    Hi everyone, I've been trying my hand at a couple of paints and making decent progress though I have two questions: 1.) How do you deal with the wing decal .psd? I can't seem to get it to produce the registration that i'm painting. 2.) This is more of a question for Pete, What is the font being used for the Kulula name on the tail of the Flying 101 paint. I'm trying to paint a couple of the other Kulula birds. Thanks all :)

Hi all, There are already some great checklists for the NGX done by others but what I've found with these checklists is that I find them to include many steps that I normally don't perform on every single flight, things like testing all fire bells and whistles etc. So for this reason I decided to first setup the cockpit in a cold & dark state which corresponds to how the flightdeck should look like for every single switch in the cockpit according to the Boeing doc that came with the NGX after running both the shutdown and secure flows and then from this state make a checklist including all the phases of the flight from preflight at the origin to securing the a/c at th…

    Does anyone have an issue with FSX freezing while speeding up the simulation? I tried downloading the DLL that is supposed to help with the right clicking issue and freezing. I did a flight from KCHA-KATL-KMCO and on my climb out to KMCO my flight froze. Was at 4x on the simulation rate. Also I was flying offline. No vatsim was on this flight. I was trying to see if it was a possible squawk box issue for my freezes mid flight. I've uninstalled most of the add-on software to see if that was the possible problem as well. Doesn't seem to be. Anyone have a clue? J

    Hi guys, for those of you that know, Boeing is coming out with the 737 Re-engine and have come out with a real nice new livery to go with the new 737. So if anyone could repaint this one it would be greatly appreciated.     Hello,just taken off from EDDH. My Boeing 737-800 winglets is quite light indeed: ZFW 47.5 Kgs, only 30% of fuel. Well, I chose in CDU a Climb D-2 to reduce thrust due to aircraft's light weight and a cruise altitude of FL290.I was very impressed by the rocket climb performed, about 10 minutes to reach FL290! Trim corrected setup, SID flown manually before engage VNAV and being not able to reduce thrust (A/T also armed), I need to increace pitch attitude and a high V/S (even to 4-5000 ft/min). Below FL100 speed has been maximum at 290 kts! Very strange. I am a little bit surprised. What do you think about?Thanks bye.

  12. I tried searching the forums and there are some topics about the subject but not details on activation. Could someone please provide the step by step process to get the A/T going for takeoff.......... I thought I had everything setup correctly but every time I run the engines up and press TO/GA nothing happens.... sorry if this is a stupid question.

    Hi I have lift off from ESGG and in climb I have a CTD without reason! The AP was in action and activated when the CTD show upp. I cauld hear a warning sound but the caution light was not active bu the red A/P was flashing! The LNAV was deactivated and I could hear the voice "banking" and the CTD came? I will post the information you want? Best Fredrik

  19. All, I was wondering if there are plans to add click spots to the VC to open the overehead and or radio stack in a seperate window. I have Win 7-64 and using the menu can be a little touchy. I like to have my overhead and radios in a seperate window during high work load situations to prevent me from having to do too much mouse panning. I have three monitors with TH2G and have the space. I like to keep from using the FSX menu as much as possible. I know there are click spots on the 2D panel, but didn't see any on the VC, maybe I'm missing something.     For the first time the zone temp amber light for the aft cabin came on. Up to then the circulating fans were on auto. When the light came on the temps were around 20deg. Not sure what to do. There is no reset and adjusting the fans did no good. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, CaptMac

    Hi guys, I'll start by saying that this is the greatest add-on EVER! but...... 1. My Saytek yoke disables itself when I get to the takeoff page in the FMC (my TQ also does this). I tested this with all the variants that come with the product2. I also get a OH panel freeze.     Hi,Today I had a strange problem with my NGX. I was in Frankfurt (Mega Airport Frankfurt) and I was taxying to the runway when I tried to slow my aircraft down befor going into a turn. But the 737 didn't react in any way. I have tried manual braking, the parking brake and the autobrakes. Nothing worked. First of all I thought it might be a fault my AES because the pushbacktruck didn't disconnect and I had to do that manual.But after I made it to the runway and took off, I tried to test the brakes at another airport and they didn't work there either. Does anyone know what's wrong there?

    What are the minimum inputs I need to make to the FMS if I want to stay in my local area and do approaches? If I don't do anything I get the takeoff config horns sounding (annoying lol)... so can I just input the weights/balance stuff? EDIT: Also I want the A/P to function, but no LNAV or VNAV needed (I'll do all that manually).

    I had AES reset my parking position at the gate and I turned off the P brake but forgot to uncheck the chocks in the FMS page. Is there a way to reset the brake temp like on the queen or will I need to restart my flight? Thanks in advance for any help offered.
