PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi all.For some reason I don't see wind data on both CA and FO Inboard Display Units anymore. Sometimes it appears for a minute and then it's gone again for the rest of the flight. I really don't want to blame on latest SP but I have a feeling it happened soon after I installed it. I also purchased AS 2012 those days but I asked folks on AS forum and looks like no one have any issues with missing winds after installation AS 2012. Any ideas?Mary Christmas.

With my initial order for the B737 NGX in August I decided to order the backup CD and payed for it. Up till now PMDG refuses to send me the backup CD without giving me an honnest answer why. Anyone the same experience?Don

Hi i tried an approach into Riga today, however in FSX there is no ILS showing but in the NGX it is showing in the FMC. Will this let me do a full autoland into Riga. It would not let me arm the VOR LOC mode but it let me arm the APP mode. I also did not see any distance on the PFD for the DME reading. Any advice would be much appreicated.Kind Regards Chris

Hey,I'm looking to buy the 737ngx and am wondering how smooth it will run on my system. My specs:Intel i5 2500K (3.3 GHZ)4GB ramNvidia GTX560 (1GB)Windows 7 (64-Bit)/FSXand I'm not worried about my hardrive. I think I should also note that I don't have any other addons (no scenery, traffic, etc) and get completely smooth frames with the default 737.So any ideas on how well this will run? I'm also thinking of getting the EZdok add on with it. Anyone have any feedback on that? Appreciate any responses. Happy holidays.

Like, on PMDG's livery website there are some liveries with the * meaning that they're represented exactly how they are in real life. If I choose, say American Airlines and I mess around with the config (for example, adding the 40 GPWS callout) is there a way to reset these changes to how they were originally when you first install the livery or do you have to completely reinstall the livery?

Hi!I just uploaded some screenshots of the beatiful NGX on facebook, and a senior 737NG captain in Scandinavian Airlies (one of my fb friends) commented on my photos and said that in real world, the APP-button on the NG MCP does not turn black when the aircraft gets established, like it does on the NGX. So from what I understand, this must be a bug from PMDGs side. It's not a big deal and has no impact on the flying experience at all, but since it's a PMDG addon, it wouldn't hurt if this very little, but visible detail was correctly simulated. Shouldn't be too hard to fix either I guess...Just a little nitpicking from me...And, I will also take the opportunity to wish all…

PMDG NGX I have problems with the touch and go procedureWhat I try to do is a IFR flight as thisTaking off from airport A and doing a touch and go at airport B (rolling out for 5 sec) taking off and do the same thing on airport C and DMy problem is that my flight plan is gone and while flying I have to program my FMC again.Who can explain me the exact procedure for such training?

Hello guys,I'm having a little weird effect on my displays. It's more noticeable at night, but it's there all the time.I know it is not an issue but maybe a problem on my side. Every time I hit install livery it crashes. Am I just forgetting to do something? Do I need to do anything extra other than, find the file, then install it, or does the folder that I keep the livery need to be in a specific place?Patrick Boynton

Dear community,Yesterday, I bought PMDG's 737 NGX. It works very well, but there is still a problem: Every minute or every 2 minutes (I'm not sure) the whole simulator freezes for a few seconds, then it coninues running, after 1 or 2 minutes it freezes again and so on. The problem just occurs during taxiing (on the ground) or during the approach. I think the simulator freezes more often, when I do something in the cockpit of the 737 which is quite complex like starting the wipers. SP1b is installed. Hi guys,In the PMDG 737 NGX I have it set to callout 'Approaching Minimims' and 'Minimums Minimums' in the FMC settings yet it doesn't call them out. Does anyone know why this might be?It calls out the other GPWS sounds such as "2500" and "50 40 30 30 20" etc but it doesn't call out the minimums even though I have it set to call them out?Kind Regards,Dan

I just purchased the 800/900 base pack today 12/23. Is that already updated and includes sp1 or do I still have to add sp1 to it? It says version 1.3118 on the exe file.Thanks for great products over the years!Lee

Hey guys, sorry if this is not quite the right forum, but i recently just rebuilt my whole computer to make it more powerful. After a fresh install of windows 7 and FSX i've been reinstalling all my addons and such. One of the last things i installed was FSUIPC.... I have the registered version, and i forgot all the wind smoothing and weather settings i had set in there on my previous system that makes addon planes such as the PMDG 737ngx fly nicely even though there may be harsh wind and pressure changes while using programs such as REX. Like the title says,was doing on of my 6th flights (6th try) to fly from EGBB-LEIB. I fly full screen all the time, and when im in the crusis ill get a message on vatsim or gamepsy and wham, black screen or the VC is half missing. This keeps happening and is realy anoying. If i can only fly this aircraft not in full screen without the vc crashing everythime then iv wasted £100, Sorry for my anger but when ur a family man like myself and have limited time, its realy frustating to spend 30mins seting ur A/C up for then the A/C to keep crasing if you get a message or pause it on full screen.Danny
