not one, and going to a gate is not particularly helpful. I've tried "taxi to parking", I've tried "taxi to GA parking", I even tried picking a spot from the taxi chart and asking to go there, but none of it has worked. Any ideas? TIA...

Hi I've been using P2ATC very often for a long time. I love this program and Dave's support is hard to beat in terms of competence and speed. He deserves a big thank you for this. My problem: For some time now I've had a loadingtime-problem with P2ATC. Of course, the program itself needs a certain amount of time to start. But if I then want to call up the saved route EGLL2EDDF, for example, it suddenly takes longer than 2 minutes (I stopped the time with the stopwatch) until this flight plan is available in the P2ATC. And if I then want to enlarge the map (during the flight for example), it takes "an eternity" again until the map is clear and sharp up to the very…

Hi I purchased pilot2atc for use with x-plane 11. When I file my flight plan and then load it into the G1000 gps in x-plane, it inserts the destination airport as a waypoint before the first approach waypoint. If I fly this plan, the gps takes me to the airport and then back to the first approach waypoint. Is this expected behavior -- or am I doing something wrong? Bill

I enjoy flying VFR in MSFS but I would like to shoot an IFR Approach for landing. Is it possible to take off VFR and fly around for a while and then create/file a flight plan to a destination airport? Does the departure point have to be an airport? How do I activate it? Thanks ... Richard

Why does P2ATC calculate a ToD 420NM before destination?

Hello all, I did try the 10 day free trial but did not have time to test/see the following items. If anyone can offer the answers I would appreciate it. Will P2A recognize the live AI traffic in MSFS 2020? I understand that MSFS gets that from live data somewhere but it is delayed. If P2A does recognize AI traffic will it route or sequence you relative to those aircraft? For example "you are number 3 to land" and "Follow the 737". Is the product locked to the computer or can I transfer to a new computer at a later date? (I plan to update my machine in a few months) Thanks!

Hello, I notice that the "Ignore Avionics Switch" function is not working correctly. As soon as I activate the battery I receive the radio transmissions, even if the Avionics switch is not activated. Do you have the same observation. Regards. Vincent

Good afternoon, I am currently on a trial license to try out Pilot2Atc in MSFS. The issue I am having is that the frequency gets stuck on GND. I have turned on and off copilot control. I've tried setting the Freq's manually in MSFS and when I go to switch them it goes back to the GND frequency. I've tried to request clearance and let the autopilot change the freq. When he does it automatically goes back to GND. I've tried two different airports both CYYZ and CYUL. I am also using X-ATC chatter. Hi! I’m on the cusp of buying this - just using my 10 day trial at the mo. I’ve had a scenario where my voice was no longer detected in a flight. It may have been after I paused via the Esc key (MSFS 2020) Any reason for this? I checked my window settings and it was default recording device I closed the app and restarted and it was fine (forgot to save my plan first!)

I am very new to this so please take it slow with me 😄 yesterday I subscribed to Pilot2Atc now very first thing and it’s totally confusing me is I scheduled a flight plan in Simbrief and imported it into Pilot2Atc so in my A320 on the flight computer is the flight but on Pilot2Atc is the same route but different waypoints is this normal I mean the direction is the same but shouldn’t it be identical? Co-pilot read back not working properly. "Co-pilot Options" - Both the Responds To Radio Btn and Changes Frequencies are ticked. "Btns settings" - PTT Yoke Btn enabled. After the third ATC message and the co-pilot's read back message response, the co-pilot does not respond to any further messages from ATC. The two boxes in Co-pilot Options are now showing unticked. In Speech Output Devices tried all selections receiving similar behaviour. The only one that works to some degree, is Realtek Digital Output (Realtek(R) Audio), but after the first co-pilot read back the co-pilot function stops. Any help would be most appreciate…

I thought P2ATC is suppose to assign the correct SID/STAR based on the weather? So why do I see people making flight plans with the SiD/STAR and approach pre-assigned? Shouldn't this be the job of the P2ATC to assign this? When flyng the FBW A320 mod, is it possible to have my co-pilot handle talking to ATC and controlling the COMS? I was able to connect before, but not sure why it's not connecting anymore. What is the proper order to get P2ATC to connect to MSFS? I usually load up P2ATC, then FSUIPC7 Beta, and then MSFS... and then hit connect. But it's not working.

Yes, I did a search. other questions I had were answered within then threads. I watched a vid of a TBM flight in FS2020. I noticed that when given vectors, ATC gave headings that as a real-world pilot I would never hear. With the update, has then adjusted to more real-world cardinal type headings? IE instead of flying heading 273, atc would assign either 275 or 270. If not understand. Perhaps limitation within sim. Finally, I plan to utilize this program with VR. I have seen mention of screens to look at on pop ups etc. IN VR, you can't see those. Is pilot2atc capable of giving the same experience utilizing a VR headset. This is my main criteria…

Hi, I'm facing with the problem in case of routes in msfs. Unfortunately I'm a little bit frustrated right now. Let me say at first: It's not a problem from p2a. It's working like it should. But maybe someone can help to find a workaround here. What I found: I get a route from simbrief, navigraph charts or create a route from p2a directly which follow the latest airac cycle. Data are up to date in all tools (including navigraph beta for msfs). But unfortunately msfs is Re-route the waypoints after enter approaches for example. Hi all, yes, I deliberately ask my question here in this forum/P2ATC. I don't get ATIS information in X-Plane 11.50 anymore, but in P2ATC furthermore. Is there a possibillity that P2ATC perhaps influence X-Plane and caused the non activ ATIS? I use version 2.6.1.3_x64 of P2ATC. I don't know whether this is important: If I start P2ATC then the first loop of ATIS information is audible via my main speaker and the second loop and the following are in my headset audible. My headset is activated in P2ATC as a primary one. Are there any experiences with this ATIS issue? Regards Rolf

I was playing around with the TERPs settings, but I don't think I'll utilize this feature just yet until I can download/integrate charts from Navigraph. How do I delete/remove/reset the folder path so I no longer have the red waypoints show up in the speech text window. Or - better still - What path would I use to tap into my Navigraph Ultimate Sub? Just started this week. P2ATC copilot attempts to tune standby com radio frequency, (you can see the numbers flash once) but they don't change to the given frequency. The copilot DOES switch the com radio after the attempted change. I also cannot change the com1 frequency in Pilot to ATC. I can tune the standby com in the aircraft myself just not in [email protected] loaded up thePMDG 737 and it worked fine and had been working in the Airbus. Anyone ever experience this issue before? I've given the trial of P2A a shot today, since I really like the idea and want to use it as a training program to perhaps one day have the competence for VATSIM, as well as the simple fun of being able to /talk/ to atc whilst doing MSFS flights. I've set up a flight plan from EDGS to ETHB today (for OnAir cargo flights), and tried to start the flight. EDGS had a tower frequency, though asking for clearance got no reply. I eventually figured out the area radar control (langen radar) and asked them to get me the clearance delivery frequency.
