I know to go to the CDU to select the cold and dark option. My question is where is the startup checklist? I've gone through the documentation but can't seem to find one. Maybe my eyes are just too old. Thanks. Jim

does the pmdg 737 ngx has a flight bag ? I am asking that because in the manuals there are instructions on how to use the electronic flight bag

I have a problem where my sim not matter what time time I enter in the Time amnd Season, it re-loads to about 3:00am. I have a default NGX install where the engines are running but the cockpit is too dark to see so that I can turn on the lights. I guess I have two problems; 1) Why is the sim re-laoding to a time other than selected and,2) How to turn the lights on when the overhead is dark. Thanks,

I have set up the 800WL for a Cold & Dark start. Battery on, Ground Power Connected and On. Going to the CDU to open doors and cargo doors. They will not open. Am I missing something? The open door functions work when engines are running. Thanks Bill MortonFSX w/Acceleration Windows 7 x64, 6gb

the fmc will not allow me to delete a line of discontinuity it comes up with invalid delete and it wont accept direct or dct as an alternative solution, has anyone any idea please.

Greetings all, I just finally completed my first tutorial flight (damn real life work issues.....lol). A few questions: I had set it up to the point where everything was ready to go (ie: throttle and go). I had to pause because the boss, aka the wife, called me for something. When I returned approx 10-15 min later, the engines seemed to have stopped, and the GEN lights were illuminated on the overhead. I had to restart both engines. What would have caused this? Did it have anythng to do with leaving the engine start knob in the "CONT" position for all that time? On the FMC, during preflight, how do you know if everything has been correctly entered? Hello,First, thanks to PMDG for a great add-on. This problem is probably a fault on my end and everything else with the aircraft is absolutely first class. I have been getting some sort of interference of the displays in the VC (though interestingly not in the 2D or in the default 737). Here are some screenshots (note: the aircraft is in some odd positions in these because I wanted to show how the blotches move as the aircraft yaws/rolls/pitches. At mo my Pc runs Fsx at around 25 - 30 fps with all settings on high and res at 5760 x 1080, while flying all my aircraft apart from the PMDG 747. Hi, I cannot see the throttle levers to adjust elevator trim which has given by FMC in 2D cocpit mode. Could you please help me? I don't want to start in 3D cocpit view mode then switch back to 2D just for this :). Another question is, I watched a video about taking of new 737NGX. Moderator inputting an "57C" temparature to the FMC for N1 thrust calculation to take off and climb. I couldn't understand why and how did he calculate this? Could anybody explain? Hi, I bought this very nice game directly from PMDG.Downloaded and installed it.After starting FSX and a PMDG 737 plane system asked me to activate the product online ! I looked in my mail and found a licence NGX base package.Tried to activate with this licence code but I get the message :ERROR: unable to activate communications. Contact PMDG Support I clicked on OK and I get the message : You don't have a valid licence for this product.I run FSX as administrator.I asked support but I think they don't work the week-end ! For some off reason my DU's freeze right before my pushback. Cannot select anything the MCP neither. The 2D panel works fine until a few moments later in which is freezes as well.

I'm not quite sure whether there was supposed to be weather radar on the plane, but in the weather radar section of the center pedestal nothing is clickable. Is it supposed to be like that or not? When I click the weather button for the map you can click it but no weather shows on it. Devin Mack

Greets Has anyone reported getting an Out of Memory message? Running the J41 or the MD11 does not result in any memory or CTD issues. But when I load the NGX, within perhaps two minutes FSX freezes with the Out of Memory message. I do not get this message with any other software. Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, 4G RAM, NVidia GeForce GTX 260 w/1G, i7 CPU 4 Core @ 2.80 GHz. Running FS9 with all sliders maxed out with as much stuff crammed into it as possible still gives me nearly unlimited frame rates. FSX with sliders maxed and 20% on traffic, road traffic and ships averaged 21 FPS with the limit set to 24. The specific message I get is: "Your computer has run out o…

I tried to login on the PMDGs website. The site doen't reconise my email, although it worked two days ago. Is support down for some reason? The email is definantly right. I tried to email them the convensional way, but I get a mail back saying they don't read emails.

Hello, I have the NGX for a few days now, and I'm really enjoying it, I just so awesome!But I have found a new problem. In the beginning, a few days ago, I was doing some touch and go's at KJFK, after about 4 landings, I decided to taxi to the gate, to practice my taxi skills a little. But always, when I've landed my plane, I always love to see the landing back in an instant replay, therefore I'm using FS Recorder. But after the instant replay, continuing to the gate, I noticed that my brakes weren't working anymore.
