I just started repaint my first repaint for myself. When saving as dds then to view them in FSX. It looks like the screenshot below. All of textures look great just the wings. I am missing/doing something wrong when it comes to repainting the wing textures?

Hallo, my FSX is on a Server and over Simconnect a Client with Addon`s.If I start FSX with the NGX you see a never ending loop in AI Traffic.exe This make problems in other programms like EFB (Aivlasoft) This error is not in the PMDG 747X with best regards Matthias

Hi,Now that I am fine with S turning issues thanks to Paul settings explained in an other post, I am finding that my plane agessively pitches up and down to follow FD little variations while climbing. The AP controlled yoke moves suddenly with a big amplitude movement.My questions are : Is this normal in a modern airliner like the NG? If not, what may be the cause of this effect? Weather? Hey everyone....this is my first post and its regarding the TCAS and Transponder on the NGX. i fly online alot and i run squawkbox outside of fsx but on the same computer. I didnt read all of the manual but im assuming, like the old PMDG 737 series...that squawkbox transponder and the NGX transponder are programmed to synch up when i turn the transponder on. However, every time ive flown, i would have to turn each one on individually. Is this a squawkbox issue or an NGX issue? Also i had a free version of FSUIPC installed and the TCAS was working like a charm...it even saved me durning an FNO. I recently just registered my FSUIPC and now no planes show up on my tcas when …

I know that in the classic 737's there is a kind of popping sound when you switch the power from APU to generator or the other way round. Do the 737 NG's make this same sound? Because mine isn't making it. ThanksJoel

Hi all, I have a question about the oxigen bottles. How do I know the type of installed bottle, 39, 76 or 114 cu" and how should it be refilled if the quantity drops below required value. I now have 1630 psi. If it is in a 76 size bottle, this is enough for a 3 man crew, but in a 39 cu" it isn't. Cheers! (ps, the fact that I can bother you with this level of question automatically implies that the NGX is the most incredible add on ever build! thanks again!)

Hey fellow Capts/FOs, I would appreciate some input on this if you have had this experience. What I'm speaking of is an FSX crash after (a) running repeated replays of a Great landing( using FSRecorder of course,) or (:( reflying an approach and landing using the "slew" mode in FSX to reset after each landing.I have run a few replays of my 'brilliant/not so brilliant' landings and, after so doing for three or four times, FSX crashed. Now, last night I made a great landing using ILS Rwy19 at EHAM and decided that I would repeat said landing manually (No AP ) so what I did was to 'slew' a few miles away from the Rwy thresh hold at an altitude of 1500ft and speed set at apro…

Everytime I begin a flight, my hydraulic quantity ( the left system only)is at a normal 98%ish level. But usually shortly after takeoff and for the remainder of the flgiht, the hyrdraulic level in the left sytem drops too 72 and the box that displays the number turns white. I always turn the gear to off about 10 sec after retraction as recommended. I do have service based failures turned on, but it literaly occurs on every flight. Can someone provide some insight/ help? Hi all, maybe someone will have the same expierence. but after a nice landing, or sometimes not so nice landing ( ###### happens) i want to evaluate what i have done wrong.and replay the last 200 seconds or so.That works, but its not nice that all the flaps. spoilers, etc etc,, are in the final position, just before starting the replay.I tried the video, but that has the same issues. Anybody a solution or same experience ? or maybe i'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for commenting or helping.Regards Rob

Using LINDA Tracer with this absolutely sensational PMDG NGX, I have found a number of LVars of the following format :ngx_switch_nnn_a I am especially interested in the ones that are triggered by mousing the CDU keys. After some patient trial and error I have found that these are in the nnn range 534 to 602. E.g. ngx_switch_546_a changes to 100 and then back to 0 when I click the INIT REF page button, ngx_switch_547_a changes to 100 and then back to 0 when I click the RTE button, etc. I was hoping to use at least the LVars for the page shortcut buttons via FSUIPC, as unlike the line select and alphanumeric keys these do not seem to respond to any of the Tab+... keyboard…

Here's my newest video on the NGX. Keep in mind I have a middling rig at best but I am pretty happy with the results. It is remarkable that PMDG have been able to engineer this bird to give such smooth results even on my low end rig: AMD Phenom II Deneb @ 3.99 air cooled, 4 GB DDR 3 RAM, NVIDIA 8800 GT Akimbo(512) card and 32 bit XP OS, EZDok, Track IR, UT2 & REX. 1. I learned that you set Alt to STD after desending under 10000 when desending, right ? Same goes for when takeoff? or do you set the STD at Trans Alt, like say 5000 as I got tonight is this right? or do you follow setting standard as default under 10000FT at takeoof, and desending? 2. I had TAT -3 in Air, as i know you should then turn anti Ice on when under +10 right? And this goes for Wing not Engine, and when do you turn anti ice on the engine only on ground right? 3. Hello,A few days ago I got my new motherboard (MSI P55-GD85), because I couldn't overclock my old one. My CPU is an i7 860 @ 2.8 GHz.This MSI motherboard is very useful, because you only have to change the CPU base clock in the BIOS, and it automaticly adjusts the CPU VCore for you to the optimum setting.In this way, I already overclocked to 4 GHz, with a Scythe Mugen 2 Rev B CPU Cooler. With FSX running, it's about 50C. That's pretty good in my opinion.And now the performance:WIth the CPU at stock speed, I could run Aerosoft Schiphol and the NGX at about 12-15 fps with almost maxed out scenery, 50% traffic. Now with the CPU on 4GHz, I can run this at 20-23 fps on even hi…

Hi. When I try to do a lateral offset (any distance) beginning at one waypoint and ending at another waypoint on the route, I notice the following: 1. The airplane will offset to the offset distance in the correct direction, then it begins a series of S-turns away from the offset and cannot maintain the offset because it keeps flying away from it. 2. The DTGs do not update (not sure if this is an NGX issue or just how the FMC actually is). I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and has a fix for it, or if a fix could be included in an upcoming service pack. Thanks.

Landed at ENGM(Gardermoen) I just managed to stop the plane over due at the rnw an pulled into the taxi strip, started taxi but could not stop just like I had no breaks but it had to stop bu it self after long roll.See pictures and the smoke Im standing still is this smoke from my breakes?
