I vacated the runway eventually, and on the way back to the bay I looked for a fault but couldn't find one. I was filming for the hell of it. Suppose it was just an anomaly. Hey,I've been painting the NGX for a friend and I've came across a problem he has shown me. Basically I have text that I have split up so it wouldn't be cut off by the fuselarge cuts and it seems due to these cuts there is a blue paint line down the windows on each side because of it.This is the image I have been provided with:I wasn't sure what to do in terms of fixing it. Can anyone give me any ideas?

My system specs are shown below. The one item not quite meeting the minimum is my graphics card, which has 256MB as opposed to 512MB minimum. However, with the 747X I am getting frame rates in the low 20s in VC, no AI. Can I expect to get the same kind of FPS with the 737 NGX?

Hi all,I thought I would share some brief comments after experiencing a 45 min session in a 737 simulator setup in the Melbourne CBD.The sim is a fixed base unit and is certified by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia), as a CAT B Synthetic Trainer.My own MS Flight sim experience dates back to FS 95 although I’m definitely not a hardcore simmer and actually only came back to FSX when I bought the PMDG 747-400X after letting FSX sit idle for 18 months. Hello fellow NGX Pilots! I haven't seen much mention of the topic so I thought I would bring this up and see how many of you would be interested in flying this livery in FSX on your 737-800. As you may know Yananyi Dreaming is one of, if not, the most complex livery on a 737 and I'm up for the challenge of bringing this artwork alive in FSX. Some of you may recognize my name from the Eaglesoft Cirrus and Cx2.0 series as well as the High Sierra paints for the F1 Mustang so you may know that I like challenges.I will keep my progress on the project updated here in this post so you can all follow along on the journey.

I am using the 2D panel for the 737NG and cannot get the nosedown trim to work. Every model I have ever used uses KP+7 and KP+1 for trim down and trim up. If I use the virtual cockpit and observe the throttle quadrant, pressing KP+1 causes the trim wheels to spin for nose up. Pressing KP+7 produces nothing. I have tried reassigning that function in FSX to another key but the trim down still fails.Is this a bug in PMDG737NGX or a bug in me????Bud

The 737NGX was working just fine for quite a while, but since yesterday I've been having two problems with it. The first is that when I load a saved flight, the plane starts wildly rotating up and down. The weirdest part is, though, that if it's far enough off the ground, it will just keep rotating but never hit the ground. It's just like when you press, I believe, F5(?) in slew mode. The second problem happens when exit a flight. The FSX window is in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, the free flight page is blank, and it says "No Title". I want to save a panel state that is cold and dark without the apu bleed on, with the position lights off, with the engine hydralycs off, with the isolation valve closed, etc.Of course, I can't do this, because when I make these settings and turn the power off, the FMC goes dark too, so I can't save it.Am I missing something?Thanks.Dan Cole

There are however a few questions so please bare with me (I'm rated on the classics but new to the NG)- the HUGS seems to stay alive after I power down the aircraft (engines off, external power off and battery off)- I fly from the 2D cockpit and I use 'W' to access the HUGS: It seems to be too low (the lfight path indicator shows my path way too low)- How do I access the F/Os recall panel from the left side?- How can I override the engine fire switches if there is no fire? (I can do this from the VC by pressing the button below the fire switch, but how do I do this form 2d?)- On the classics, when activating on…

I Love my NGX no problems to report. How ever i am having problems with my mouse wheel that is decreasing my experience with the NGX (not an NGX problem) One day I started noticing that i could not use my mouse wheel for things like the AUTO pilot etc. I have FSUIP or however u say it lol. I have tried looking through settings and all that but cant fix the problem. O BTW i have the free version of FSUIP. Anybody have or had a similar problem and no had to repair it. Hi i have the ngx, aes rex and registered version of FSUIPC. Whilst flying i notice the wind speed on the ND fluctuates alot. I have the settings correct in FSUPIC i think. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem.Settings in FSUIPCSMOOTH WIND CHANGES NEAR A/C SET TO 0 AND 3SMOOTH ONLY WHEN AIRBOURNETHEN I HAVE SELECTED THE SUPPRESS WIND EFFECTS GUSTS/VARIANCE.Any idead would be much appreciated, or is this normal .Regards Chris

I have two flights saved as my landing practice flight with a little bit of cross wind added in (8knts). I had been using these file for some time, over and over.Suddenly yesterday, after LOC capture and then G/S, NGX tends to be struggling to stay on LOC (G/S seems ok). Finally after taking over from AP, i also find it extremely dificult to hold on the localizer diamond and after touch down tend to end up zig-zagging down the runway, trying to hold the CL.Finally i shut all weather of with winds calm etc. and bingo, everyhting works perfectly.Could this be that the flight files finally get corrupted, because this has happened before and as soon as i set up a new flight f…

Hi My Comp is somewhat old about two years. With low settings in FSX I get around 10-20 FPS. I am saving my money to buy a new comp. I’m am 16, my birthday is today. I would like to know what people recommend for a new comp specs, (processor, memory, graphic card, etc.)? My budget is $400 or less. ThanksPS where is the best place online to buy the parts for a new comp.
