PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I installed the PMDG-737 on my computer ( Windows 10 ) When running the program the aircraft shows like a skeleton How do I correct this ? Thank you Paul 12

Hello, I keep trying to land using autoland but I kkeep getting land 2 instead of land 2 also the a/p prst light is on. I cant manage to setup land 3 with this airplane. What can it be?

Beste forumleden, ik zal me even voorstellen. Mijn naam is C van den. En vlieg jarenlang met PMDG 737-800 met fsx-Steam. Na een formaat op mijn D-schijf waar fsx om mijn schijf op te schonen, ging het mis bij het installeren van pmdg 737-800. Nadat ik pmdg had gestart, liepen de motoren nog steeds zoals gewoonlijk bij het opstarten in stoom, maar het instrumentenpaneel was volledig zwart, net alsof je begon met goud en donker. Het was ook niet mogelijk om rond de knoppen en handgrepen te bewegen. Eigenlijk werkte niets meer. Heeft iemand enig idee hoe dit op te lossen? Hi folks, I purchased the above product back on 19/3/2015 through PMDG website and this evening received a notification to update from the control centre. I followed the instructions and reinstalled to the new version 1.20.8389. Entered the 24 digit activation code from the original email once P3Dv3 started up and its being refused. Any ideas please. I am able to have the FMS calculate vspeeds and QRH is on. However, the Vspeeds will not post to the PFD and thus I can't get VNAV to function

A flight plan has N460 (460 knots true airspeed). Do I have to convert this TAS to MACH NUMBER in order to insert it in the FMC? Thanks

Hi, when my information is correct the NGXu is not able to simulate autothrust behaviour when there is a significant difference in thrust between both engines. For example when one engine suddenly becomes inoperative. Instead A/T is instantly disconnecting. It would be nice to have A/T still working in such an event. I think this is a big disadvantage for us simmers because autothrottle use after single engine failure with automated max continous thrust setting on the remaining engine is quite common with the newer 737 models. Hi, I'm not able to enter any waypoint in thr RTA field for some reason. The RTA menu is brought up either via the CRZ or PROG page. I had it working in the past but now it doesnt work. So I guess Im missing anything here to make it work? Any idea why waypoints on the route are not accepted as RTA points? I get the "invalid entry" error for all waypoints I try to enter. Something similar is happening when using the WPT Altitude field on the DES page. Here only certain waypoints are accepted for V/S ft/min reckoning. Any idea why I cannot use all waypoints on my route for this function? Thank you! Best regards Andi

Ok I know this subject is old and beaten to death but I found a lot of "discussions" and no concise answer to a very simple question. When it comes to PMDG738 can I or can I not assign NWS to a roll on my yoke. I.E. yoke controls nosewheel on the ground switches back to roll when airborne. Thank you.

Hey there, I've ran into unusual problem with PMDG Boeing 737. When I takeoff and try to engage CMD A, it only blinks with green light and doesn't want to engage, however, when I engage CMD B it works just fine. I wouldn't worry so much, but with just CMD B I can't do normal ILS landings, I need both CMDs. Can you help me with this matter?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has an explanation for this observation that I made in my sim on my flight from EBBR to EGLL. I have used the PMDG 737 NGXu for this short trip. The final CRZ FL was set to 180. The Target Speed on the CLB page was automatically set in ECON mode to 303kn. During climb I changed the target Speed on the CLB page from 303kn to 330kn via the scratchpad while in economy mode. The new speed was successfully set. However at the same time my flight level was automatically set to FL 250 ! And I was not able to change this higher FL back to 180 during the rest of the flight. CRZ mode was never activated and I came directly into descent m…

I am experiencing bad problems since a couple of days and I am getting mad!!!Both the animated power levers are moving when I increase thrust but no engine responds increasing any of its parameters.Keep moving forward the real trhottle I also get the aural warning sound.I already reinstalled averything.I am using CH Eclipse, assigned trough FSX controls. There is no trace in FSUIPC.ini for PMDG NGX at all.Thanks for help.Fabio

Is there a way to adjust the eye level in 737 NXGu. I am running P3Dv5.1 on a wide screen monitor. If I want to use the Head Up Display I have to move up the eye level so that I can see the whole display. That is fine but if I look around the cockpit and need to reset the view, the eye level is too low again. From what I have read, when the seat is correctly adjusted you should be able to see the windscreen wiper and maybe a bit of the nose. Roy Higgins

I love flying with RTA active. To me, it really adds another layer to the overall flight experience. When you're cruising along into a headwind and you look down at the FMC and see "Late 03:00", it adds a level of stress to the flight. It's also very cool to take off and see it showing that I'm a minute late and then catching a tailwind and seeing it go back to saying "On Time". I'm still playing around with how to select the proper waypoint and time to input into the FMC during the preflight. If there are any RW pilots reading this, how do you guys (and gals) do it? Hi, I was wondering if this is a bug or if this behavior is normal. Im using the aircraft failures from the CDU options menu to cut one engine at rotation speed. According to some guys over at PPruNe this should be a simulation failure because the a/t is never automatically disconnected. Is that true? Im receiving contrary answers here. Thanks! Hi, I noticed this message during my flight today and I was wondering what it meant? It prevented me from climbing, cruising and descending faster than 230 kn although the TGT speed was set higher for CLB, CRZ and DES. I've had this happen twice in the past week or so in the NGXu which I've had for several months now. After going thru the...20min process to set up a flight, start it using GSX II, start engines after pushback is completed, only to hit the throttle to start taxiing and no go! Engines purring, but it's like a car w/ a totally blown clutch! What possible is the cause for this? It doesn't normally happen, but it did twice now recently and I have no idea what's up. A reboot and another 20min of repeating the flight setup and voila, works as it should again. Any ideas where to look? And yes, the parking brake is off as are wheel chocks removed!
