Can anyone with UK2000 Newcastle Xtreme v1.31 installed check to see if the "4000 3D cars" option is working? Those cars are missing on my PC (in P3Dv4.5HF2), and I have had this confirmed by another AVSIM member (in P3Dv5). I just want to check if this is the case for other P3Dv4 users, and also whether it affects all of the versions (including FSX and XP11).

I had Prepar3d 3.4 Professional installed at one time. I installed it again. I get the screen, but it's not showing a picture in the left upper corner of the screen where the aircraft selection is. When I click on any part of it I get a pop-up that reads ' Windows has stopped working ', then the Prepared screen disappears. I can't remember how it was UN-installed.

Hi I have decided it is time to upgrade to V5 but am not sure how to do it ? and in what order What do I uninstall before downloading V5, Payware Scenery , Aircraft, Utilities FSGRW FSUIPC PF3 etc Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Trying to program a flight into KORD v2 (FSDT) with PMDG NGXu and I get the following message on the FMC.... No options for STARs, approaches, and runways. Same goes if I try to depart from KORD. Is this a scenery issue, a PMDG issue, or a Navigraph (all addons are updated to AIRAC 2013 rev 1) issue??? Any suggestions for a remedy? Thanks

I have this a/c working ok in v5, albeit the textures are far too dark, particularly in the VC. Anyone else tried this a/c in v5?

Good evening, There have been a number of post regarding stuttering and P3D, but I’m not sure if I’m having the same issue that is in the other posts. The flight starts out normally with no display issues. At some point during the flight (and it doesn’t happen every flight, but it is happening more frequently now), the sim starts to pause or stutter at regular intervals. The pause is very brief. Less than a second, but it happens constantly every few seconds. About every second, the sim pauses and then restarts. Audio seems fine as it runs continuously. Hey Folks, During the Covid-19 sales earlier this year i took advantage of a Carenado sale and bought (among others) the "C208B GRAND CARAVAN HD SERIES" Now I've only just gotten around to installing the C208B and although I love it, it has no cockpit immersion sound, i.e. no swtich clicks etc. I raised the point with Carenado support who imply that it should have cockpit immersion sounds (although I'm not able to get a straight answer out of them unfortunately) but my examination of the actual installer and the files it installs leads me to believe otherwise. I bought P3d 5 last week after taking 6 months off from P3d. To me visually, there is not much difference than what i was on with 4.5. I am hoping someone can help clear some confusion. If I bought from LM v5 last week, is it safe to assume i have 5.1 or do I need to download 5.1 again? I tried showing Enhanced Atmospherics on and off and didn't see a difference. What should I be looking for? I heard about TrueSky but I can't seem to find it... is this something I should activate in the sim or something i should download separately (free?)? I might be doing something wrong. I might have some setting the wrong way. But if you guys and gals can; please give me some advice in this issue I am about to describe: Using Activesky P3D and flying in P3D I have the following issue: in the AS-app I can clearly see that 50ish NM ahead of me the weather is absolutely raining not only cats and dogs but other creatures as well. In front of me in P3D I have no hint of this what so ever. Clear skies; birds chirping happily and Satchmo himself singing about "Wonderful worlds" with me humming along. Today I discovered that two airport sceneries for Namibia, namely FYWH and FYWB have been made by FSDG for P3D. Given how Africa tends to be ignored by developers and these releases appear to have gone under the radar, I thought I’d highlight them. Here are a couple of screenshots: FYWH ‘LITE’ FYWB They're reasonable scenery products, IMO. If you're like me, a couple of destinations around 2 - 2.5 hours' flight time of FACT make these worth looking into.

I'm actually trying to build a Voice Attack profile. I would like some commands to initiate after passing P3D events. I think the easiest way would be to send (automatically from P3D )a Key stroke on the event. For example, when I pass above 10'000ft, I want to initiate a command in Voice Attack asking me to switch lights off. Is there a way to get these informations from P3D and how ? Airborne Passing above transition altitude Passing above 10'000ft Passing below 10'000ft Passing below TA Are there other events that we can get out of P3D to use in other programs such as VA ?

I currently use REX Sky Force with Envtex and Envshade in P3Dv4. It's a simple setup that isn't taxing on the system and works fine, but I want to enhance my flights a little and was thinking of getting EZdok for its camera and Dynamic Head (and aircraft) Movement, Realturb for added turbulence, then down the line pick up Active Sky P3D for better weather injection and enhanced turbulence when linked to Realturb. The other night I was reading about Opus FSI and it did all this and more. There's enough data on the Opus website to know what it can do but unfortunately very little video on current versions to see how well it works. Can anyone here give insight on h…

After about one year I decided to re-activate my PREPAR3D Account. My ID keys are showing, but they won't type or paste into the black pop-up where I'm to activate. Any ideas?

It seems as though there is no place to import Chaseplane Community imports anymore in V5.1. Did this feature go away? If not, where do I find it?

I just got a new PC and installed P3dv4 on it today. For some reason after installing Traffic Global, the program will not open, and no traffic is being injected into P3dv4. I uninstalled and reinstalled four times without success. I did post on the Just Forums but I have no faith I will get any assistance, as it seems there is no regular monitoring of those forums. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have Traffic Global installed on two other computers with no issues. Cheers, Pete

Is there any way I can get the P3D v4.5 Maddog X MD-82 AP Nav function to lock onto a P3D Scenario set up flight path, without having to involve the FMS? T45

Hi all, I found that when I taxi in KDEN the aircraft would suddenly tilt. It seemed that the aircraft would sink down at some points in the ground. The aircraft I used was PMDG 747-8F. Taxi route was from Gate A37 to RWY25. Then in runway 25 It happened again and could not take off. It Also happened in some taxi ways near RWY25. I did not test all runways and taxi ways but I think this could happen randomly at anywhere in Flightbeam KDEN. I have reinstalled KDEN but it didn't work. The p3d version I used was v5.1 HF1.
