Hi, Flying primarily in Europe I wonder if it would be possible to have the possibility to change from “center” to “control” in the same way it is possible to from “point” to “decimal”? Or if it is possible to just have the “name” and set the control, radar, information etc as desired in the bvcf.bgl.xml file? And initial clearances, is it possible to have the option to omit the “expect higher xx minutes after departure”?

Hi guys, sorry I am dumb or I don't know, but I have searched multiple forums, tried some applications, but I have no idea how to do this. I want to have Pilot2ATC on my notebook and connect it to my desktop, where I have MSFS2020 running. That means I want to see aircraft position on the Pilot2ATC on my desktop. I don't mind if I need to press PTT on my notebook, in fact I want to control pilot2atc on my notebook and fly on my desktop. Can somebody tell me what I need and how to do it? Thanks a lot.

New user of P2A here....really enjoying it so far after taking a couple nights to set it up properly and familiarize myself. One thing I'm confused on however...why does ATC gives me expected runways when inbound to a non towered field? 20 miles out or so, I'll randomly get told to "expect runway 21". After that, everything works as I would expect...I'll typically about 10 miles out or so be told "airport at your 9 o'clock, radar services terminated, frequency change to advisory approved." Perfect. It's not a big deal...I can obviously just ignore the instruction, but is there something I'm missing to have this not take place?

In the last time I observed that the SID selection window sometimes won't open. Today it happened on a flight from Barcelona (LEBL) to Madrid (LEMD). STAR and APPR window open without a problem. Does anyone know why and has a solution?

Did a quick VFR flight into Coltishaw AB (EGYC) - and for some reason the only radio frequency that p2a has for that is London Centre, looking in LNM it is quoting frequencies for Approach & Tower. Is this just a case of where each program gets it's data from? If so is there anyway to assign a frequency to Tower at a specific airport - or would that cause more problems than it's worth ?? G

can someone list all the folders that need to be deleted in order to completely delete pilot2atc, when I delete and reinstall it still has my settings which would indicate I am not deleting everything ?????

Is there a way to save things like ground speed and desent rate to a profile I am flying a mixture of G A and jet aircraft and a lot of the time forget to change the settings Is it or would it be possible to have say a drop down menu with profiles that I have created and named say a320 to populate the appropriate settings

I've been dabbling with MSFS and I used Pete Dowsons Makerwys tool to import taxiways to P2ATC from MSFS. Back to XP11 now and wondering are my P2ATC taxiways now incorrect for X Plane and if so how do I rectify for xp11 compatability?

Is it possible to get taxi instructions to such a parking location (I imported all runways/gates from MSFS with MakeRunways) ? I tried 'Request taxi to PARK32', 'Request taxi to parking 32', 'Request taxi to general aviation parking PARK 32', and a few more, but none of it worked... Thanks! Dirk

I use SimBrief and notice on all occasions the flightplan does not match the MCDU in the Flybywire A320. Maybe I am missing something but find continually having to change to match. Then I get ATC telling me I am of course. I have Navigraph installed yet it still happens. Not only SID's but even Stars, approaches . What am I missing here.

I needed to use manual weather for X-Plane 11 today and the Pilot2ATC weather was not matching the ATIS weather. Is there any way to make this work better? Thanks Bill

I love Pilot2ATC but since I do most of my flying in VR, I sometimes struggle with recalling what a read back to ATC needs to be, especially for more complicated procedures. The Speech log window is excellent for that but since I’m inside my HMD, I don’t really have a way to see that. I use Windows Mixed Reality so also can’t easily pin or bring inside just the assistant window. However, if the text could be written to a text file, I could write a simple app that reads it and lets me view it in the VR cockpit. Thoughts? Has anyone done this? Is there a better solution? thx

Hi, I tried to set up a flight plan from a small airport in Alaska, 55AK (Lawrence Airstrip), but P2A doesn't seem to know about it. What's strange is that I have everything (MSFS, P2A, and LNM) on the same latest Navigraph cycle, and the airport does show up in both MSFS and LNM, and is also selectable in the CJ4's FMC. Granted, when I go to Navigraph it can't find this airport either, I'm just wondering since everything is using the Navigraph data why the airport is known to MSFS and LNM, but not to P2A or Navigraph itself... Hi I followed instructions for how to setup Pilot2Atc with MFS2020 and it connects and I can hear the ATIS when I am on that frequency but when I switch to clrdel for the flight plan or ground I don´t get any response to the messages I send. I have used pilot2atc with x-plane 11 without issues. I use the sayit button and I can hear the computer voice saying the text I select but I never get any response voice or text back in the pilot2atc window in MFS2020. I have tried different frequenceies. I use FSUIPC7 and it says connected. Not sure about the vertical power button in pilot2atc over to the left if it is green or red, I read that could be…

I took off at Manchester Airport UK and your program told me to go from the 'Centre Frequency' to 'Radar Direct Frequency'. What is the difference? I was travelling to Newcastle Airport UK.

After going through voice training, my last 3 flights have been better than ever however, ATC fails to issue desent instructions, never hands off to Tower and I end up flying over the field at FL310! Unless I specifically ask to desend. These are all IFR with a validated and filed plan while connected. All other handoffs work well. Any ideas?

As you can see in the image below, everything appears to be in order, except ATC doesn't want to talk back to me. Last time I had issues you wanted a log, but I don't remember where to find them, so please let me know that info, and I'll either post a link, or email it at your option. I've tried this several times, with the same result in all occasions... Hi- When default atc starts during a flight (which I'm not using) the voices volume of P2ATC drop by 50%. Is this normal?

Hi all P2A's. I know this question has been brought up and also been answered, but I need to bring it up again. I am having difficulties getting handed over from one center (Ctr) to another, but only in certain circumstances. Let me give you an example. When I perform a flight from EKCH (Kastrup Copenhagen) to EHAM (Schipol Amsterdam), the handing from delivery -> ground -> tower -> CPH center goes smoothly. But when I exit Danish airspace and begin to enter German airspace (EDWW) I get nothing. When I am in Germany, however, I do get handed over from center to center. I do get handed over from Langen, to Berlin and then from Berlin to Amsterdam. The …

Hi Dave, Short question (most likely not representative of the amount of work needed). I have noticed that when I change the frequencies in my plane, the change in P2A and likewise, when I change the frequencies in P2A, they change in my plane (ToLiss A321-231 in X Plane 11). Good, that means 2-way communication. So here is the question. Would it be (or is it) possible to let the radio audio level knobs in the plane, determine the audio level in P2A? Is there any way to manage the vectoring distance for "DIIRECT" approaches, seem to be getting vectors a long, long way before I should.... LFLB-EGBB start getting vectors for RW33 (pretty much a straight in from the flightplan) just after I pass Paris. EGPH-LESO start getting vectors for LESO over Brittany, again for a straight in approach... I can't find a setting for it - so is the only way to choose an approach to start with and ask for vectors at a suitable time ?? G
