Winds on the CDU are different to what is displayed on the ND and in the Shift + Z info. Possible Mag Var difference, is this intentional? Many Thanks Craig Phillips

Hi PMDG team, Before purchase the 737NGX software I like to know if it's possible to use only the flightmodel and outside view.For the instruments I like to use my PM Boeing software. And can I expect problems with offsets used by PMDG and Project Magenta? Best regards Jan Geurtsen

from the Intro manual page 21 : "During testing we have found that in extremely rare circumstances, users with FSUIPC installed would need to delete their FSUIPC.CFG file after installing the PMDG 737NGX in order to get everything playing well together. Hello, First of all i would like to thank PMDG for this masterpiece! Ok... I have a problem with the KLM 900 WL Livery. The cabin windows aren't transparent.. but grey (cockpit windows are ok). I remove the livery via the Livery Manager, redownloaded it and reinstalled it but the problem is still there. The other liveries are fine! Anyone with the same problem??? Could you fix it??? Hi Is the program LINDA stable to sett you joystick settings in when you flying the aircraft? What are best because Ihave red alot in the manual how you can configure your joystick! Shall I simply configure the joystick in fsx itself or? Best Fredrik

Hi!First of all congratulations to PMDG and thank You for this wonderful bird! I have a question about the changes in the FSX.cfg. I've change the tex.max.load to 4096, but sometimes fsx changed it back to 1024.I can change it and it works for a few days and sometimes it is changed back to 1024. It's only with the tex.max load, all other changes are working and staying. Why could this happen? Sorry for my bad englishMichael Meyer

Hi everyoneNot sure if it's a bug or something's wrong here in my end, but it only seems to happen with the NGX (tried the maddog, the 744 and the MD11 and all three work fine)When I plug my headphones I can only hear the engines through them. The rest of the sounds keep playing in the speakers.I can even turn off all four sound channels in the FSX config and they will still play in the speakers Have messed with my windows sound config but nothing works, and I can hear everything else (Winamp, Firefox...) through my headphones normally Anyone else with the same issue or is it just me?

I have noticed strange thing: If I replace Honeywell with Collins MCP during flight no controls previously turned on illuminates on it. Anybody can confirm that?

As the title says, any fellow simmers care to share a good setup for the 737NGX, id be most grateful. My first Yoke, Quadrant, and Pedal system so im a bit overwhelmed and unsure how to get the most out of this gear. Suppose i could fiddle for hours but that would take me away from the NGX! how many of you guys are running fsx and the ngx on a ssd disk.i am considering buying a ssd disk for fsx.but are in doubt if i got enogh improvement compared to the 10000 rpm disk i have now.thanks for all answers.

Excuse me if this is obvious, but I had not paid attention to this at first: when you load the NGX aircraft, there is a 20-second initialization process indicated on the screen (and mentioned in the tutorial). If you interrupt this sequence, you may prevent it from completing with the result that "bugs" will appear. If this is not already done, the programmers should consider locking the keyboard and mouse while this initialization is going on.To avoid problems with lock-ups preventing getting control of the computer, the programmers could make the keyboard unlock after 20 seconds whether or not the initialization is complete. Hi there, firs let me say how amazing the 737ngx is.... OMG its amazing! On to the issue, if i load up the ngx for a flight everything runs as expected but FSX crashes every time i go to exit the sim... i can exit normally with any other aircraft. thanks

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the PFD, ND and EICAS displays in the virtual cockpit (and 2D cockpit as well). Currently I am waiting for an answer to my ticket from the technical support and I thought that maybe someone from this forum can help me. So the problem is as pictured below. PFD and the other two screens do not display any numbers - speed, altitude, thrust, ect The PFD displays only the flight director. After programming the FMC flight plan is correctly displayed on the ND. As for the EICAS ... check out the picture. This problem appears regardless of the panel state, selected airport, selected flight plan, ect. No matter what I do, displays do not work…

Hello, Here is an little issure I found on the Alaska (lei) livery on the 738WL. Please have a look. Also, here on the United ( merger) livery on the 738WL. The registration number is incorrect and should be N76517 not N46517.

Hi Folks Not sure whats happening here but whilst in cruise at FL350 my left engine has lost power and N2 is at idle values. The engine is not responding to the throttle position at all. Engine 2 is running just fine. Anyone know what this may be? RegardsPhil Charnock

My main problem is performance, it's not brilliant, I can't even remember what I had before... Oh and it's my first PMDG product. My specs are: Q6600 2.4ghz overclocked to 3.0ghz2gb ram8800 gts ~320mb24" monitor - native resolution 1920 X 1080Windows 7 64 bit FSX settings are as follows: Resolution: 1280 x 768 (I changed this, it helped a lot)Filtering: AntistropicAdvanced animation only tickedGlobal texture resolution: very high Scenery: Complexity: Extremely denseAutogen: SparseLOD: smallrest are 'in the middle' With those i'm getting around maybe 9 fps on the …

Could someone kindly tell me where I could find the option to start cold and dark when I load up the airplane? ALSO...is there a way that I can fit particular engines on the NG like the 7b-26 or 7b-27?

I know pmdg are collecting all the data on theses issues, I myself have yet to have one with the NGX, awhile ago I posted a topic, it was right after nvidia released their AutoUpDate function to their driver install, my victim was the MD11, everytime this service would come on all my panels would freeze, I could still pan around but nothing would work. Im just wondering if this panel freeze is happening to just nvidia users. Anyways when I do a driver install I make sure that I don't install this feature anymore, I can look for drivers myself.

Is there a way to delete the views in FSX or change the order? I would like to totally delete the 2D view panel. And also first officer, so that when I press the A key i will immideately cycle to the overhead view for example.My perfect order when pressing A button would be: 1. VC captain seat 2. Overhead 3.
