PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Is your current PMDG 737 base package for P3D compatible with the latest P3D version? specifically the v18870? thank you

Not sure if this is an issue with the NGX or with P3D (will post there if it is) however having only recently purchased the P3D version, I've noticed that aircraft titles etc are bleeding through the VC panels when they're flying underneath the aircraft: I haven't noticed this in FSX which may point to a P3D issue however with the NGX being an older product, thought I'd check in here first... Thanks!

After getting airborne and cleaning up the aircraft and selecting the autopilot, the aircraft does not accelerate to 250 kts and then the FMC computed climb speed above 10,000, and sits around 175 kts and will barely climb, even when there is only 1/3 fuel and empty on payload. Another feature is the 5 degree nose down attitude when more or less level. Any thoughts? Neil Bradley

Maybe nothing you can do about it but the gray on the center pedestal seem to be all washed out and stuff hard to read. Have latest drivers for NVidia 970...Any ideas. Thanks, Have a great day!! Bob M.

Since 'A' and 'S' keys were disabled by EZdok, what is the best way to set EZdok for a wing view from inside the cabin? I know I can right-click, then aircraft, then left/right over wing view, but how can I do that, if possible, via EZdok? I've tried to 'make' the views and save them within EZdok, but the results aren't what I was hoping for. Rob

Folks ask me why I bought an expensive plane to manually fly without delving into all the wonderful systems, they think I am crazy. I am a disabled veteran and cannot sit but 20-30 minutes here and there. I loved all the PMDG videos, it is such a beautiful plane. I asked if one had to use the systems to enjoy it, or if they could just start with it running and fly, I was told I could make it as simple or as complicated as I wanted, so I jumped in head first and love it. New to the 737 800/900 NGX. When I get to the gate I need to turn off the engines before ground service is available. I think I followed the procedure in the manual as follows. Set Parking Brake Set both APU gen bus switches to on. I never get GEN OFF BUS LIGHTs on. Both ENG start levers are in cutoff position and engines shut down. This also removes power from the MCP which I would like to stay on so I can set the MCP for my next flight. What don't I understand? What should be the correct way to do this? Thank You. I am trying to alter the level of sounds in the FMC for the 737 NGX. When I go into the sounds section I note that my sound levels are set at 50 but when I click the Adjust Volume section all the other values show at 100 and when I click beside each individual value nothing happens and so I am still left with the default value of 50. I am therefore seeking help/advice as to how I really do change these value settings. Many thanks in anticipation and thank you in advance. Michael

I think I may have entered my code for my 777 when I loaded the 737 into FSX and the dialog popped up (it was a new install/patch of the 737) asking me to activate it, that failed, and now the plane is not usable. I created a support ticket. I really wish we could do this through the Operations CEnter or something, its crazy and almost like a hack the way PMDG handles registrations (when a DLL is invoked from within FSX as opposed to a menu option that *gasp* the user could retry)! Anyone know what I can do to force it to ask me again, I do not think I ran out of retries. Thanks!

Hi all, I have a very strange problem, sometimes when I try to land, at about the 30 feet above the ground I lose control on the aircraft. It suddenly rolls (Usually to the left, 5 to 30 degrees) and and pitches down (about 5 degrees down). It happens immediately, there's no smooth transition. on one frame I am flying normally, on the next one I'm already nose down and banking left. It happens for around 5 seconds at which I can move the stick but the aircraft doesn't respond. I'm not sure if i'm doing something bad or it's a bug. It happens on any weather conditions. PMDG 737800 I push the P on keyboard and hold it down: On the ground: The display stops for a microsecond...then plane continues to move. In the air: same thing. I'm not using FSUIPC as key assignment...just the FSX default P. ALSO...the G key does not operate the gear---it use to. Doug Pelton

This morning flying into KORD for the first time in the NGX I ran into an issue. My navdata is what came with the plane. I already have all the paper charts for a period in 2007 so I don't want to have new navdata and old FSX database issues. Anyhow I find out runway 9L is in use. So I program runway 9L into the FMC as ILS approach. Well the visibility is nothing until 800' AGL so I'm confused as to why the LOC isn't coming alive. It wasn't the best approach since based on winds I expected a different runway (14) but whatever. So I took the time to pull up the map and peek at the ILS frequencies. It's the same as my chart, 110.50 but the FMC lists 111.75. So …

My flight stick and throttle aren't registering when I load up the 737ngx. They work just fine with other planes. Do I need to toggle something on to use them with this plane? Chris H

HI all, I have recently upgraded my PC from W7 to W10. After reinstalling FSX and in particular PMDG 737NGX, I get skeleton view of the AC on the aircraft selection window in FSX. I have edited fsx.cfg file HIGHMEMFIX=1 but nothing changes. My hardware setup is the following: W10 64bit i5 4430 3Ghz 8GB RAM GPU: NVIDIA GTX760 2GB I have read all the threads after searching for 'skeleton' but havent found an answer. Does someone had the same issue and can share how he/ she solved it? Kind regards.

Just got PMDG 737 NGX (P3D) today, and I can't get my left/right rocker to be used for my heading bug, nor some of the other buttons (like hat switch for VS speed, etc) to work. I have the CH Yoke and registered version of FSUIPC. The up/down rocker I use for trim works fine. ALL functions I have set in FSUIPC work on default planes, my A2A C172, and ERJ-135/145 by FeelThere. Any ideas on how to get them to work? Am I missing something? Thanks. When I load the 737NGX and configure the Ailerons and Elevator. The Ailerons only move 2 degrees Left and right Elevator only an inch forward and back and the rudders hardly move. It doesn't matter if I config them through FSX-SE or Fusipc it still happens but not on other aircraft. Help Richard Preece

I have don't have EZDOK but do use Trackir..(5) I feel like I am sitting on the dashboard I am so close....I can lean back for enough to fall of my chair to have a normal (to me) view..Can someone tell me where/what to change in FSX.CFG or Camera.CFG to adjust the zoom, say to .50/.70 .. Zooming all the way out (.30) gets me the top of the wheel and the Autopilot....Yes I searched and read almost everything for the last two hours...again, I don't have EZDOK..!! Surely there must be a solution without buying yet another add-on !! Thanks Barry

So I'm not sure if this is meant to be here but it is a PMDG plane so I am putting it here. Firstly I bought the PMDG 737 800/900 NGX for FSX & FSX: SE off aerosoft, but I can’t use it on multiplayer but I have seen other people use it on multiplayer, asked them if it is working all ok and they said yes. and I was wondering if you could help me sort it out. When I load up the aircraft on multiplayer, all the displays are off; I can’t click any buttons, the throttle is full thrust and the yoke is fully backwards and left. Please help me fix this, I would buy more aerosoft products, but I am worried because I’m not sure if they all turn out like this. …

I have an odd situation with my EFIS range readouts. On my goflight efis and the aircraft MCP efis, the range reads the same distance, but the range on the ND always reads under. That is, if the range on the efis and MCP is say, 40 miles the ND range will read 20 miles and so forth. Any particular reason why this could be ? Cheers.

Hi, hopefully this is the right place for my question. It´s my first thread here. I am a cockpit builder on basis of the PMDG 737 NGX. So far I have realised many parts like Mip, sixpacks, fire panel (main and cargo), some gauges and others with mobiflight software. Currently I realise the Audiopanel and do not have the offset values for the LED´s that are built into the little buttons VHF1, VHF2, ADF1, ADF2, MKR and so on. Are these offset values available somewhere? Any help is welcome. Best regards Michael

(http://www.jetphotos.net/photo/8356267) It has to be a little bit fictional, because it's a 737-400 in real life, but on the 737-800 without winglets it wouldn't look too bad?
