Just wondering. With the release of Essentials just hours away, who has planned their flight like me with the NGX in this Tropical Storm we are having in the SouthEast? I will be taking this baby out of KJAX for a short flight to KMIA then return up the coast through thick to KATL. Really looking forward to Rex Essentials and the NGX. Hey, So sometimes when I'm flying, as I'm coming into land, the ngx will do an automatic barrel roll and crash. It's not even something the airplane does because the speed at which it rolls isn't even realistic. it seems more like a glitch with FSX or some programming fault. This has happened to me on all models of the ngx. It is rare but it happens and I want to know if anyone else is experiencing it and if they know why. This particular time I was coming into VHHX and it actually happened at 8000 feet. It rolled twice and then suddenly it was back on my yoke and I could save it. Hi, I have a question regarding the off schedule descent: I did a test flight doing the following: Pressurization flight level set to 18000 I flew to 10000, leveled off and then went down to 9000 As planned, Off schedule descent illuminated. I then set the Flight level to 9000 in the pressurization panel, everything went back to normal I then climbled again to 18000, set the FL in the pressurization level to 18000 and then, the pressure differential gauge started to climb to the yellow mark. Hi, As to each landing, once arriving at the door, the doors of do not open via CDU FSACTIONS/DOORS/DOORS CLOSED. Of course, the engines are shut. I reinstalled twice the NGX, but the problem is still running. For the cold and dark, there is no worries. Thanks !

Not sure if anyone else has noticed. But when i take off and im still retracting the flaps from 5 down. if im making a turn the aircraft is waving up and down. but once the flaps are retracted and i turn it don't not sure if this is something that is being addressed in sp2

Hello 1. Upon importing flightplans from FSbuild about 80% of the time FMC adds 5000-7000nm to the first waypoint (and of course error insufficient fuel). Only way to go around it is to re-enter every waypoint manually. Problem occurs 100% of the time when selecting a SID via the FMC. 2. When I open a saved flight, FMC does not load the route/flight plan. Aircraft begins to descend although CMD is on, FD is on and if I click on route on the FMC to reload the route, the Simulator crashes. Hello this is my first postIs been a while since I last see this error!!I basically had only few CTD since I last fixed my FSX and and only once happened while using the NGX I was at the gate and after 20min while setting the plane from cold and dark the simulator freezes, I just restarted and nothing happened for some time until today.I was setting the approach on the FMC prior to start descending and suddenly while pressing the FMC bottons the simulator freeze. Hi folks, since some days the AIR COND warning light is on, but I am not aware of any other fault. Neither a warning is on (DUAL BLEED etc.), nor is any door open. Packs are on Auto, everythings seems to be fine. Also the failure pages not show any active failure. What's going on? Maybe the initial incident was that the passenger masks were deployed. After landing the 'repaired' the failure. Are the masks 'still' out? ... dangling in front of the passengers' noses? How can I restore them, if this is cause? Thanx, 19AB67

hey guys just got the new pmdg 737ngx new to flight simulaters and to the pmdg for sure flew my first flight a quick flight and everything went well except when i was taking off the fmc keps saying in the leg page cant reach next altitude or something like that where am i messing this up i even reviewed all my altitudes in the legs and all seemed like they wouldent be a problem to get to every way point! anyways any help would be great thanks!!

I was flying a NZCH to YBBN flight and after T/A (transition altitude of 13000) I've gone away from the computer and done other things. Anyways I've come back after three hours and I was about 17000ft above the glide path for descent as calculated by the FMS so I start playing around in it setting up the STAR and the runway as per the ATIS info. I got. I've confirmed it all and I was still way above the programmed descent path so I decided to fly via the heading select button to extend my glide which turned off the LNAV. My actual heading didn't change but the aircraft started a turn to the right then it froze. Never happened to me before. I run win7 64 bit …

Has anyone here tried flying the NGX from the FO view? It's so hard! Especially taking off... You lose sense of the centerline. I can't imagine what First Officers feel when they move on to being Captains... :LMAO:

Hi all. I may be wrong here but I seem to remember being able to adjust the volume of all the little white control knobs of the audio control panel. The ones that you use to hear the morse code identifier, FLT, PA, MKR etc etc. It could of course just be the case that I merely imagined this but when I try to turn them up or down now they do nothing. I can turn them off and on (white light on/white light off) However adjusting the volume does nothing. Knob does not turn. Could someone just clarify this for me please? Regards all.

This is an odd issue I have and not entirely sure it's the correct forum, but as it only happens with the NGX then it seems appropriate. I have just followed Word Not Allowed's discovery regarding the adaptive Vsync with the new 500 beta driver and NI. Wow, it really has made a big difference, however, I don't think this issue is related in any way, but I can't remember seeing it prior to running this new setting and driver, although I may be wrong. Hi there, I've noticed, more recently, that when I fly with my 736/737non-winglet, and my 738/9 all variants, I get a lot of missing graphics, generally about midway through a flight. I NEVER have an issue with the 737-7Winglet version though, So wondering what the difference is? I've posted a photo below of the 800/900 issue, and the 600/700 loses the back half of the skin from the tail to mid-way to the wing although the seats are still visable. I don't have a photo of this, but anyone know any solutions? I've adjusted graphics till I'm blue in the face and seeing as I don't have the issue with the 700winglet version, I am a bit confused that its my graphics. …

hi does anyone no how i get my liverys for my pmdg 737-800-900... i have gone to the right place to get them and once i download them i am having problems opening them all i see is a little white folder but when i click on it nothing happens and it says do you want to search the internet to open this PTP file........??????????? im lost why cant PMDG just do the simple thing and add the liverys with the aircraft i PAID enough for it i would appreciate any help. thanks

Hi I have heard of people overclocking their computer. I am just curious of what overclocking is, and does it improve ure fps? I am currently running on a 3.3 ghz processor and have decent frame rates of 13 fps with my 737 ngx on average. Also could anyone show me how to do this if you know how thanks for the help.
