PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

When using the pushback feature in CDU, the pushback will not stop. I push the lsk button to stop, but the pushback continues and will not stop, even by pushing shift + p. Adam Poincon

I have been using the (original) NGXu in P3D v5 with no problems. I downloaded and installed the latest v5 version of the NGXu into a fresh install of v5, now when I try to add my departure airport into the FMC all I get get is a "No DATA" message! AIRAC and magdec are all up to date. I have tried reinstalling and several different airports with no luck. Any ideas? Anyone?

Sorry if this has been done before, I surprisingly did not find many references. As the title says, is the latest NGXu working with Windows 7? I have read PMDG requirements, it is not clear. I don't want to purchase it to find out it is not working. Anybody out there who has the 737 NGXu with Windows 7? Any issues? Is it working ok? 2nd question: will it work ok with an i7-4790k and a GTX 1660Ti? Thank you. Fred Naveau.

Hello to everyone, I did research in the forum. But I'm having an interesting problem. I am using PFPX + Topcat. My Simulation P3Dv4.5 But I'm about to go crazy. The problem was resolved when I reloaded PMDG. However, the problem occurred again. However, how can an airplane capacity 36487 people? Of course, the plane crashed into the parking lot. I think I tried everything, but I'm about to go crazy. Help please. Thanks Cenk

Just got the PMDG 737NGXU for P3d v4.5. So far I REALLY love it. I've just done some quick circuits around my local AP, and it seems silky smooth. I'm using an i7 8700 3.2Gb, RTX2060 KO Ultra Gaming vcard & 32Gb Corsair "Vengeance LPX" 2666 RAM. My frame-rates (so far) seem to be averaging in the mid 50's. Have 3 unrelated questions tho: 1. I can't seem to figure out how and where to save multiple set-ups to try different settings. 2. Is there a way to make the cockpit view just a little wider? I'm zoomed out to .30 (which is as wide as it defaults to), and I just need to go a few degrees wider so I can see the autopilot switch witho…

Hi guys, So I'm finding that every livery that I download from the PMDG site always come up with an error of 'Unknown Variant'. I've tried the Easyjet Europe 737-800/900 along with the 737-800 Ryanair liveries. However I've downloaded a 3rd party one from here and that installed fine. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but after several months of flying the NGXu and being absolutely amazed at its absolute inability to track the flight path on the tighter turns during departures and arrivals I happened to look at the bank angle selector while in the FO view during preflight and realized that it defaulted to 25 degrees in my startup panel state. I've been using that startup state for quite a while now. I use FS2Crew and there isn't a 'check bank selector' setting item during preflight in the SOP (#2) that I am using. Upon reaching cruise, 'select bank selector 10'. At TOD, 'select bank selector 25'. Okay. I'm following SOP, so all should be good. Ha…

When I click the spot to lower the HDS not all the information is visible. It’s as though the zoom factor is wrong or the information needs realigning. I’ve searched the manuals for help but found nothing. Strange problem and hopefully someone will have the answer.

Hy Everyone, I ´dd like to get a tip, how to acess the fmc of this plane, if it ´s cool and dark and I don´t have the funcionality of the panels buttons ? I saw, i don´t remember where, tha it has a key of the keyboard that make the fmc "on". So I can acess the load panels in fs actions and load a save panel, and go to fly. Thanks ! Jorge.

I tried installing the ngxu in p3dv5 but every time I try to use the efb it ctds.EFB is not working either in p3dv5 here. Any of you managed to successfully install the ngxu in p3dv5? Thanks

Hi All, 2 things, Ive just spent $100 on the NGXU and severly dissapointed. A) with my sim it wont even load and P3D says ive run out of VRAM (RTX 2060 Super 8GB) and the game crashed. Im also very old school and hate virtual cockpits and learnt the NGXU does not have a 2D cockpit, yes I should have read this but I am not happy at all, and i know for a fact a refund is well out the question. If you happened to have purchased the Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Trim Wheel and parked it because it was more trouble than it was worth as a trim wheel know it is the ideal tiller for the NGXu. It is very easy to set it up, has a massive range so it's easy to have very fine control of the tiller and wow, what a joy to taxi now! I look forward to other planes implementing the tiller function for ground steering. The only thing you need to be mindful of is marking on the wheel where center is and leave it centered when you land, and when you boot to Windows as well.

Hello, I updated today to version 4.5, the client and the content. When I wanted to test the update, I am getting black exterior textures for all 737 variants and liveries, even the house livery. When going to exterior view the correct textures load for a moment, and then the plane just turns black. Also, black textures when selecting the aircraft in the home screen. All other aircrafts work, including PMDG 747. I did try removing and re-installing some of the liveries with the Operations Center. Also, all interior textures are just fine.

Any assistance is appreciated. In recent times, inexplicably, the PMDG 737NGX starts with the yoke hard right. I'm using P3D v4, and Windows 10. Sometimes this occurs on pushback, even though I've Eng1 and Elec2 off. I thought it may have been GSX with the pushback sequence but it continues to happen even tho I've uninstalled GSX. It's very frustrating to go through the entire start up from cold and dark, to commence pushback only to find the yoke is hard right and not centered. I've also tried recalibrating the yoke but this also make no difference. Cheers Graham McAllister

I own PMDG NGX & 777 both of which work well with GSX Level 1 and 2, they also work well w/ FSCaptain. I won't buy it unless it does work with both of those so if anyone can chime in w/ a definitive answer I would great appreciate it. I would love a better 737 but again, has to work w/ GSX and FSCaptain, the latter of which I'm going to guess it can be made to work fine with is. Thanks in advance

Hi all! I tried to merge the NGX VC with the NGXu external model. The cockpit works well, but outside I've got some problems: The landing gears, landing lights don't work and there are some holes in the model (landing lights, gears, engines). Is there any solution for this? I know this is difficult because of the licenses and etc., but my PC is not enough for the NGXu VC, and I'm only want to do this, beacuse the performance. With both radios tuned to ILS frequency, both flight directors on, gs on in fmc, vor/loc to app and then autopilot A and B armed the 737-900ER NGXu has TWICE failed to autoland, once not capturing g/s and overflying and just now at sydney airport stalling and falling into the water short of the runway. I am going for a third try now, could really use some help here

Just got the NGXu and when I open it in P3D, it only loads the cockpit, windows and the luggage bins and the shadows and thats it. No wings, tail, elevators, or even the rest of the cabin or body, it's just see through, how do I fix this? I tried reinstalling about 4 times now. Even asked a friend to send his down loader to me to see if that would work and it didn't and i had the same issue.
