Forgive me for grammatical errors as Im on an iPad, heres the question ; in the PMDG 737 NGX INTRODUCTION PDF, page 12, there are the versions of the HIGHMEMFIX and there is the HIMEMFIX in some lines below, to my understanding HIGHMEMFIX is the correct one. I'm sorry I'm unable to point you directly to where they are. I'm wondering if you didn't get to correct this part of the manuals?Forgive me of it has been asked before, just thought I'd let you know.

If I want to delete a Co Route the FMC outputs an invalid delete , same speech if I try to delete the from and the to. I can only delete the parts of the route. How can I get rid of a route ? I would like a kind of reset of the FMC without touching its setup like the various options etc.. Thx

Hi, I seem to have an issue with the speed when cruising, for some reason the speed will just jump around over a 30ish knot range, sometimes instantly. I am using active sky and supressing winds within FSUIPC, also I have disabled turbulance within the FSX menus. Thanks

HeyI use enb for a couple of other games and i've made sort of a mix and match that i think looks awesome with fsxthis will crash fsx if switching too much from window to full screen with the ngx, but i've never had problems with it using any other aircraft.there are 3 d3d9.dll from different games, one is for richard burns rally and 2 are for GTA SA. so if u get crashes try a different dllu can also edit the "effect.txt" thought some HLSL knowledge is required but its pretty simple mostly. its also costs some fps, but hey there is no such thing is a free launch :)its not just bloom, it has SSAO, color correction, sharpening and noise effect in dark areas on by default. u…

I have 18,000 feet set as default for my transition altitude but on the PERF INIT page it has 17,000 feet, could some one from PMDG check this,thanks.

During taxi at my departing airfield I noticed the brakes were not working, there were no warning indications and I checked both system pressure and brake pressure, all ok. As I have set the brakes to the slider on my Saitek X52 via FSUIPC I assumed that was the problem. I took off as normal and forgot about the brakes until I needed them on the landing roll - Oops !! ended up in the grass at the end of the runway ....lucky I wasn't flying online. The FSUIPC settings appeared ok so I looked in the FMC failures and sure enough it said 'Brake Failure' - I only have Service Based Failures active. Hello all... just wondering if anyone has had an issue with the landing gear in this plane...when the airplane is on the ground, I can't keep my gear to stay locked in the "gear down" position... keeps popping up to the middle locked position... Does same thing during a flight... I've tried to uninstall and install again... no joy... any suggestions? Also tried "G" and "Ctrl+G" commands... Thanks in advance...William

Well, I would like to officially revise my NGX nose down climb issue reports. I have discovered the exact reason, and I will explain it as I understand it. The PMDG 737NGX users a custom flaps system, as shown by the default F6 and F7 not controlling them. I was using FSUIPC to calibrate my flaps axis, which was using the default FSX flaps engine. This works to the degree that the NGX will show my flaps are down, but the hang up is on retraction. I repeated this test multiple times; I disabled FSUIPC, no nose down climb. I enabled it, but changed no settings; No nose down climb. I calibrated my throttle, speedbrake, and reverse thrust, no nose down climb. I calibrated my …

I do not have Random Failures enabled right now since I am still learning how to fly the plane and don't want the added distraction. With that out of the way, I have noticed the following behavior. Even if you don't have Failures enabled you may encounter this bug if the following happens. Your in the middle of a flight and FSX crashes to desktop and you reload the saved flight. Hydraulic Overheat and Low Pressure Lights are on. Will also notice Failures are Active for A and B. Since this has happened to me 2 times while reloading a saved flight that crashed I was able to test the following and conclude that it is only cosmetic if you do the following. After reloading sav…

For work related reasons, I need to buy an imac, but I still want to keep using FSX and the 737NGX. The model I plan to buy is: 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 1920 x 1080 resolution 4GB (two 2GB) memory 1TB hard drive AMD Radeon HD 6770M with 512MB Does anyone have experience of the 737NGX on the system above? Hey PMDG, Just bought the NGX yesterday, and was completely blown away by the realism and detail. Just a small error I noticed with the SpiceJet livery that I downloaded; The India flag that is on it, is upside down. Hello! I'm having problems now with multiple softwares for repaint making where whenever I try to open the fuselage_master.psd file, which is GIANT, I get an out of memory complaint. I am using Paintshop Pro X3, and Paint.net with a plugin to work with .psd files. Are there any repainters and/or support members who could help me? As soon as I get this figured out, I'll be on my way to making more repaints! Thanks!!!

Hello, I can see some jagged lines in the 2D panel rendering. I know the panel bitmaps are 1920x1200 originally, looks like when the FSX graphics engine is rendering the bitmap down to my 1920x1080 native resolution, I get the jagged lines. Interestingly enough, I have seen screenshots of the 2D panel with absolutely NO jagged lines, eg at the simflight.de review. The original hi-res bitmap graphics are perfectly crisp, the rendering result in FSX is rather disappointing imo. My graphics card is an ATI 6970M. Any clues on how to fix them? - Thank you! Gents,Ladies some questions regarding the final aproach 1. I hit VOR/LOCK about 20-15 out- What is your rule on that? 2. I See the ILS G/S diamond(i think it calls) is empty inside just pink line,- what dos this means that you do not have a lock but have activated the ILS? and when or far out is this visual in the HUD 3. When ILS G/S diamond is filled (pink)- Dos this means that you now have a Lock on the ILS (and should reply ATC "Established on the ILS" ? 4. I then activate both APP A+B- 5.
