I am having a problem getting the hotkey I set on either my joystick or keyboard for the Say It function. I can easily set one for the PTT. Is there something I might be overlooking. Using windows 7 and P3D version 3.

Hi, on the website about the update 2.0.15 about weather is written : "Added an option for FSX and P3D to use SIM Weather instead of Real Weather." really sorry but I absolutely understand anything at this info! I did not see anything new in the software on that. and no weather at all. This very strange :wink:

Hello, just one quick question or suggestion for potential future feature: is it possible to work with a minimal version of the GUI on the screen? I mean just the SpeechAssistant/Clear/SayIt/PTT/? section. Personally I prefer to use the GPS, weather radar, radios, transponder on my aircraft virtual cockpit, and keep P2A only for realistic ATC communication. Would then be possible to maintain P2A as a small window on top of Full Windowed FSX? Even better if I could make it appear/disappear with the click of a button (maybe through FSUIPC?). Is that currently possible? Thanks!

Really enjoying the trial (day 6) - great program, very impressed and will definitely be purchasing. A few things... One thing I can't seem to get to work is requesting the last transmission - tried all the variations but no response from ATC. This next one is a bit odd as it is not consistent - a couple of times I have had to restore the PTT joystick button to my selection made during a previous session - it has reset back to the first joystick in the list button 0 after restarting the app. I can't tell if the button selection has actually reset as I set it to button 0 anyway, but definitely the joystick selection is not saving - well, not every time. I installed the latest update (2015) and it looks like atc does not care if I climb or descend..I have set allowed altitude variance at 150 and even if I was flying 2000ft above my assigned altitude atc was silent. Ijust did egns-egnm.My assigned altitude was 18000 and I flew up and down all the way to see if atc would tell me off.Nothing.zilch.He gave me heading directions but that was not interested in my altitude. ? Is there anyway to start a VFR flight and transition, in flight, to an IFR? If affirm, do I just need to create and file a flight plan while in the air and request clearance the same way that I do when I'm on the ground? I'm confused regarding the way to proceed and help/clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Something weird is happening. After constant use for the past week or more I ran P2A today and discover that for some strange reason the program responds very slowly. When I get an order or when I reply the whole minute or more passes before the ATC responds. EDIT: The slow response was only when I asked for the IFR clearance and all the way till the "readback correct" response. EDIT EDIT: It happened again afterwards. I asked for a take off clearence and like above waited a minute for a response. The program acted like it froze. There seems to be a problem whenever the ATC needs to plan something.

What is the procedure for getting things going at an uncontrolled airport? What frequency do you enter and what do you say to get P2A started?

So far everything, for the most part, seems to operating very well when you fly from controlled airport to another Controlled Airport. However flying from a controlled airport IFR into a uncontrolled airport is challenging. I get clearance to the airport no problem and ATC says to expect vectors to the RNAV approach. That's fine. Now as I get closer ATC should be assigning stepdowns to different altitudes, then to vector me toward the final RNAV approach. The time before I flew yesterday I had to request a lower ALT with Center after that everything was OK. Yesterday I didn't hear anything even after requesting a lower ATL. Hello, 1/ It is impossible to set a VFR cruise alt (before or after to choise a VFR flight plan). If I choise 4500 ft, 5500 ft or 6500 ft, (With VFR Flight Plan marked), Pilot2ATC put FL60. 2/ I have to put the VFR transponder code for France (7000) in the config menu at every time I flight otherwise the controller ask me to put 1200. It's impossible to register the VFR 7000 transponder code in the config menu.

I am using the trial and am having a problem that the P2A is repeating what I say. Sometimes with a small change, sometimes exactly the same reply. I would be happy if the P2A pilot never spoke and only the various controllers commands were spoken and printed in the text box. If my words are recognized they would also be printed. Can this be accomplished and what settings are needed?
