PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi guys,So first flight is current in the NGX I have to point out that the new flightdeck sounds are obvious.The engine on takeoff can no longer be heard really, so instead of the low rumble and engine sound you only get wind noise. Is that realistic or has it been done too harshly [too much wind noise imho].Also my EZDOK exterior views no longer work, the revert to spot? Hello All -Looking for some clarification.On take off roll, if you reject the take off, should the spoilers auto deploy?I ask as auto brakes come on (well they are set to RTO), but the spoilers never deploy when I reject the take off. My method for rejecting the take off is to: pull back on throttles whilst turning off the auto throttle, then depending on speed I deploy the reverers.Thank you, Iain

Question regarding a complete uninstall of the PMDG 737NGX. I downloaded the uninstaller from the Precision Manuals website and not exactly sure how to use it I tried and it didn't do anything at all, the uninstaller says its for fs9 so maybe that's a factor?, I manually deleted the root folder and now that im trying to re install the 737 program its says "An earlier version of this program was detected, you will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version." I have absolutely no idea how delete this program so I can re install it. until then im without my 737!!! Please help!Best Regards, Colton

Hopefully someone can give me a hand with this, sounds like an easy fix but I cant figure it out for the life of me!I have the PMDG B738 NGX for FSX and it has been running flawlessly since I got it. It used to start up already running, engines, and everything, ready for takeoff and for some reason when it starts up now, its engines are shut down, HUD off, NAV equipment un-aligned etc. (It isn't cold and dark though) I tried manipulating the CDU load states and that doesn't fix it, not sure what went wrong with it!!! I just installed SP1c for both 600/700 and 800/900 then ran the livery manager and everything installed fine. When trying to load the aircraft in FSX I now get a message requiring an activation code which I put in but it does not accept it. FSX then locks up and I have to shut down and run again. How do I fix this?

HiI have a problem since 2 days. I can't ear the engine sound in the VC... all the ambiant sounds work... I have this issue with the jetstream too. I tried to reinstall but it does nothing.thanks for your help!

Require some guidance here guys.With the aircraft in cold dark state with park brake on and wheel chocks inplace, I have this constant warning sound, same sound you get if you apply engine power with park brake selected. Everthing is shut down, no power to the aircraft. What is the cause and how do you stop it apart from the flight sim pause ("P").

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with the NGX, I had just finished a flight going from KFLL to KJAX, taxied to the gate, shut down the engines by cutting off the fuel (not sure if this is the correct procedure, but I had done it before and it had worked just fine..) and then started them back up to take a flight out to KORF. I took off and everything, but could not get the autopilot to work (I'm fine with not being able to use the FMC, but at least the autopilot!) and couldn't figure out why. I looked to the right and the co-pilot main display wasn't working. I have tried to figure it out but nothing worked.. so I'm here to see if anybody has had this problem before..I took…

GreetingsAfter downloading and installing the latest updates (sp1c) there is a message coming up everytime I start FSX“it looks like you are either not connected to the internet or our homepage is currently down”This message was never seen before. I tried searching google,fsx.cfg,dll.xml but found nothing about it.The FSX is running normaly and there is no other problem either graphics or performance.Preventing some from the obvious I have bought it original it's not a copy :)Please give me your thoughts.Thanks in advanceN.E.G

I'm sharing this real world video which you can use to compare to the NGX on your simulator as a show of appreciation for what PMDG has done. I did a walk-around of the NGX after watching the video. I know PMDG has heard this many times, but wow! - fantastic job!

Where can I get a hold of this Tutorial?

I'm running into several cases where the ATIS frequencies at airports are outside NGX's capability. For instance, at KWRI, McGuire AFP in New Jersey, the ATIS frequencies are 110.6 and 270.1. The NGX comm radios can't tune either frequency, unless I'm missing something.Tom Kent

Maybe this has already been addressed but I searched and can't find it. Toward the end of a flight I tried to change a altitude in the FMS, the msg light was lit and it would only let me put one character at a time in. Any ideas?

PMDG,Another post about how great this bird is....I've now completed over 120 hours inside the 737NGX. Never has an FSX aircraft been so stable and wonderful to fly than this one. Time and time again it never fails to amaze me how great the VC is and how well the flight dynamics function. You have done a wonderful job and I plan on flying this bird every day as I have been for the past 4 months or so. Thank You Thank You Thank You!

This only appears to affect the NGX, and only after SP3c. This is just an FYI, I'm not complaining- I love this bird and the work that everyone on this dedicated team has done.I have EZDOC, and so that I can use it but also keep the incredible views that PMDG programmed for us, I have deleted the "A" and "S" keys from the FSX controls, and re-programmed it into EZDOC, so that the "A" and "S" keys do just way they would through FSX without EZDOC installed. This has worked well for me for some time and I se it with almost all of my add-ons. I also have several of my CH Yoke buttons configured so that they emulate the "A" and "S" keys. Now I find that my view gets offs…
