PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi. I come back from my holidays and I switch on the fs2020. I choose my plane 737-800 pmdg and as always I use to do I undock instruments using alt gra in keyboard. But nothing happens. It doesn't work. Do you know what ir happens? Regards.

Hello everyone, I recently bought the 737-900 (MSFS2020) and I have a problem that every time I try to fly, the brakes are always hot and the plane doesn't move unless I bring the throttles to 80%. I also have the 737-700 and this does not happen. I already wrote to PMDG support (two weeks ago) but I have not received a response. I think they are not very good at customer service. Thanks to whoever can help me.

Just got the plane and have a warning sound right when I switch on batteries. I read manuals while being in the cockpit, and that sound is not helpful for concentrating. Any quick suggestions on how to turn it off?

Can't seem to get the route winds imported. The Simbrief wx file is in the correct location, CYZFCYEG.wx. The flight plan imports just fine. Any ideas. This is a Steam install of MSFS, so this is the location for the wx files, C:\Users\musko\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-737\work\WX, like I say the flight plan works fine in the "Flightsplans" folder. Hi, When setting up a short flight from KCMH (Columbus, Ohio) to KMDW (Chicago Midway), I noticed straight away that whenever a "route discontinuity" would appear, my attempts to delete them would result in "INVALID DELETE" being displayed in the scratchpad. My questions are: a.) Is this normal on the real aircraft or is something amiss? b.) What is the proper procedure for clearing a route discontinuity? Thanks, I hope to figure this all out soon. Boucht my PMDG disc 737NGX in 2012 . When installing in MSFS I encouter: Your registry does not show a valid FSX installation location. Is my disc too old for MSFS? Or do I somthing wrong? Cab someone advise me? Th. i.a.

There is a amber LDG ALT displayed on the Captain's PFD that I cannot find any help with in the documentation. What is its purpose? Given it's amber I would imagine I have not set something but i can't find what as searching for LDG ALT returns nothing.

Guys, Tried today to do a flight from ZSPD to ZGSD and when I insert the airport in the FMC it says is not in the Database or something like that. I have the latest Navigraph Data. Is there a fix for this?

I've read most of the posts and watched the videos. I have calibrated my brakes. I have applied full left and right brake, then the Parking Brake. But all that happens is the parking brake lever moves and the red light comes on momentarily until I let go of the parking brake command. Very frustrating. Any help?? Thanks, Don Maxwell

Hey everyone. I have purchased the 737-700 and 737-800 for MSFS2020, and it's been amazing overall. However, I'm facing a serious audio problem. In both airplanes, when I disconnect an audio device (which I have to do often, unfortunately) used by the simulator mid - flight, the sound coming from the aircraft gets muted completely. All sound effects coming from the simulator (menu sound effects, ambience, etc.) continue to work just fine from the other audio device I have. I have tried switching back and forth, reconnecting the device, changing default audio output device on both the sim and Windows 10, to no avail. I would really appreciate some help on th…

Hello guys! I can't seem to figure out what RWY Remain is good for. I've tried out this function. But nothing happens. Tried without entering a rwy lenght and with. Lnav, Vnav and A/T with n1 is armed. But this thing ain't showing me the remaining lenght of the runway. The number i pressed in before entering the runway stands there or --00 remain.So someone want to explain? :( And oh yea, the gps thingy is activated as it stands in the manual.

Can anyone recommend a Virtual CDU that can run on an iPad. Apparently Virtual Avionics is our of business and I can get their older versions to work. Thx

I've recently returned to the FSX-SE PMDG 737-800NGX after flying the DC6 for a couple of years so I thought I'd go thru the tutorial again. After programming the FMC with a similar course from EGKK to EHAM using the current AIRAC and making the other settings suggested in the tutorial, the Autothrottle refused to ARM. What error situation might be causing the problem? so I flew a round robin from KMWH using the FMC to try to duplicate the problem and I had a few minor problems. I armed the autothrottle and selected VNAV and LNAV and started my takeoff roll, but the autothrottle kicked off. I was able to reset it when I engaged the autopilot and the rest of the flight w…

tried every step that i could find on the internet, tried every tutorial on youtube but i cant find the answer. when my fmc is programmed and the perf init page is on execute the VNAV and LNAV wont engage, anyone have solutions?

I thought there used to be a default, ready to fly panel config in the FMC. Now it"s only cold and dark, long, and short. Thanks, guys! Mike

This guys work is truly amazing he is a real world pilot and has brought his own EFB out with the Boeing OPT. Registration is now open and it’s completely free. So I'm working on a livery for the MSFS 700 and I'm encountering a super weird behavior on one spot that upper part of the fuselage. Tiny length adjustments change the distortion direction and intensity. I attached some screens. I have a very very low end laptop, and the 737 ngxu has veeery veery low performance at night, so I can use this boy only for the day flight (due to the DL), but the sound of the ngxu are very impressive. I just got the 737-700. When I have reached cruise altitude and prepare for descend, do I have to do anything for VNAV to start descending at TOD ? I set my Alt to where I need to be for the GS, so should not VNAV be triggered by the TOD or do I need to do ALT INTV for him to start to descend ? unsure of the right procedure …

This is the situation: you started your descent profile in VNAV mode. Then, the ATC cleared to FL250...so, when you reach that altitude, the plane MCP stand still with no change in MCP. LNAV and VNAV still engaged. Now ATC cleared to FL200, how to command the MCP to reach this new altitude? What I do, which btw could be absolutelly wrong, I pressed LVL CHG and when the plane start descending (AOA change), press the VNAV to gain control over the descent profile? Is this correct? Is there anothe way to do this? All positive feedback greatly appreciated.

G'day all, I've been doing a bit of flying in the NGXu these past few weeks and really starting to get the hang of it. There are a couple of niggles that keep popping up though and I wonder if anyone has any insights. I'm on P3D 4.5 1. I use Simbrief and TinyNavMap for planning and they give me similar fuel figures. When I enter the flight data into the FMS though I often get an "Insufficient Fuel" message.
