Done a handful of IFR flights now with the trial and unfortunately am being put off very quickly, and was hoping someone could maybe reassure me or explain to me why on each flight I'm having issues. On one flight I asked for vectors to the ILS at LIRF to cut out the drawn out arrival, which initially seemed fine. I seemed to be on an intercept heading, and then ATC put me on a 90º angle to intercept about 2 miles away from it, and told me to contact tower. Obviously on turning to this heading (didn't want to ignore them) I shot straight through the localizer, so then I'm trying to get back on it, whilst tuning tower and checking in. I use the demo of Pilot2ATC v2.4.0.5_x64 with P3D v4.1 on a remote computer with Wide Client. I selected SIM Weather in the config. ATIS always says "Weather is not currently available for ..." even after multiple frequency changes. If I select NOAA real weather, ATIS is fine but not synced to active weather in P3D. Any solution?

Hello, I am trying out Pilot2ATC and noticed that purchased voices can be recognized by P2A. The program recognized a voice I bought from Cerence that is contained in a folder in Program Files named Nextup-Cerence. Today I downloaded two voices that were produced by ATTNaturalVoices (Mike and Crystal) that I purchased throughTextaloud.com. They are in separate subfolders of a folder named ATTNaturalVoices of Program Files, but when I go to config of P2A, open the voices tab, and click on the dropdown list, only the Cerence voice (Vocalizer Expressive ava-ml embedded-high 5.0.2 22kHz) is shown, but not the ATTNaturalVoices named Mike and Crystal. P2ATC instructed me to land a Runway 15 at KORD. It was deactivated in 2019. Im using current Navigraph data How can I prevent that from happening anymore. Regards

Hi, Trying to get my head round importing airports from XP11 into P2A, as all the gates and taxiways are incorrect until imported. I am first of all interested to know, is there a way of marking the airports as modified so I know which ones I have imported so far and which I have not, as it looks like for every flight I am going to have to import scenery for the taxiways and gates to be correct as according to the manual it seems with XP you can't do a mass import. Also, can you advise what the 'mark airports as unmodified' tickbox does? As no mention of it in the manual. Thanks

Greetings and a Happy New year! I have a very peculiar problem with mapping the SayIt Button. Every time I start P2A, I have to change the mapping of this button. It will work perfectly during the flight, but after I shut down P2A, and then start it up again for another flight, the mapping doesn't work, and I have to remap it. I am currently using Ctr+F3 and Ctrl+F8, having to switch between the two each time I am planning a flight. Of course this also means that I have to change the button mapping on my Tartarus gaming keypad. I have my PTT button mapped (Ctr+F2), and there is no problem whatsoever with this one. I have installed the latest version of Pilot2ATC 2.6.2.0 and have noticed something different. After figuring out that I needed to install the plugin to get the AI traffic to show up I noticed that when I have display ground traffic and air traffic selected the ground traffic icons (the blue ones) are moving and the air traffic icons (the red ones) are stationary. Am I somehow doing something wrong or have these been switched? Also I am running the latest version of Traffic Global and have TCAS checked. I should clarify. The blue aircraft icons which are moving are not at an airport.

I haven't used Pilit2ATC for a while and a friend mentioned that he couldn't get it to work so I fired it up and also checked for updates. Found 2.6.20 and installed it hoping it would solve the issue of the previous version not connecting to X Plane 11.51. But it didn't. I'm running XPUIPC 2.0.48 and that was working before. I have tried disabling all plugins in X Plane 11 and still Pilot2ATC will not connect. I have checked my computer's IP address and made sure that is set as the server IP address in the xpuipc.ini file. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hey all, This a pilot2atc question but also more a general flying question. If I don't include an approach in my flight plan (I prefer to have it allocated), I was wondering if I need to ask for vectors to the approach when I reach the Star and receive a message like this from ATC:. "Expect the ILS approach to runway Two Seven with the LCY transition" .....or is it understood from that the message that I will effectively fly direct from HON (star) to the LCY transition and join the approach for ILS 27 at EGLC? As the title says, when I'm using Pilot2ATC in MSFS 2020 the "responds to radio" option under copilot options is constantly being turned back on after I've disabled it. Can anyone help please?

Hello Just want to say I think P2ATC is a great tool. I am new to aviation and haven't done much more than jump flight sims like Xplane and now MS2020 to do quick flights. But I have it up and running. But in many cases I am not using it properly. I have begun researching how to do proper flight plans, learn about air space, and, of course, use ATC. I have watched tons of youtube videos, and have begun to grasp the complexities involved. Again, I am not a pilot (I'm a university professor). Since yesterday in the Spanish area all my controllers read my callsign as example below - no idea what to change if anything or weather the voices have messed up, yo will respond to phonetic but no speak in it. Example (Me) SKYWAYS Uniform Kilo Victor 1460 .................... Then I am told to repeat with correct callsign and the controller will get it it eventuall but replys like (Controller) SKYWAYS U K V 1460.................... Has some thing changed I have 2.6.2.0

I'm trying to import a plan from Simbrief. I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong here because there doesn't appear to be anything in the search. I click the FP Import button to copy in text. Select Simbrief as the option. I copy in the route and I get an error. I can import via Navigraph using the same method. I just started using Pilot2AT and must admit its a awesome product. Sure beats the MSFS ATC. I have been flying with MSFS, Pilot@ATC and OnAir. I have noted recently that whenever I use live traffic or AI in MSFS, I am getting a CTD. What settings can I adjust to perhaps stem the tide of CTD's? When I dont use any live traffic or AI, things run fine. Thanks. Duane

Hi all. So, what version of Fsuipc does this require? Is there a free version that only interacts with 3rd party software? I don't think I should be required to buy one program only to be told that, oh, you also have to buy this to make it work. Doesn't sound right to me. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Hi, In P2ATC, the altitude is reported differently . Eg Actual MSL = 36,401 ft; Actual AGL = 29,672 ft; Ind Alt MSL = 0ft ATC keeps bugging me to climb or descend, so I guess it uses Ind Alt MSL? I am using PSX 747 with XView.

It seems occasionally ATC tells me to turn the wrong direction for the heading with the latest version. Is this known? For example, I'm at heading 090, it will tell me to turn right to 075.

I am having problems to choose the arrival transitions that P2ATC gives me because they aren't in game and i am using the same airac in game and P2ATC, airac 2014 Today i couldn't arrive correctly to Munich ,the ATC tells me to use OTT transition but that transition doesn't exist in the FMC to choose it. Sorry if this has been answered before, but how would I use this without voice activation? Can a menu pop up where you can issue commands like in FS2020? I rarely use a mic/headset, but would like to get ATC that actually works. I looked on the website but didn't see anything about it, or a manual for that matter.

Hye All of a sudden pilot2ATC decided not to start. I allready reinstalled and the same thing happens. I installed as administrator and started as administrator. Anybody got any clue? It shows up in the taskbar as a white box, when I click on it, nothing happens. It also shows up in the taskmanager.

P2A will not export using MSFS 2020 pln option

The Wx button is no longer showing the weather. It just says Not Available. I've tried both NOAA and SIM weather, but neither work. It worked fine before yesterday. I'm not sure what happened to cause it. I tried reinstalling P2ATC, but it didn't help anything. Any help would be appreciated.
