Hello, I fly VFR in X-Plane and Pilot2ATC is by far the best solution for AI ATC speech recognition out there! Great job and I love using it. As mentioned, I only fly VFR at the moment and I have a few suggestions of little tweaks that could be done to the grammar to better match my experience with real life pilot lessons: It seems that saying "Inbound" is not recognized unless it's combined with "for landing". But in real life, it's not recommended to say "inbound for landing" as the word "for" should be avoided whenever possible (because it sounds like four) and it is superfluous. I have been able to reproduce the following a number of times: 1. Open P2ATC in "Admin" mode 2. create a flight plan, or even just add an airport as a waypoint. 3. select an airport in flight plan and select TERPS 4. THEN: • sometimes, the TERPS window comes up blank • subsequently, I have gotten various messages along lines of: - Windows could not read etc./ string of digits / application error - could not open Adobe Acrobat - there is a problem with Adobe Reader. Hi Dave, I would like to ask for a new feature for the next version, which most probably should be easy to implement. I would like to be able to hide the airplane on map completely. So you can't tell where exactly you are, but you're still able to use the map. What's the sense of this? I do a lot of backcountry flying and part of the fun is to keep track of your position by just looking outside the window and compare what you see to the map. At the time being I can just either hide the whole map window or disable the map movement along with the aircraft. If you could do an additional button underneath to hide/show the plane symbol that would be awesome.

Since yesterday for no apparent reason XPUIPC is crashing Xplane. Has anyone else ran into this problem lately? I have removed it from my plugins and all is good. Any ideas?

I was looking for another topic on this but did not see one. Is there a way for Pilot2ATC to get weather data from MSFS2020 or Rex weather force? I am using Rex when I can but other times it would be nice if Pilot2ATC would just have the weather from the sim. I currently have Pilot2ATC set to NOAA and when using Rex, it is almost perfect 99% of the time. I would like to sync them up though.

Hi, Before buying this product I downloaded it 3 days ago. I have never passed the stage of the first screen where I can press the button to continue the test. I believe I have tried all of the solutions exposed on this forum without obtaining any results. Since the last update of FS2020 the screen displays INVALID LICENSE (Invalid Hardware ID) while I am on my 3rd day of testing. I do not know what to do. If the developer can help me? Thank you

So I'm running into the following issue in MSFS using the WT CJ4 (haven't tried it in a stock aircraft, but I suspect it's a general problem) - when I set COM1 to active and COM2 to receiving only, the ATIS provided by P2A only plays if I have dialed in the frequency into COM1. If I have the frequency only in COM2, but COM2 is not active but just receiving, I don't hear anything. This works fine when using the stock MSFS ATIS instead of P2A's, but for that I'd have to enable the MSFS ATC voices which isn't really an option for obvious reasons. Hello, when I use Pilot2ATC to taxi from the runway to general aviation ramp after landing there is no marshaller in the parking location that the P2A told to go, I playing FS2020 and when I use the default ATC always there is a marshaller but when I use P2A only one time I got marshaller and in most of time I need to guess where to park. Is there a way to make that there will be marshaller waiting for me also when using P2A ? thanks.

I'm trying out the trial version, and don't know if this is right or not. 1) I also have Navigraph installed so I have up to date info. I set up a FP from KPHX to KLAX, and P2ATC showed an invalid waypoint, and I had to chose an older SID to get the FP to validate. Is there a way to get P2ATC to use the current data that I have via Navigraph? I didn't see anything in the guide about how to update the DB in P2ATC. Or, is this just a limitation of the trial version? 2) When flying the FP, I arrived at the TOD point in the plan, but ATC didn't have me start my descent. I had to call up and request a manual decent which I then got. Is this correct? Thanks.

I am a new user and loving the program! However, when I use the grammar help, the mic picks me up just fine. But when I try to send using PTT, nothing happens. I have to use the sayit button instead. What can the problem be?

I noticed this today when I wanted to override the ATC assigned runway and request an alternate. I tried using the phrase builder (?+) and under request ArrivalRunwayRequest it's giving me all departures. Right airport and runways list but it's requesting departure runway X and therefore I'm unable to override ATC.

Hello, since yesterday i have the problem that i cant switch between frequences anymore. P2ATC connect with ATIS and i cant switch to TWR or clearance for example. Any ideas? Thank you and kind regards Peer

Hi, I'm trying out Pilot2ATC and have several ATC chatter questions. I'm transitioning from ProATC/x to Pilot2ATC and have created many wav files for specific airports and trying to modify them for P2A. In the features manual, it says that 7 folders need to be created for the US, K1 thru K7. If I only have US files, do I just need this, C:\Pilot2ATC_2020_x64\Sounds\ATC_Chatter\US with the App, Clr, etc., folders? If I use the folder structure above, do I select Country, Airport, or Controller folder Sound source under Sounds config tab? Lastly, how do I figure out which K1 to K7 folder to place specific airport files into? In example, KSDF, does it go in…

Hi, I recently downloaded the Pilot2ATC v2.6.2.0_x64 Update from the web site. I installed it over the top of the previous version per the instructions. Since when, I'm finding Pilot2ATC very slow. In particular, the load time from initial start to a map showing is 6.5 minutes - this is repeatable. Once loaded, the responsiveness is also considerably slower than with previous versions. I'm running Pilto2ATC on a Windows 10 64-bit machine with 32GB RAM. CPU not the fastest (Intel Core i7 5820K @ 3.30GHz, 6 cores), but the graphics card is better (GeForce RTX 2060 Super). For Dave or Anyone, I currently have FSX Steam with Pilot2ATC installed. Works great. However I'm looking at X Plane-11 Steam because from all my research it seems to be a great step up from FSX. Is there anything special I need to do in the installation of X Plane-11 and Pilot2ATC that will allow for a successful installation? Should uninstall FSX before installing X Plane-11? Why is my sid being changed when I file? MSFS 2020, using Rex for weather injection. It's a Simbrief flight plan that I've flown 1000's of times. For jet engine it's DEDKI4 for runway 24R, MIGLO transition at CYYZ to CYUL, it keeps switching me to BOMET7, which is for Turboprop. I'm flying a a320, and everything looks setup correct to me in P2atc?

Today i was flying around Nepal with Lukla destination , the ATC give me vectors to make the approach but i think they are totally wrong, here a pic of the approach vectors, Any chance to fix that beauty appron? thanks

Hi After the last Win update it is not possible to push the Joystick PTT Button during flying FSX. It only works when P2ATC is in the win focus, means that I have to click the P2ATC window for working the (Joystick-) PTT button.Strange, its seems that's only a problem with FSX .I run FSX in window mode and have after the issue rebuild the FSX cfg.
