PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hey all,Basically I uninstalled the NGX about a month ago as I wasn't enjoying it due to low FPS, with the aim of reinstalling it when I build a new rig early next year.Anyway, I've just had a "mid term" upgrade (mainly for battlefield 3) and have upgraded my GTX 460 SE to a GTX 560 TI.Do you think I'd see a performance increase with this change? The rest of my rig is a core i5 760 @ 3.4ghz, with 4gb ddr 3 ram @ 1333mhz.If you think I'd seen an improvement (bearing in mind it ran at 35fps+ outside of VC and only 20 within, on the ground) perhaps a new card that is a lot better than my old one could boost my VC performance.Anybody got any thoughts?Thanks :)

I think the doors need seting back a bit and from the VC looking back at wing.

Ok, I have read and read and read, and I fully understand the benefits from having winglets installed on aircraft.My real question here, is how much of http://www.b737.org.uk/winglets.htm <------ This, and the information inside it, actually applies to the NGX. Is there a real difference in function between the two in-game, or is it just a looks thing. I have tried both on the same flight at same time and all, but really didn't see much difference....Note, I didn't really pay attention to fuel consumption though.If anyone who knows could slap some knowledge in my face, that would be great.Thanks guys as always...

I have conducted a clean install as suggested, however when I am loading aCOLDDRK situaition from the default PMDG profile it will go cold and dark, but FMS 1 will remain in Loading Panel State.....Anyone can shed a light? This never happened prior SP1.Seems it sent me back a couple of Months :/EDIT: I am using the Malev Livery on the 737-600 after setting it to load from the FMS by default upoen aircraft selection, FMS 1 completely does not work

Hi all,I hope you guys can help me. I do most of my FSx flying in the PMDG737 but lately i have noticed a strange issue. When I fly i always use Real Weather (REX) and at random the aircraft starts to bank - either left or right - the bank angle aural warning sounds and the aircraft just keeps on going into a steeper bank. The aircraft would then over correct to the other side and this back and fourth turning would continue until the aircraft stalls and nose dives.The only way to correct it is to clear the weather or fly by hand.Any ideas?

Hi guys..I've always been using TOPCAT, and still do with the 738/7.What would you guys recommend for FLEX calculation with the 736?Iv'e been checking out UTOPIA (freeware from AVSIM), but I'm not sure how good it is?At ENBR:rwy 17 (9810 ft)TOW 47200 KGSwinds calm at 15C QNH 1013It calculates FLEX temp 70C at flaps 5.I know the program doesn't support climb gradients, but it still sounds like a way to high flextemp in my ears (I haven't had the time to test this though).Any suggestions would be gretly appriciated!Mas

Few minutes ago i fly short trip,before reach T/D point is normal,but when close to T/D then i notice T/D point was irregularity move on plan route,like advance、retreat、advance、retreat......And during approach with VNAV path,VNAV path point get same irregularity move, up down up down.....Has any one notice?

Today I started a flight with the 738WL Transavia livery from ENGM to EHAM. On the climb using CMDA and VNAV - LNAV above FL200 VNAV didn't regulate the speed and tried to achieve FL340 as soon as possible. The climbrate was 3400Ft/m and the speed just a little above stall speed.Now, was I doing something wrong (the I flew the 737 is how I usually fly the plane and I never experienced something like this) or is there something with the plane? I get very good performance with the NGX - at least 30 FPS in almost almost phases of flight. I have World of AI installed, and have noticed that I get a substantial performance hit when I am taxiing with even a single AI airplane in view. My takeoffs are affected as well if AI traffic is visible during the takeoff run.For instance, I landed in VAGO and there was only one A320 parked at the airport. FPS for the landing were great, but as soon as I got closer to the A320, my frames were cut in half and the stuttering began (~ 14-15 frames). Hi there! After installing SP1 , the sound level of the call-outs in the cockpit, as well as the sound of engines dropped so dramatically, I barely can hear them. The only sound that you can hear clearly and loudly is the "sound of wind" around the cockpit. Yes, I set the correct sound levels in the airplane`s FMC/Setup/Sounds...and it does not help. Before SP1 I had clear and strong call outs and engine sounds...Any advise?Thanx, Gabor

HMMM some very strange issues all was pretty good before i loaded sp1, I have done a full removal and install + sp1 when I load up the NGX cold and dark or the NGX default the left FMC is dead cant even get the FS options and PMDG options, anyone else getting this, think its time to remove again and reinstall

Im on approach into Houston and I have TERR on for both the captain and FO NDs. After i hit VOR/LOC to capture the localizer, i noticed that my ND terrain went all green. You can clearly see that the captain's ND is displaying a correct almost blank terrain display because houston is so flat, while the FOs display i completely green.
