the options on my westjet 600 livery package dont seen to be right, to start with it has a HUD and fail-opp landing. is this a fault on my part somewhere or are other people having this.

Ordered the extended download for the base package and I still dont have my download link..

The 737 NGX is now a highly polished product after SP1.I couldn't help myself and had to buy the NGX 6700 extensions as well.Just done a quick Vatsim flight, EGKK-LOWS and all is perfect.Very happy.Now where's that 777?

Is it just me or is the "log in to your account" site down? I keep getting "Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out." whenever I try to go into my cart.

Hello all.Could someone tell me if the RTA (Required Time of Arrival?) function is modeled in the NGX.I am using the same procedures I use in my"other 737NG" but when I go to the ACT PERF INIT page and then to PERF LIMITS, and press RTA the next screen is grayed out and can't be used.Am I missing something,or is this just not modeled?Thanks.Dennis.

Hey guysAfter recently installing the latest update VERSION v1.00.2987 I have found that I cannot enter any FIX nav points. No matter what airport ICAO or VOR I type in the scratchpad it will refuse to go upload when I click the Left select key.I'm doing a lot of circuit practice and find them very handy and they did work before. I started to think I had a corrupt save or panel state so started a new flight, same thing, used a different livery and went from 800-900NG to no avail. Uninstalled all liveries, uninstalled NGX, reinstalled using one of the latest installers which I believe had up to the 3rd beta 1.00.2922 and the FIX page works again as it should but install…

Hello,Well this is definitely an impressive fix and ad-don pack. I am certainly glad to see the cabin temperature issue fixed, now my 'virtual passengers' don't freeze or burn while on the ground.I tried a quick hop from EKCH-ENZV with the SAS B736 and have noticed that the pressurization system is now broken. I set the controller to auto, set the correct cruise altitude and elevation but noticed that on takeoff, within 2 minutes, the cabin was already at 6000 feet. Elevation at EKCH is 17'. I did not set any failures and followed all normal procedures. It does surprise me that going from 17' to 6000' in the cabin only took 2 minutes on my climb out. The rest of the fligh…

I think the adjusment of the 2D window angel is very disappointing.I am useing multiple monitors and the new SP1.When i am flying 12 degress it looks like i am flying level.When i am taxing it feels like taxing with a 747.Can this be a customer option in the next hotfix / SP2Please adjust it back its very annoying.But i love i can use my saitek landing gear leveler again, thanks for that.

I was attempting to download the new 600/700 package but was unable to load the shopping cart. The message was as follows:"product cannot be added to shopping cart". I've never seen that before so I'm puzzled, plus I won't be able to buy this package until I can get through that block.Also, there is a box with the text "3 characters left". Has that something to do with the shopping cart problem? It's something else I've never seen before.Would appreciate any help to get through this.Jack Fentress

Just wanted to mention that the Introduction PDF that came with the RTM version was 132 pages long and the same PDF that came when updating to SP1 is only 18 pages long. Not a problem for me since I kept my orininal manual, but for those new to the NGX, the new into is missing 100 plus pages of interesting info on the product.Regards,Sean Campbell

Hi just wondering since downloaded the sp1 and the 600/700 i noticed now, after the ngx has loaded to the airport and has gone thru the 30 sec startup, i notice a sound which sounds like garbage cans being dropped outside the aircraft. And my switches for pack switches and the bleed air switches are in the on positon unlike prior where they were in the off position, As this not a big deal and the only thing i can find so far

Is there any way to get the missing 114 pages for the Introduction Document for the NGX. Makes it a little hard to read the documentation when it isn't there and use the aircraft correctly.

Hi alli have removed the NGX and reinstalled due to issues but now I cant even load FSX with a fresh PMDG NGX just has a fatal error, I had this issue occasionally nefore but no have it permanently unfortunately.
