First of all, I`m sorry if there`s a topic like this here. Before posting, I made a search and didn`t find anything related to my problem ! Hi guys... I bought my 737NGX base pack a long time ago and after a while without using the product, I decided it was time to make a few flights again. Everything was working properly until I decided to download and install the SP1c. Now the product just doesn`t work... All CDUs are blank, the overhead is messed up and there are many black boxes around the panels. So far I`ve tried a fresh install of FSX, installed the base pack once again and nothing seems to solve the problem. Please guys, help !

Just bought a multi panel and was aware that it may not be fully working within the 737 ngx, however I downloaded spad, which apparently allows you to get a fully functional piece in the VC of the ngx. Issue is I downloaded and installed it but its simply saying the program is already running but no sort of config page for it or anything. Do I need something else or? Basically I want the ALT, AP, VS & AThrottle functions to function and change in real time within the VC, any help is appreciated. Flaps and trim appear to be working just fine however.

I have FSX Sp2 installed with PMDG737-800, 747-400, LDS767 as well. I use CH Flight Yoke (Control Manager v4.55) as my input device. Just recently I found that whilst trying to taxi out the aircraft wouldn't do anything but a 360 turn to the right. I ended and exited from the flight, started again without any problems. I subsquently decided to recalibrate the Yoke but on further flights, whilst I can take-off and generally fly without problems, either after landing (spoilers deploying and autobrake engaging) the throttle go back up to TOGA, or else whilst on short final, with the AT & AP disengaged etc, if I slightly increase the throttle, full GA power kicks in! …

Hi all I have had the 737NGX ever since it came out, but for a week now i have been implementing winds from REX Essentials into the fmc of the NGX! I loved the plane already but using these winds in the fmc made my NGX experience even better! the tutorial that came with the NGX really helpt me out! my progress page is more accurate and the plane flies even smoother then it already did :biggrin: Thanks PMDG i should have tried this earlier but this is awesome :Applause: Just wanted to share this haha! Hello, I downloaded PMDG 737 800-900 ngx about a year ago.. I recently re installed fsx on my pc and also 737 ngx. However, its asking for my product key again and I cant find the e-mail which contains this. Is there anyway I can retrieve this from PMDG?

Yesterday I asked a question about PMDG performance data for FsBuild and someone kindly replied with some figures etc. The whole thread has gone now. Is there any chance of getting that data back so I can get hold of the figures? Or point me in the direction if it's been moved?

I think this is a redundant post but I can't seem to find the post I originally looked at.. but.. Ohwelll I am doing Tutorial #1(737NGX). As soon as I try to do anything after the cockpit appears the screen starts "flickering & blinking". I don't know how else to describe it. No actual CTD but very annoying. Any help please? Pg 56 in Tutorial #1 directs BOTH FD switches to be turned ON. My FO FD switch will not cycle. Capts works fine with Green MA ligh and FD in PFD. Any idesa ???? Thanks George KPHX

Looking for help with SIOC communicating with PMDG 737 NGX using IOCards for Homebuilt MCP. I have completed the assembly of the MCP. In Both FS9 and FSX the SIOC .ssi scripts are working fine. Newly installed NGX and created SIOC Script to test functionality of a basic switch input for Flight Director. Changed the FSUIPC Offset to $6533, reloaded SIOC no joy. Revert back to the default FSX 737, swap out the .ssi and everything works...this is without restarting the simulator. Last night I reinstalled in the software in the following order: FSX, FSX-SP1, FSX Acceleration, PMDG 737 NGX and FSUIPC 4.853. Did not reinstall SIOC (4.2B2) as it is working with both FS…

This is a really SMALL thing. But, If I remember correctly, quite a bit ago before the NGX service packs, I used to look at the wing with the spoilers up, and extend the flaps, and I could see the hydralic fluid flow through the pipes. But now the tube is ALWAYS green. Nothing. Is this normal? Just curious. Again, just a small thing.

I have been purchasing a lot of payware over the last few months, some being successful and some not. also, i've discovered some of my old aircraft have become invisible. of course i have the FSX SP1 & 2. having had a number of faulty downloaded payware third party aircraft not function properly, i suggested to the support team of their products that this is rediculous and it must be my machine that has the problem. it was agreed that i should uninstall and re-install FSX completly and start a fresh. Got an upclose look at the new paint on a B738. It looks much better than I expected. The fuselage color is "grayish" and at first glance appears to show the alunimum. The tail isn't bad at all upclose. Boeing is still delivering some of the B738s in the old paint (as of yesterday anyway.) ). Billy Bluestar

I don't understand why this plane will not climb and is nose heavy. I just tried a flight with these specs. PMDG 737-700WL GW - 139.8 ZFW - 117.8 126 pax at 21, 275 lbs. Cargo - Front 5,736 lbs, Rear 7,053 lbs for a total of 12,789 lbs. Fuel - 22,000 lbs 92.9% Full load. Takeoff seems normal as I am rotating where I should but the climb out performance is horrible. N1 was 91.2% only climbing at 800 fpm at 186 kias. If I raised the nose at all my speed would drop quick. The flight director was actually in the brown below the horizon. Any help would be great. What are folks typically using for their virtual cockpit "zoom" setting? I am routinely seeing .70. Also, I have an Intel i7, [email protected], 2.79 GHZ, 24 GB Ram, 64 bit Windows 7 OS . . . dedicated hard drive. Any thoughts on what I can reasonably expect for fps. I'm currently using 30 . . . interested in trying higher numbers but would like to hear from any with experience doing this. Thank you.

II usually do my flight plans using the FSBuild 2.4. With the FSBuild you can assign in departure and arrival section the runways to use as well. in the Build section you also have the option to include SID/STAR. When you import this generated flight plan into the FMC will it include these SID/STAR? Is it necessary within the FMC in the arrival/departure section to choose the arrival ILS runway and use the STAR ways that apply to this runway? because when do that in the legs section of the FMC I find (after the chosen runway) points that display altitudes. Hi there, I was reinstalling my PMDG 737NGX. The 800-900 was no problem. Activated normally. Now I'm trying to activate the 600-700 series and I get this error: 'The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident# 6595-8124494]' I tried different times now, but it still doesn't work. I know this is only the 3rd time I reinstall so it should be no problem. Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance. My displays and FMC have been randomly freezing whilst cruising. However when I click them to make them bigger they're not froze in the pop-outs - same story with the FMC. Ironically I've only really noticed it happening over the North Atlantic Ocean. I have no idea on what can be causing it? For some reason, the fmc puts my T/C pretty much minutes after take-off. Am i doing something wrong when i am programming my flight in? going form KHOU to KDAL via CREID4.CQY.DUMPY3. I also have to maunally fix the route as there is a discontinuity in it(i have no idea why). Is the T/C issue because i am putting in the wrong estimated temperature, as i am using 40C as in the tutorial.

I have had 737NGX for a few weeks now, When it works it's very impressive . I know with some win7 programs it is impossible to load software unless you are logged on as administrator. I have de installed reinstalled several times into C: fsx logged in as administrator have had various screen freezes , missing graphics, fatal shut down errors. I wondered if I needed to use administrator and also what updates I should use and when or which order to install them . Thanks for creating such an authentic aircraft , Colin
