Dear MPDG First of all thank you so much for this amazing product. I just keep on getting surprises every time I fly it! Everything just works together! Got some pretty serious consequences after forgetting to hit couple of buttons on (Eng packs)! Amazing. But I have a little problem... 1. (my pc is pretty weak) but runs NGX Pretty nice... Hey everyone,I have been enjoying the 737 NGX on mainly single-player for the past few days. The VNAV does a great job of managing your climb and descent. However, (in the UK, at least), ATC often tell you when to start descending, and you are not allowed to deviate from that altitude. Is it a case of simply disengaging the VNAV when you get ATC instructions, or have I missed a built-in feature that allows you to postpone the top of descent or descend early using the FMC? Also, it is possible to have the VNAV incorporate some of the descent profile into a holding pattern? Hi everyone.Well I have a probably small problem but need assistance with it.Am a real commercial B738 captain and the new version of the NGX simulator is very good work. But my probably basic problem.... When I sit in the cockpit using multi-screens the main screen is only showing the cockpit cpatain seat view and on the ground everything is fine. But as soon as I rotate and especially in level flight and approaches it is impossible to see the terrain in front of me.This was possible and very good in FS2009 but in FSX I have the same problem no matter what aircraft I fly. Hi, When using Ezdok (no track IR), I noticed a problem with the HUD : display in the HUD is not centered and half of it is hidden when using a VC pilot view.When not running Ezdok, the HUD display is working well.Did someone encountered the same problem ?

Hey guys minor issue. I was flying from YYC to YOW and was level at cruise altitude. All of a sudden a wind came up and the A/P Disengaged causing the plane to begin spinning to the ground. i did save it and level off. But CMD1 would not re-engage. I tried CMD2 and it did re-engage. Was just wondering if it's a pilot error(most likely lol) or a minor glitch. Anyways its a great product and love using it!! Great job PMDG!!

This problem is getting rather annoying. Whenever i am at cruise and i get some kind of strong wind my CMD A eventually fails and im forced to switch to CMD B. Then it eventually fails. Im sure im just screwing up somewhere but any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. I havent completed a flight blocks to blocks yet lol. I somehow got my AT in G/A mode before takeoff and could not get it back to TO mode. Disabled AT and both FD's did not do the trick. Is it possible? FRED

hello dear all I downloaded the pmdg 737ngx right away at release, flew a couple of circuits now with it, yesterday my first real flight, Luxembourg to Palma de Mallorca (both aerosoft sceneries). My fps never went below 20´s, even in the approach in Palma. After a brief day and a half, some tweaking based on the supplied documents, I must say, this add-on is simply the best ever..!! As an airliner add-on nut, this is the most dreamed about add-on I've ever gotten. Having many years flying real corporate jets ... in many ways all jets are similar, size not really all that important... the SOUNDS are spot on! The rush of wind, cooling packs, switches etc. etc. blow me away. Hi, Just wondering how I put the coordinates for the IRS position into the FMC.I've moved the two irs align switches to nav. First it shows the on dc light, and then it goes to align. After a while it starts blinking so I suppose they are aligned. Now on the POS INIT page I need to fill in the IRS POS, so I go to page 2 but it doesn't show me any coordinates for IRS L or IRS R, I can only choose the coordinates for GPS L and GPS R.Is this normal? Or am I forgetting something? D

I purchased the NGX over the weekend, a bit sooner than I first intended and more out of curiousity as to how it would run on my rig. I really expected a bit of a slide show. My rig comprises Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L mobo/Core2 Quad Q9650 @ 3GHz/4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 RAM/Geforce 9600GT 512MB. Now Ryan would probably say "That is so old! Run the NGX? You haven't got a hope in...." However, I am amazed. I have REX2 clouds, ASE for weather, WoAI traffic and all major UK airports are from the UK2000 Xtreme series. Does anyone else have the impression that this hobby is an adult version of playing with little cars when we were kids?
