May 2, 20206 yr Hey, does anyone know the steps to program the FMC to change this? Let's say route is A-B-C-D, you just crossed B so the next waypoint is C, but then you are requested to fly directly to E. Thanks in advance.
May 2, 20206 yr It’s done in the legs page and is extensively covered in the manual. Far more depth than I can provide in a forum post. Brian Thibodeaux | B747-400/8, C-130 Flight Engineer, CFI, Type Rated: BE190, DC-9 (MD-80), B747-400 My Liveries

May 5, 20206 yr Go to the legs page. A will the the top entry. B will be immediately below it. Press the button to the left of B. The name of B will appear in the scratch pad at the bottom. Press the button to the left of A. The name of the B waypoint formerly in the scratch pad will now be in A's spot. The light on the exec key will light (and, you'll have an Erase option if you change your mind). Press the Exec key to affect the change. B is now your next waypoint. C,D,E, etc. will all move up one position. A will disappear.
