PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

i just bougth rex 2 from the flightsimshop (50% cheaper this month!) and after i´ve installed it, i cant see the landing lights, taxi lights and strobes anymore on the ground? how can i fix that small problem?any ideas? :)thank you all!

Hey all,Probably some silly error on my side, but the spoiler stay stuck in a roughly 40% extended position for eternity it seems. No matter what I do, they don't go down or up or whatever. Well, to be more accurate, they do all that, but they immediately return to their 40% extended state. I can't recall having this before installing the SP1b update, which I did as per the instructions provided. I don't quite know what to do... For as far as I know, everything that I need to activate to get this working is in fact activated and operative as per usual, so I'm not sure what's going wrong. Cna anybody help?

I wonder i fly the ngx and understanding the most systems.haw would it be with the real aircraft vs the pmdg.i ment can this plane be used for learning the systems for real pilotsgreetings from the netherlands

for some reason recently in the last 5 flights with different models shortly after commencing a descent, with pmdg jetstream 4100;pmdg 737nx and now the leveld767, the aircrafts seem to stutter going forward, in little jerky movements. frame rates continue at around 15 jumping to 25 and back repeatedly.Jetstream, approaching EGLC, the NXG approaching EGLL before entering the star and the LevelD76 Approaching EGLL just after the waypoint DETi guess it has something to do with FSX. only have ultimate traffic as an add on which has not changedany clues/suggestions/hints/advice appreciated.thanks guys

Hi guys ,just came back from a vacation from turkey . when we departed schiphol on a Transavia 737-800 ( first flight of the day 0500 aircraft was cold and dark ) i noticed that the rudder was all the way to the left ,caused by the wind , i thought this was impossible with a 737 ng ?Best regardsGérard

I was wondering something. With the release of the PMDG 737NGX, this question struck me: Which one is better PMDG or Ariane Design? Both are highly realistic, have great VCs and exterior models, but I think that Ariane Design 737NGs may be a little bit more realistic where there different options for what type of MCP, either Sperry or Honeywell, aircraft with eyebrows or no eyebrows, and other features for Ariane Design 737NGs. So which product is better? Just trying to get a feel of what other people think. :(

Hi guys...I'm having trouble wiht my -600 SAS.In the PMDG setup page, I've set the start up state to be "previous flight".However, every time I select my -600, it starts up not like I left it (I always shut down APU and all, and leave it on GND PWR).It allways start up with APU running and such - basically ready to do engine start (except the fuel pumps are not on).Same with the -700 SAS.I've tried to search here on the forum, but could not find an answer... I beleive this started after the SP1b - any ideas?Mas

Hi,I tried to fly the 737-900 today, but all I saw was this:I'm sorry, its a bit dark, but I hope you see theres no VC anymore.When I move upwards (in the virtual cockpit) I can see the textures of the real VC, but I can't push any knob. This occurs only with the -900 (with and without winglets), the -800 works fine. I noticed that after installing SP1. Before SP1, the -900 worked fine.RegardsNiclas

Here is something that I have noticed toook a flight today from lax into Tacoma Seattle landing on 16l, spoilers are armed and open up on touchdown, but when you run the replay for example last 180 seconds to review your landing the spoiler are up through out the entire replay why ? give you a shot of it why ?thanks Ronny by the way his happens with all of the planes with sp1 and sp1bone note the repaint is by none other Rich Sennnettthats the replay version

Not saying this is from sb1b but this is the only change I have made to FSX in a month and have never had this crash before. This is the flight directly after installing this from KMDW to KLGA and crashed on approach into KLGA with a 1 minute screenfreeze then restart. Unbelievably upsetting. I have also notice occasional verrrry long stutters sometimes where the sim will just freeze for like 30 seconds and then go again. All of this with the NGX 900 WL.Help? Maybe?Thanks

Captains,As a very serious simmer i always want to have an accurate calculation of my fuel quantity, TOW, LW, etc so i wanted to share with you those values. For those having fsbuild (just like me), Put this values in front of the correct lines and you'll be doing fine. Also the values are in kg because thats what i use but in FSBuild, you'll need to have them in LBS so multiply each value by 2,2. Post not specifically to do with the NGX.When I'm flying in and out of clouds, it is incredibly annoying and highly unrealistic to clearly see clouds in the distance whilst in a cloud. Furthermore, I frequently notice clouds further away in the distance superimposed on clouds closer in...again totally unrealistic. Is this a known FSX problem. Any fix for it? I show an example of what I mean. The image clearly shows the aircraft in a cloud layer yet cumulus clouds are clearly visible in the distance when they should obscured from view. Any help greatly appreciated as the issue spoils the realism. Cheers, Mark.

Has anyone experienced problems with loading the DEP, DEST, and flight plan into the FMC after loading SP1b?When I do this the NGX will lock up or start repeating "V1".I then rollback to SP1 and all is well.I have a support ticket with PMDG for this and Ryan told me the programmers are taking a look at this as SP1b did have some FMC changes.ThanksDon

Hello again,I have the Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog joystick/throttle set, and using Thrustmaster T.A.R.G.E.T. software I -am- able to program one of the toggle switches on the TQ to turn the 'regular' landing lights on and off, I would dearly love to be able to flip the runway turnout lights on/off the same way, but I don't know how to do it. Some people have used the "macro" word here, I know T.A.R.G.E.T. creates macros via the GUI interface. But my "goal" would be to try to accomplish the above desire- to have the runway turnout lights be able to be controlled in some way other than right mouse-clicks on the overhead panel. HiDon't know if this is possible,i've been going through the FMC on the 600ngx looking to see if i can enable the HUGS on the 1st officers side.It has the fitting ,but can't find a switch to enable it.not sure in real life whether a first officer is allowed to have one.which means there wouldn't be one there anyway.I can enable it on the captains side. any help appreciated steve-0

Hi,Earlier in the week I had a hard drive crash. I lost almost everything, so I had to re install FSX. Now, I've read here on the forum that its best to install FSX to its own folder directly on the C drive instead of through the program files folders, which I did. I then installed the 737 NGX and my Captain sim 757. When I went to fly both aircraft, neither had panel sounds. Engine sounds and ambient enviroment sounds worked, but no panel clicks, no seatbelts, no dings, dongs, what have you are audible. I just un installed everything again. Does anyone have any ideas for me before I re install? Is it because of the location of my FSX? I also made sure that FSX wa…

For some reason recently every time I press my PTT key (left ctrl) whether or not FS Copilot or FSInn us running I get an annoying little graphic strip appear on the screen showing my Comm frequencies and saying something about not being connected. Anyone know how to get rid of it? It's only appeared recently.
