Hi, I just noticed a problem when using the mouse wheel to select an up/down button. BTW, I have installed all the hotfixes available. This happens when I try to move, for example, the Fuel Pump switches from off to on with the mouse center wheel, nothing happens, I can see the hand/cursor but the switch doesn't move. I can use the left/right mouse button to move the switch and that works fine. The circular switches work fine with the mouse center button. I noticed this behaviour after installing the last hotfix, number 3, I think it is. Help!!!, anybody... Cuco

Hi Everyone, We are all aware that the PMDG Team dont jump the gun as far as their products are concerned. So I was wondering, surely all the staff involved in the development of the 737NGX were satisfied that the aircraft was ready for release and this would be ratified by the Beta Testers., so why are there a multitude of posts on the subject of cockpit panel freezes and other assorted queries even in my own case after the latest Hotfix my panels are frozen (Tickets have been raised). I realise Captain Robert is as concerned as we are and doing his best to rectify the situation. This post is one of frustration than anything else. richard welsh.

Hi,I've seen in recent days, I get the error display when I change the size of my FSX window!It looks like that I get various problems with the display.Either I get a black screen, or see the VC cockpit partly transparent, or even the whole aircraft is transparent. Upon further testing for my plane to get back its normal size, I then only temporarily landscape (with a black sky, with a few clouds here and there). At the long end it is so that no longer appears and I just get a black screen and I have to restart FSX.Because I fly almost exclusively in the window mode that is very annoying when you have to cancel through something like the flight!Did any of you might be a s…

Good afternoon After installing the update PMDG NGX 737 8900 RTM.EXE at the end of the flight had problems, restarted FSX. I found that the FSX.CFG had duplicate entries in the [TRUSTED]. FSX.CFG deleted the FSX ran again, redid the video settings, FPS ... The problem does not happen again. I noticed that the startup aircraft (PMDG), took place more quickly. After reading that the hotfix repaired the crash on loading saved games when descending, I loaded a saved game I had mde the first time I flew the tutorial while descending. The file loaded fine and the VNAV light went off and the plane dived a little, but I turned the VNAV back on, the plane stabilized and flew the rest of course according to Hoyle. So if you have old saved flights that used to crash, load 'em up! Henri

Hi my name is Alex Makoviecki. I recently got the PMDG 737NGX and I really... really love it! The only problem I have with it is descending. I am about thirty miles back from the TOD (top of descent) and I set in the altitudes in the FMC that I should be at for each waypoint and VOR for the OMN.HILEY2 STAR at Miami Intl. I was using a chart that shows you the altitudes for each waypoint and VOR. I then set the altitude for descent to 5000ft which was the altitude for one of the waypoints that I would descend to and stay at for a while until descending to the glideslope intercept altitude. So, I have the problem that the displays are not so brilliant as in the videos with fingertaps and lubricating strips. My Displays are OK but with dots in a row. Any idea for settings. Thanks in Adwance. Jan

Hi! Today i was flying from Berlin, after takeoff the displays freezed the altimeter showed 5800 and the speed showed the same, the plane was turning to left and not reacting to the joystick or anything, same in vc... Any possible souliton!? Thanks!József Czirner,

Hi all, Just recently installed the second hotfix. My previous problem (CTD after ending flight) was finally fixed. Fortunately, the dome lights were working fine. Other pilots might benefit from this... Make sure to do the following: Install BOTH first and second hotfix (any previously install liveries will be DELETED)... Disable active scanning of FSX folder to improve game performance. Thank you PMDG! Great job!

I am using my Warthog Throttles for my NGX flying and they work great with one exception. I can't get the set up correct to where moving the throttles disconnects the AT. I have that setting set to "always" in the FMC set up pages. The engines spool down, but then spool right back up. Obviously, a problem on landing. What, please, am I missing here. Ifly has just announced a new version of their 737 NG for FSX. Contrary to what another poster stated on a now on another thread (now locked), this simulation has not been available for a long time and was announced on August 15. If anyone has both I( have only the PMDG version), I would be interested in readoing about comparisons between the two, as I can find no reviews online of the IFly FSX version yet. The FS2002 version has been out for some time, but from the publicity, this new version should be considerably improved. No ###### or troll postings, please (although I have few illusions). Henri

Hi, when I choose the aircraft from the menu I am Asked for activation code. I try to copy and paste the license key I received from the confirmatİon e-mail but as I paste it stays for one second and then disappears. I try to write down my self and every letter vanishes as a second one is entered. Did any one have the same issue? Regard, İlhan KESMEZ

Hi, Thanks for the hot fix , never had any problem before but now it's even better.What I find incredible is that now I get more FPS in the 3d cockpit that in the 2d cockpit (I am not complaining far from it)Whether in window mode or full screen I get about 22 fps + and very fluid super! TIP: if you are in 3D mode with the HGS,pass on 2D (shift A). press the W key you will have the full screen + the HGS showing, very nice at night but not so good in daylight. Hi everybody! This is my first post, so take it easy please... I recently bought the NGX and I am pleased to say that it is simply mind blowing!!! Every single switch and knob can be pressed and turned, the paint in the cockpit has been chipped off and dust covers the FMC, and then there's that sound.... Anyway enough stating the obvious, how do I turn on the HUD? I click it, but it just comes down, but the fighter-jet like green diagrams don't appear?.. What am I doing wrong? I certainly hope it's not an issue with the airplane...

I have observed under tight testing that autogen on sparse or normal produces a lower framerate with more stutters than when it is on dense.... or even very dense. Stuttering or framerate variability is not worse either as I am discovering flying with no external limiter (unlimited within fsx) produces finer, crisper textures, no object popping autogen in distance as a fly and even VC head movements and changes with views using EZDok run smoother with less hesitations! It looks better than ever! I'm curious if others on similar machines have dropped the external limiters we have been using to let FSX just run "as it should"? I loved the external limiter too... but it seem…
