The NAV OPTIONS 2/2 (FCOM Vol2 11.42.55) page is missing the Select Desired Waypoint Page (FCOM Vol2 11.42.14) whenever trying to insert a VOR or DME that has a duplicate identifier inside the NAV Database.I'm unable to decide which navaid will be inhibited among the same identifier althought I would suppose the first on the list of Desired Waypoint Page (shown through LEGS or REF NAV DATA pages). This can be confirmed by the fact that when trying to inhibit for example PIS or ROM I'm getting INVALID ENTRY --> they are both shown as NDBs on the first row of the Select Page.Regards,Olmo Matteo DI CARLO

Good evening,I have buy the upgrade pack for the 737 NGX, when I try to install it appears the following message:"PMDG 737 NGX version 1.00.3116 or later required befor you may install this addon. Please patch your NGX before installing this product"Note I have alredy install and activate the base pack ot NGX and the SP1, (version 1.00.3057) and I have try to download from the PMDG site the upgrade to the version required but the installation program ghive me the same version (version 1.00.3057).How I can install the addon?Thanks

Gentlemen,Does anyone know if the PMDG 737NGX upcoming CD boxed edition will work in the yet to be issued Microsoft FLIGHT? Or will we be faced withthe situation that PMDG FS2004 products would not work properly in FSX?Thanks.Stanner

Yesterday I updated AES to the newer version 2.20b. The NGX is configured correctly and all vehicles show and do their job, But while pushing back the Aircraft bounces in an uncontrollable manner! This happens with all models of the NGX and is quite annoying!! Anyone else experience this?

Hello,I have seen this weird STAR path in my last two approaches (yesterday and today) to LOWI. As you will see in the attached pictures FMS calculates the leg transitions with turns at the opposite side in well known TULS3A STAR with RTT transition on LLZ 26 approach. If you leave the plane at LNAV mode it actually tries to follow it. I checked my log and noticed that I haven't flown that approach since Nov. 5th. Since then, I applied SP1b and Navigraph cycle 1113. Where do you think it comes from?Regards,Suavi Akar

I have a buddy who is a casual flight simmer. I thought it might be a good idea if he tried out the NGX on his system. I've looked around the PMDG website but cannot figure out how to give the NGX as a gift. Surely it's possible, isn't it?

I am considering for some time to move on to the next level and buy the NGX.My concern is that my pc is rather old. Basic configuration is:q6800 @3.0 MHz4 MB ramAti 5850W7 32bitI know that mileage can vary from machine to machine, but I would appreciate if there is some experience to be shared from similar configuration.Usual addons used during flight ASE and Aivlasoft EFB.PS. currently I fly the ATR72-500 which gives acceptable perf, ie 20-25fps in fair weather, 15-20fps if more than "scattered", ~15fps in complex airports.

The topic says it all. The first several times this happened I thought I really was not paying attention and it really didn't happen. So I decided to write the tail number down before the flight. The flight I am on now with AAL livery started as N805NN1 and in during the climb changed to N805NN. This started after installing SP1b.Michael Cubine

I'm a bit confused about barometric pressure settings, maybe someone can enlighten me. I know that in the U.S., all airspace above 18,000 ft. is 29.92. On descent however, if you use ATC you'll get cleared to various altitudes with the corresponding barometric reading. I often read that pilots enter the pressure altitude for the landing runway before starting descent. So which method is actually correct? Entering the barometric pressure of the destination airport (meaning just one input for the entire descent), or adjusting it repeatedly with ATC reporting various pressures on each leg of the descent? HiI've created a topic on CTD Forum (http://forum.avsim.net/topic/357071-fsx-with-pmdg-737ngx-freezing/), but now I guess it's better to ask for assistance here. Since the last time I reinstalled both FSX and 737NGX, FSX has frozen 3 times. And exactly when I was descending or approaching, editing waypoints and setting VRef. It seems to me that FSX freezes when I hit a button on CDU. I bought and downloaded PMDG yesterday. So I guess it covers all hotfixes and SP1b.I'd appreciate any idea on how to find the cause or solution to it.Thank you!

I just installed SP1b, and now when I select the aircraft it asks me to enter the activation code. I didn't have to do this when I installed SP1. Is this normal?

Hi guys finished the tutorial by Ryan yesterday after a few attempts very happy love the NGX, just a question about throttles when it says go to 40% N1 then activate TOGA do I just push throttles forward until 40 is displayed on engine display, or do I push throttles all the way forward. I'm confused. Sometime I get up and my airspeed is too low. also when do I raise flaps and is this done in increments sorry 2 questions LOL cheers Wayne

Hello,One little question I want to ask, will the rudder and aileron control surfaces drop after I turn off the hydraulic system in real NG? In NGX, it seems that they remain still.
