I am currently at work and not at me pc:(. Just a quick ? Is it possible to upload the fsx flight plan directly into the Fmc? Haven had a chance to check it out for myself Lol.

Flying the RIIVR2 into LAX, selected ILS freq on both NAV1/2 and FD's on, OBS course set. Why am I in single channel?

When Installing the 737-NGX all 4 models of the plane loaded fine without any problems. (Fresh NGX Install, without any modifications to the NGX Files) However after exiting FSX and doing any of the 4 things below crashes started when loading the PMDG 737-NGX the next time. 1) Install New AIRACs 2} Install New Liveries (Note:) You have to get aircraft.cfg off Read Only 3} Install ASE Xgauge (Note:) You have to get panel.cfg off Read only) 4) Try to resume a flight later using FSUIPC Autosave Having the PMDG MD-11 and 747-400 I tried the following which fixed the problem. Loaded Default Friday Harbor with the PMDG 747-400 in the air and then exited and loaded the 737-800…

Hi This question is maybe a bit stupid. But working in 2D I can not view FMC, overhead panel, throtteles and etc. These things were added like a tiny buttons ...shortcuts...where are they now or how to get to FMC i 2D, 737 NGX. gura75

I'm having an issue with HOLDS. Anytime I exit a PPOS HOLD it arms correctly but it then creates a DISCON on the rte where there was not any prior to entering the hold. Can someone confirm by HOLD>PPOS then exit hold and tell me what your results are please.

apu running, engines off, switch irs to nav, on dc shows, then switches to align, now align is flashing and no alignment....What am I doing wrong?

Hello everybody, did anybody else noticed that the Beacon Light when turned on is Stadyburn ??And .. when you look at the outside the beacon is not at the center on the aircraft ... didnt notice that before ? or am i wrong ? Strobe lights are iluminate the ground on day whe turned on ! hmmmm And another question, is it possible to change the "sound" of the Wingview to "internal sounds" ?? Greetings from Germany

My lovely wife who I love very much has let me buy the NGX. Just placed the order and am downloading now. I was allowed to buy this on the condition that this is my Father's Day gift and don't get anything else on Fasther's Day. Best early Fasther's Day present ever!!! Can't wait to install it and fly!!!

The bottom part of the HUD, mainly the VOR rose or the deviation indicator falls behind the glare shield, but only when the Landing lights are on. When the landing lights are off, the issue is not there and the HUD system works as advertised, but when the landing lights are on, the issue presents itself. I took some pictures (I think), of it, but I am in the midst of a flight, I will post them when I land to help illustrate what I am talking about, and see if anyone else sees this issue.

Hi, before I open a trouble ticket, just wanted to know if anyone else a seeing a little jerkiness from the autopilot? When it engages it may jerk to correct to the correct heading at first then flies OK; but, on the turns of the flight following the MCP - it jerks at first (to the direction of the turn) them smooths out as it get going through the turn.Also if the plane is on heading and a new heading was selected, it also jerks then smooths out. Hi Gentlemen,I was able to convert a few of the 737NGX textures (From Delta Livery) using DXTBMP, photoshop and Image Tool. I did not mess with any VC textures as they aren't too big to begin with so I left them alone. When I did the conversion on say the Fuselage files, It made them much smaller and they still look really good, however instead of improving things performance wise, it was worse. Could there be a reason for that? I think after the conversions, the file sizes were only a tad more than 1Meg vs 4 and up to 16Megs. They were all saved as .dds file format as the originals. I know this is not your problem, but you are the experts at this, so maybe I did somethin…

Love the new 737, was impressed with everything with except of three items... 1. NO FORCE FEEDBACK - I am astounded that NO PMDG developer nor NO BETA user actually use force feedback joystick...no biggie, I just copy the values from the iFly 800 and 900 and pasted into PMDG ones... 2. Done a couple of flights so far and on second after arriving at KLAX and doing a replay I notice from tower view that after land the plane projects weird white flashing rectangles on the ground... as in some weird lighting... not using DX10 here... 3. On replay, the plane model is frozen, nothing moves, not even the engines, perhaps some weird programing requirement...again, no biggie... …

Hey All,So did I read somewhere that PMDG were able to simulate ground effect to some extent? It would make total sense since my first in a series of touch and go's to test the plane was no touch and all go :). I floated half way down the runway before swallowing my pride and pushing the levers forward from idle and starting my next circuit. My second attempt ended with a much more controlled flare and a nice positive "Boeing" landing. Even in the short time I've flown the NGX, I'm simply amazed. Easily the most remarkable commercial airliner sim for FS EVER. Adam

Hi, Further to my post here: http://forum.avsim.n...ost__p__2048771 I had to abandon my first attempt at this flight as during the climb out ((I was heading towards DVR5 waypoint) I altered the cruise altitude on the CRZ page from FL360 (entered before takeoff) to FL350 by entering "350" in the scratchpad and entering it in the appropriate line in the CRZ page (CLB was active but level at 6000 ft). I had just increased the altitude on the MCP from 6000 ft to 13000 ft prior to the change in the FMS. The aircraft was still level due to altitude restriction. Hi, I know you're aware of this, but I figure the more infomation the better. I was flying the route from Heathrow to Innsbruck. During the flight the FMS data would flicker. At some point the FMS data disappeared from the PROG page, leaving only the waypoint names and titles. Subsequently, the FMS data was missing on most pages, but the titles and LSK options were present on most. Going into MENU, the <FMC prompt was missing, but everything else was present. Going into the FAILURES page resulted in a black display, but the LSKs still worked, and I could get to the sub-options (these appeared to display OK). Well, here I am after completing the tutorial flight with my brand spanking new NGX. Apart form a slight glitch on first start everything went great. The problem was that while programing the FS Actions part of the tutorial, right at the beginning, FS just froze. I could hear sounds, move my mouse (even tough the cursor wasn't changing). It stayed like that for about 20-30 seconds, and then it came back alive. About a minute later, it happened again, but this time it wasn't coming back up, so i reset my computer. Hello all, as you can see on the photo below, my first officer instruments have been black so far in the Virtual Cockpit, when I select the PFD or ND to select it in extended mode, I can see FO's ND and PFD's are working but can not be seen on the Virtual Cockpit. And also the FO's FMS is not working. Any solutions please? (I tried to reinstall the PMDG but it didn't work.)

I remember from one of the AoA videos showing the NGX how Nick talked about how the pedals move when you activate the parking brake but I can't get the pedals to move using the parking brake nor pressing the toe brakes myself (using CH pedals). Is this some kind of option I need to enable that I've missed? TIA,
