Hi all, Went ahead and bought Fs2crew today with the discount code. The amount of realism it's added is insane. I flew a 2 1/2 hour flight from ORD-MCO, ground turn in half an hour, and flew from MCO-MIA. I loved every second of it along with the NGX. It's a fantastic simming experience and it gives me an allotted amount of time to count in for preflights. It's so worth it. Any of you enjoying fs2crew as much or even more?

can anyone tell me how to undock 737 overhead panel so i can move to another monitor

Hey guys, I'm working through the angle of attack vids and they speak about the NGX master warning system as if it's very out date, compared to ICAS etc. Why did boeing chose to use such an old system on what is a new jet? (I think the 800/900 is new at least!) I am a little ignorant as my knowledge is lacking :) Thanks

I am still considering getting the CPFlight MCP Pro & EFIS Pro. Although the GF stuff is being made functional with Steve's outstanding work, the CP Flight hardware is superior. Has anyone had any troubles with CPFlight's current release driver (328B), with the NGX? I really don't want to buy more hardware, that might not be fully functional with my most used aircraft! I have seen a few discussions regarding FSUIPC and PMDG NGX and the consensus seems to be that all is ok, as long as you don't use FSUIPC for your throttle axis. My first question is why not. I have everything set up through FSUIPC and as far as i can see, i don't have any issues. My second question is, how do you set up an X52 throttle in FSX and the rest (including a Saitek Yoke and CH pedals) in FSUIPC, without enabling joystick in FSX, which for me creates anomalies on my yoke and pedals? If i do not check that box in FSX, i get no response from my throttles (X52). Your thoughts on this and advice if i'm doing something wrong would be appreciated. Regards…

I am having a problem with the ngx zulu time in the mcp flickering, it is flashing as if it can't calculate the arrival time of the next fix. It is also doing this in my fmc. Thanks for the help Anthony

Basically, I'd like to know what the most common ground connections are for a typical 737 NG on a European large to major airport (the likes of Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, ...). - Is a GPU common usage, both on departure and on arrival ? Or do they mainly use the APU for power ? - Is an AC cart common usage before engine start ? Or is the APU used most of the time for bleed air for the packs ? Or does the usage of an AC cart depend on the outside temperature, ie. is it more used…

I stumbled on a website that looks to be training software for real-world pilots. There is an app that explains every switch and panel interactively...if they had this for android I would not mind purchasing this even though I'm nowhere near for anything the like for a checkride ( I fly the 172 in real life) on the 737NG. Hey All, I have a quick question about the aircraft hours in the service based failure mode. I fly the following three aircraft: -800WL FedEx -800WL BBJ -600 BBJ My question is: Can I make all three aircraft work off the same configuration files as to keep the hours I build up? For example, say I fly my FedEX 800 and it's down to 209 hours before maintenance. If I do a 3 hour flight in my 600BBJ, I would really like it if all three aircraft would now read 206 hours before maintenance. I have tried to set all three to one aircraft profile, and have tried changing all three to the same tail number, but it's not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated…

Hi, since last year i use the Cockpitsonic Gearlever and Autobreakpanel with the IFly and FS9. Christmas i change to FSX and the PMDG 737NGX, but the driver, b737_exe_1253620123, doesn't work with the PMDG. Is there a solution? Cockpisonic doesn't answered my mail ;-( Greetings Joachim

I have the following PMDG-737 products ( 737-800NG,737-800NGX,737-900NG and 737-900NGX ) installed on my computer. ( FSX,Windows XP Prof ) When I go to Add-ons ---> PMDG I only get "About PMDG".But no General,PanelState, Failures etc as for example in the MD-11. Hi guys. I love this plane and i cant get enough of it especially the way the strobes and beacons and nav lights light up the ground when they are on...... But i have a small problam with this. It mainly happens in flight so when landing and on ground i notice it..... The nav lights beacons and strobes stop lighting up the ground as if ther is conflict in this part of the program. The lights still work as i can see them flashing as with like any other plane but they just dont light up the ground. When i start flightsim and get into plane they work and on entering the runway they still work as i can see them flashing from inside my virtual cockpit but as i said its…

I am flying Tutorial #! in 2d Cockpit and cannot locate the clickspot for the HUD on the side window post as depicted in the picture. I am not in descent phase. Hi all, I just couldn't resist the temptation and committed blasmphemy. Really wanting to fly a real world PrivatAir route from Zurich to Newark, I modified the aircraft.cfg file of the 737-800 Winglet version by multiplying each fuel tank capacity by 1.5, thus resulting in a total capacity of approximately 30K kg of fuel. Now, the 738 really has an intercontinental range. I loaded only 56 pax following the cabin layout of PrivatAir (C56), and added some cargo according to this: - 20 kg after each passenger - plus 1250 kg other cargo Cargo evenly distributed in the two cargo compartments. Hey guys, I was just on approach to a very windy East Midlands airport in the NGX, and upon landing ended up coming in too far and bouncing, which resulted in a go-around. I was flying manual, and therefore autothrottle and autopilot were not engaged. On go-around I pressed the TOGA button thinking the throttles would go into togo mode, but they didn't and I had to thorttle up manually. I thought that on a go-around TOGA should work even without autothrottle engaged? Hello, before I write on I have to say that my English is very bad, so don´t wonder! =P I would be really happy if PMDG could add some nice Brake Sounds at the 737NGX. It would be fantastic to hear the overheated brakes like in real life! So is there any way to hear this sounds? Tnaks a lot!

Occasionally I find that the v-speeds are shown fine on the FMC -- the FMC is calculating them correctly -- but they are not carried over to the display by the speed tape. Underneath the speed tape it says, in green, "VR 100," which isn't correct, since the VR on the FMC is often around 146 knots. Nothing is shown by the VR speed actually calculated by the FMC. Any reason these calculated speeds aren't being transferred over to the speed tape? Tom Kent

Hi people Ever since I purchased the 747 and 737 for FSX I have had endless problems with them, most of which I solve, but recently I have had a problem with the 737, when ever I turn off the engines I get a constant beeping and when I go to turn the engines back on nothing happens and I just get a low oil pressure sign come up, I was wondering if you could help me solve this, or if any of you could tell me how to un-install and re-install the 747 and 737, Thanks Adam
