PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hello, Is there a way to change the maximum weights and passengers configurations? The different 737-700/800 I fly nearly all have differents weights limitations: - Maximum Taxi Weight- Maximum Takeoff Weight- Maximum Landing Weight- Maximum Zero Fuel Weight Also, it seems the maximum passenger configuration is blocked at Y187 but I would like to set it at Y189... and the minimum is set at 7 (crew?) but sometimes I need to operate ferry flights with a crew 2/0. I managed to start the engines and keep them running with all fuel pumps off. Is this normal?

Having some trouble with the Saitek throttle and the NGX. It seems that when in the air, the throttle wants to idle at 35-40% N1, which is higher than it should. I'm sure that this is related to hardware as when I look at the VC throttle, when I pull it back to idle it stays there for a brief moment then all on it's own climbs back to 35%. The same goes for the upper limit of the throttle range. I've of course tried configuring the throttle through both FSUIPC and FSX, as well as setting up small deadzones at either end of the range. I've also noticed that the movement of the throttles don't match FS at all, ie. 40% N1 in FS relates to about 15% on the physical throttle. …

Hello, i am currently flying at fl290 and playing around with some systems. i decide to turn off gen 1, BUS TRANS is ON , instantly AP1 disconnects, 1second later i was able to connect AP1 again. Is there a small shortcut time till the bus trans is taking over which why the ap1 disconnects? thank you

I have had this like 3 times now.... I push back from the gate and the brakes dont work at all. The flight sim says Brakes/Diff Braking, Parking Brake so I know its getting my input from my stick but plane wont stop. I can differential brake everything. Every time this happens the brake temps are always at 0.0 and doesnt seem to matter carbon or steel.

I just completed my first flight with the NGX. Very impressive. I had absolutely no glitches or hangs. Everything worked as advertised. The sounds are amazing and really add to the immersion factor. Well done,PMDG.

I started up the sim with the NGX short panel state, APU running etc. I left it and came back about 15-20 mins later, and all 12 of the master caution warning lights were on (6 on each side), and the master caution was illuminated. But pushing it didn't clear the warnings like it usually does (although it extinguished the main light). I tried starting the engines, cycling the battery/standby power, but I couldn't figure out how to clear them. Pretty sure that no failures were active either. Any ideas what can cause this?

Not sure what's up, but when I have landing lights turned on while in the VC during early dusk (haven't checked night flying) I don't see any illumination in front of the plane. When I switch to 2D or unobtructed front view, I see them where they normally would be. Is that a bug or what's up on this issue? Don't have any other planes that do this. Hello PMDG, I have been enjoying the NGX greatly, but I am experiencing major issues with the FDx. I have been unable to climb correctly since purchasing it. I get to around 9000 feet and the plane begins to reduce the nose angle, yet achieve the same or higher climb rate. It ends up at -2 degrees pitch, climbing at 500 feet per minute. I have included a picture to show my configuration, and despite a fuel imbalance (which was not the issue, this has happened with normal fuel). The aircraft tops out at around 24000 feet, and then does not feel as though it has enough thrust to continue climbing. I posted in the forums and they said that it was noticed in the beta, but was…

I'm flying between KLAX and KOAK right now and it seems like I'm climbing slow. I wanted to cruise at FL360 but the FMC said no so I settled at FL300. But I'm not a 737 pilot, so what do I know? Here's some data: Also, I'm using ASE. Does that climb rate look pretty normal?

When I engage the ap after take off the yaw damper goes crazy and I took off turbulence. When I am in the vc it goes crazy when I turn of the yaw damper it stops and when I am out Side the plane with the yaw damper on it stops also it stops when I am in the 2d. It only happens in the vc.

I have an issue, when i try to watch my flight with the FSX's Instant replay. Unfortunately i can not see my Aircraft, just i can hear and see the scenery. No NGX aircraft at all. When i quit from the Instant replay, there is no more VC, External view, etc. I have to restart the whole FSX to fix this issue. Obviously I need practice but I find it much more harder to put her down than the MD11, as I seem to hop some times. Perhaps Im not getting my speed pegged properly or flaring incorectly. Any suggestions?

First off, brilliant model PMDG thank you very much to all contributors!! So far I have been able to land manually with ILS dialed in on more than one occasion, but whenever I try to land using Auto-Pilot and align with the ILS the application freezes with the dreaded circling arrow - then inevitably, CTD. I thought at first it was my FSX.configuration. So I mucked around with USEPOOLS = 1 or USEPOOLS = 0 and set the frame rates from fixed at 25 FPS to unlimited. Initially this looked good and I experienced fluid movement, but the moment I intercepted the LOC I noticed the average frame rates dropped from around 30 to around 14 , then when on final before it was necessar…

Only problem I am having with the ngx right now is as the title says. When I try to load a saved ngx flight it starts to load and then crashed to desktop.. EDIT.... FIXED

I deleted EVERY PMDG product off my FSX and I also DELETED anything that mentioned PMDG on my computer. I restarted my computer and reloaded 737NGX for FSX and the Activation came up which I was successful in activated, but once I loaded 737NGX to an airport, it will load, FSX will start, but once the scenery is loaded it runs for a second then freezes up stiff. . . .no errors, nothing, just sits there! I installed the 737 NGX, and then it proceeds to install DirectX Setup. Then when I press install it tells me that I have an issue with Cryptographic Services and it fails to install. I tried to update it and it wont update. My Cryptograph is on Automatic I checked and it still doesnt install. I have Pmdg MD11 and 747 and never had this issue.
