I installed SP1 few hours ago and on my last flight, I noticed that the PAPI`s are not visible through the HUD. When I fold backward the HUD, the PAPI is visible again.Do you have any ideas what to do ?CheersDavid

when I run the setup NGX, it requires version 2988. Since I installed SP1, how to remove it ?I manually uninstalled any files on NGX. When I wanted to delete the PMDG 737NGX via Control Panel / Uninstall a program, I did right click, uninstall, but to no avail. It's the same with CCleaner. Thanks !

HelloAnybody opened a ticket re the fmc freeze when you load a panel state, you need to expand and minimise the left FMC before it will work again, when you load panel state it just hangs with loading panel state until you expand and minimise, cheers

To all at the PMDG Team, Just wanted to say that after following your instructions by uninstalling the base package and then reinstalling with SP1 on top, I can say what a great job you guys have done. I don't have any issues that i can see and my performance has slightley increased, everything in the list is working fine and the plane is a pure dream to fly.Kind Regards Stevie..

This issue existed prior to SP1, but it also came through into SP1. Did complete reinstall. All else is fine after several flights (thanks PMDG!)SITUATION: If the aircraft is loaded on the tarmac and the sound device is set to "speakers" (or "headphones"), all works well through the initial device. However, if you switch the device to another AFTER the aircraft is loaded -- at any time (before, during, after flight) -- the NGX sound no longer comes out anywhere. And, if you switch it to the original device... still no dice.Any/All other sounds from FSX comes the the correct device, just not the NGX sounds. Headphones and speakers all work fine. Due to totally not understanding what is right, I urge someone from PMDG to tell me definitive answer, IF there is one.I already mentioned that I *need* FSUIPC for correct configuration on many aircraft I have, and FSUIPC helps here greatly - especially since it's automated to the type of the aircraft (profiles).So, in order to get the proper functionalty of the throttle modes, especially the recommended one: Override in ARM/HOLD Mode Only, which config of FSUIPC is correct (pictures attached):OROr some third solution? No, assigning throttles in FSX is a no-go.In both situations, I do not have throttles calibrated in FSUIPC.

The livery is labelled as having accurate equipment but i'm a little skeptical that the 736's have Fail Operational autoland and a HGS installed...Perhaps the Jetter's out there can shed some light?That and the VSD...just trying to compare with the other aircraft in the fleet...and ETOPS...

During the activation, I bring in my key, and the activator says to me " PMDG 737 NGX succesfully activated!"Later, the activator asks for more to me of my key, and of this infinitely .I' tried with the (correct) key of a friend the installer said to me that the key is invalid... Help me please!

A friend of mine and I are both seeing the autobrakes lock up the brakes when the selector is rotated to off from another setting. Pressing on the brake pedals does unlock them. I'm using PFC pedals, he has Saitek Pro pedals.During two test flights, the autobrakes worked during landing (setting 2), then foot brakes worked normally for the rest of the rollout. However when the autobrake switch was selected to OFF the brakes locked up until the pedals were re-applied.

First of all, I know I'm going against PMDG recommendations by doing so in the first place. This just started with the hotfix. I'm just wondering if this is expected behavior or not. I'd like to be able to do that. As a repainter, fine tuning your paints requires a lot of time re-rendering textures and reloading FSX to see how they look on the plane then shutting it all down and switching back to Photoshop. This can be very tedious and time consuming as you can end up switching back and forth 20 times a day. That's my primary reason for asking. Having the plane I'm working on already loaded saves a few steps.

I discovered that if you setup a key command to remove the wheel chocks and push it, it will remove the chocks and the ground power unit but leaves the air conditioning unit still connected.Going through the CDU menu options and removing wheel chocks that way removes all three things (chocks, GPU, ACU).

Hi all,I have updated my NGX to sp1. First I just installed it, but then I found that only the FO's FMC was showing in Clod and Dark config. I found by clicking on the Captains FMC, the 2D FMC showed the text, and when you clicked off it only then the text stayed on the 3D FMC. I then did a complete un-install, re-install of the base unit and then SP1 but did not change. Its like a piece of coding got mixed up on telling which FMC is supposed to be on in Cold and Dark State. The other issue I thought might get fixed with SP1 is the change in the Compass marking on the HSG when the landing lights are switched on and off. With Landing Lights OFF shows a complete circle but …

Just installed SP1 and tried a flight from KBIL to KLAS. I was setting up my approach on the FMC when I got the blue ring and a CTD. I did pause the flight while setting up my approach so I'm hoping that is what caused it. Anyone else have this problem yet? I havent been able to complete a flight yet with the NGX while using the FMC. Very frustrating.

Ryan,I was wondering how many activations we get with the NGX. I have used 2 and it refused to activate mine! Yes I put in a ticket, but was wondering how many we get!

Does anyone definitavely know what Boeing Delivered to Southwest in terms of aircraft options for their 700's?If you do, could you reply with the PMDG aircraft options that would replicate the southwest jets?JB
